I honestly have to say that apart from Bobby (A dealer) who is absolutely one of the most friendliest and cheerful guys, the reason I give a 2 star rating is because he's the only one there with decent people skills. I'll give an example, the Mixed race female receptionist with the glasses is the most rudest person I have ever had serve me, absolutely no eye contact and barely acknowledged me. I don't know what her problem is but she has a down right disgusting attitude, but hey ho the managers won't do nothing and will let these type of staff get away with murder!! People spend good money there and are the ones who ultimately pay your bills REMEMBER THAT!!!!!!!!!!

Roulette is a joke £25 minimum outside bets where at Alea and Genting their minimum is £5. If you only play black or Red a I do that's 4 spins for £100 where elsewhere you get 20 spins for tor the same money. Plus maximum bet is £2000 where at Alea it's £2000 but only a £5 start bet meaning if you use the Martindale system at Grosvenor you get 7 spins and your at £1600 where at Alea you get 9 spins and your only at £1280 giving you a HUGE better chance to win at Genting or Alea. I took £60 which would last me 15 minutes if I never got a winner at Genting or Alea but at Grosvenor my money lasted 2 mins 15 seconds, only me and one other playing I wonder why??

Just like Sheffield, they no longer have full fat Pepsi in cans or bottles available. When asked if I could have a can or bottle of Pepsi, i was served Pepsi Max in a glass. When i told the staff this wasn't what I had ordered, I had to settle for a J20. During a poker tournament interval, I ordered a Coronation Chicken sandwich for £5.95. With no butter on the bread and a small dollop of the filling in the centre it was truely a poor sandwich for the money. The member of staff agreed that I was right to expect a higher standard and was offered a refund which I declined as I was hungry and just wanted to get on with eating it and didnt want them to think i had only raised the complaint to get it free of charge.

Nice casino lots of table game's cash poker. Tournament poker only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Staff are pleasant and polite. Food served was hot and on time. Car parking on the lower level leads into the casino, make sure you take the 2nd carpark entrance for this. Terrace overlooking the main street is nice in the summer. Give this review a thumbs up if you think it would help others.

It would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for their stupid way of managing multiple tables. When it gets busy the can't handle the pressure and instead of opening new tables they jack the price up from 1 to 5£ ... Poker is spot on and carries all 3 stars, smallish tournaments and friendly dealers.

One star is too much, last night I played with a very arrogant and very insane dealer named James I asked him how much money we would earn if we played on a bigger and very arrogant bet he said "I don't know, play and you'll see" INSENSITY ON CUSTOMERS MONEY🤮🤮🤮🤮

The staff are absolutely rude people. Sly knobs! Such racist people who look down at people. I entered this place to take the elevator as I was parked above and that was the only elevator available and they refused saying we cannot allow kids. I said I wasn't going inside, just taking the elevator up as I'm struggling to walk as I'm 8 months pregnant and they jooked at me head to toe and told me off. Such disgusting company amd staff!!!

Faultless experience. Visited late night and was pleasantly surprised. Easy to sign up to become become member and really friendly staff in every department. Great range of machines and tables, good food and drinks available, nice smoking area. Good value for money on the games and fair chances. Very impressed and probably the best casino in Nottingham

Roulette machines kept going down especially when your number had come up and kept having to call Management. Asked for a white coffee, got a lukewarm cup of dishwasher by a very bored looking miserable waitress. Not sure how you get that wrong when a machine dispenses the beverage. Not in a rush to go back.

The casino has made it to expensive to play the popular games blackjack £10 per hand 3card poker £25 per hand. Now you can't enjoy the evening with these minimum bets would look elsewhere for a night out
