    Terrible! Having scheduled the appointment and exam in advance for my father, when we got there, we did the exams and they simply said that that day the doctor was only there to give a report, and not to consult. I explained that my father was from the countryside and that he couldn't stay. I had to go after the supervisor who intervened and asked the doctor to consult my father, as it was their mistake.
