    Drive through had 2 lanes open, but the one on the right was being manned by the invisible man. 7 cars went through the other one before he woke up and decided to take the order of the car in front; unfortunately, he then went back to sleep. Finally, he took my order. When I complained at payment window the response was it was nothing to do with me!!! You would have thought that was it, but, imagine to my surprise that a few miles down the road when looking to eat they had got the food order wrong. I mean come on it was two meals!!! Two meals and they only got the fries correct. If this is customer service then we are all doomed!

    Review of Clifton McDonald's This establishment has rapidly improved since last visit. Quality of food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Food was prepared with care as it was clear from when the wrapping was removed. Burger had right amount of sauce and got the order correct. Leadership and management: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Management have clearly forced improvemens among the restaurant. Staff are polite and are respectful when it comes down to custom orders. This Is evidence of rapid improvement in leadership. Wait times: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Food was prepared quickly. Hygiene: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - All staff undertake appropriate measures to ensure an Excellent standard of hygiene Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐: Most tables are clean upon entry. Toilets: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Toilets are clean, though there are still inconsistencies here. Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Previously: "Manager here needs to sort things out fast, absolutely horrifying state of a McDonald's. Not the first poor experience I've had here"

    Horrible. Ordered from Uber food was freezing cold and there were items missing. I put priority on the delivery so it would get to me first. I followed the Uber driver on the app from leaving the store to my house which took less than 5 minutes. I work in a hospitality setting and when people are ordering deliveries I make everything extra hot to make sure they get it as warm as possible. This store is full of students who obviously don’t care about food quality and just see it as a way to get extra money. It probably is a franchise but I think McDonald’s should do a audit on this store and then retrain the staff there

    Not so good today. Had to wait at drive through quite a while. Most of cheese ended up on wrapping paper and sausage patties lacked flavour, hash browns were just in the bottom of the bag not in wrapping and soggy . Not up to usual standard.

    Pulled up to order, can i take your order no please thank you etc etc. We ordered our food pulled up to the 1st window payed and then i said can you make sure the food is pipping as its normally luke warm. Pulled up to 2nd window and got out drinks and was told to pull into waiting area as they need to cook a Vegetable De-luxe. Waited 12 minutes for the food to arrive and soon as it was delivered we checked to see how hot the food was. The vegetable de-luxe was luke warm and the rest of the food was as cold as the drinks. Walked straight into Mcdonalds to speak to the manager and we said he'd be right over. Keep us waiting for 7 minutes and didn't offer any replacement food just gave us a refund. How people order online and get decent warm food is beyond me. If you can go elsewhere then do so. THE WORST MCDONALDS IN NOTTINGHAM

    Food took ages to arrive and was cold. Prob was the manager had a terrible cough and no mask! She was coughing all over the place! Below the excellent standards we've come expect from McDonalds!

    Arrived with my daughter just for a quick bite. First time in my life of coming to mcdonalds I was 100% looked after by 1 member of staff Chloe your smashing it keep up the positive attitude great customer service.

    McDonald doesn’t require any review, I think they have proven that system and professional behaviour can change any thing. I loved the way they manage and run the restaurant. Just awesome.

    Popped in and used the machine to order. Sat near the counter with a good view and kept watch. My order no. came up on the preparation list but never appeared on the 'collect' list. I went up to the counter to ask and one lady just told me to wait. I kept waiting, and waiting, eventually this lady said to another girl "What's this one?" and a young girl picked up a bag just sat behind the counter and said moodily "I've kept calling this one" which just couldn't be true. I reached for it and said the number had never appeared on the list, she just said harshly "Here" and banged it down on the counter in front of me. It was pretty cold by then. Shout out though to the lady with blonde and pink hair doing an excellent job of cleaning, sweeping and customer service. She saved this from being one-star review. Will not go back.

    I ordered from here got half my meal and they said they can’t do anything about it chocolate milkshake is pure chocolate there’s no milkshake about it it’s sickly nothing like normal my food was cold and soggy and the nuggets tasted like cardboard still wondering where half my fries was out of my large fries and why my other fries was missing but clearly states that I ordered them on my receipt the only good thing we ordered was the coke and the wrap however normally I thought this McDonald’s had fixed up after having so many issues in the past as the last few weeks the meals have been amazing but clearly has gone back to awful

    To be fair, it's the best McDonalds I've been to in respect of choice of food. Food was hot and well cooked. Got exactly what I ordered. It was clean and tidy.Staff also seemed polite even at almost 11.30pm.

    McDonald's really came through! The double cheeseburger? Pure perfection. The staff was friendly, and the whole vibe felt good. McD never disappoints with those timeless classics. It's just a chill spot with good eats. Thumbs up for sure! 🍔👍

    Popped in on the way home from work, it wasn't particularly busy inside but it took over 20 minutes to receive a chicken wrap meal. After the wait, I was greeted by a half empty wrap, and the fries that were well over done. It was edible but I won't be coming back. Not really up the usual McDonald's standards elsewhere. On a positive note it was well decorated and maintained, but let down by the tables not being cleaned quick enough. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

    I popped in for breakfast with my mum and son. The restaurant was clean and not too busy. The food was nice but most of all Christine was lovely. She was extremely kind and welcoming, amazing with my son and very understanding when he spilt his drink. She was very helpful and honest her service was incredible. I don't think I've ever been met with such great customer service. It was a lovely way to start of our day.

    No milk shakes which was disappointing. When I asked why the chap sad “I dunno” however food good. Lady tidying up very friendly and explained the machine broken.

    Made to wait 15 minutes in a bay after ordering ftom the drive through for overcooked cold pancakes. Not even an explanation or apology from the girl who brought my food to me. Useless. Not going here again.

    Where do you start with this shambles of a mcdonalds, waiting time is ridiculous burgers, were prepped and sat under the heat lamp (which wouldnt keep a flea warm) for nearly 15 mins whilst 5 staff stood at front counter looking at paperwork, one staff member just picking up random burgers looking around the place as if she was lost then putting it back down, whilst was waiting 3 people had to come up and complian about the food they had received either been cold or wrong, and this is when it was quiet, I mean what is the minimum qualifications needed to work there, i believe trained monkeys could do a better job, the majority of the staff just simply look lost running around achieving nothing waste of time and money

    Always get good service here. The staff is lovely, especially Emma on the floor and Dan in the kitchen. The McDonald's at Junction Road is a nightmare, but this one on the A45 is totally the opposite. Always a pleasant trip

    Absolutely disgusted with McDonalds i placed an order at 10.55pm for them to except the order and be told it would arrive at 11.35pm, it got to midnight where the delivery driver telephoned me to ket me know that McDonalds had closed and were refusing my order, i will not be using again they should not have accepted the order and they have messed up recent orders for my family with items missing. Get your act together!

    So I was passing by through Clifton, as I was going towards Ruddington to get to where I am staying because I’m up here for business work. I decided to stop off to Clifton McDonald’s as I was craving some 6 nuggets (very long drive coming from London) I decided to walk in as I needed to stretch my legs anyway, where I was greeted with an miserable atmosphere the man was who was giving this vibe off was wearing a white shirt and was bold. I believe his name was Nigel? Walked around like he owned the place, everyone felt uncomfortable in the working environment. I’d feel miserable too if I was bold and working at McDonald’s in my late 40s too! But the way he was speaking to some of the younger folk was disgusting! Stay away unless you want to be put in a downer!

    Literally forgot to delivery any of the food ordered. Only brought drinks. Not the first time this has happened. Not sure how is so difficult to make sure the delivery driver has all items on the delivery, literally every other take away manages it! If I could give 0 stars I would!

    Ordered using one of the self service machines. Payment said approved, got my order number (no receipt left the machine). Went to the collection area to pick up my order, order number was on screen. 15 mins later no order. When enquired they told me they hadnt received my order and the payment hadn't gone through. Wasted all of my break just trying to get a cup of tea. Why did I get an order number and the go ahead to collect ? If there was no order. Waste of time

    I went in and ordered a grill order and by the time i got to my car ( in your car park ) it was cold ..its just come off the grill it should be hot ..not pink in the middle . Fries were soggy .and the girl serving shoved it at me and wasnt even looking ..too busy staring out the window ..i found that rude . On a plus there was a female member of staff called chris who was brilliant with everyone who walked in Safe to say i will be avoiding you from no on

    Food is alright. Customer service could be better. Asked to clean table but crums were still there. Had to clean it myself. Waited a long time to order on the till. Got a hair in fries.

    Ordered takeaway, no dips in bag and too far to go back and not at home so no alternative! Dry chicken nuggets and mozzarella dippers. Same happened to others ordering the same afternoon.
