Ate at the Noodle Guy for the first time in a very long time and had a wonderful experience. My partner enjoyed the Tagliatelle, although found it a bit salty, and I had the lunch special which was a shrimp dish that was absolutely incredible. I loved the special so much! We both enjoyed a coffee with lunch as well. Service was great, overall experience was great, will definitely be back.

The food was incredibly good. My daughter tells me it is pretty well known in the greater area. I am not surprised. I had the beef stir fry which was superb. I have had stir fry in lots of places, but never this good. I also had the blueberry crabapple cider which was also very good. My wife had spaghetti which was so good my granddaughter ate half.

This is a busy place and it's for a good reason. Excellent food, chill atmosphere from tables, high seats, booths and a small bar. Great for all ages and a diverse menu. Homemade ingredients and local flavours as well as international dishes like a legit Ramen bowl. Don't be discouraged if you are first turned away because there's nowhere to sit; it's worth the wait.

Had lunch at noodle guy on a busy friday. Managed to have a seat at the bar but for larger groups there was a bit of wait. Had the pot stickers and tomatoes pasta which shrimp. Food was good (potstikers could use more seasoning) but service was tricky cos of how busy there were. Though I was sitting right in front of the cash... I was forgotten.

Stopped in on a recent visit to NS. Place has a cool, trendy, but laid back vibe and impressive menu that covers all the bases. Service was slow and not very attentive but the food made up for that. I had the ravioli and wow it was great.

My first experience with The Noodle Guy was with takeout tagliatelle at the Wolfville Farmers market. So getting a chance to visit the actual restaurant was a treat. Great staff, funky rustic vibe, and the food was great. Fresh and piping hot. Will visit again when I'm in the area. Maybe burger night?

We LOVED coming here for lunch. We got a pasta, a salad and the hummus. Everything was the best we’ve ever had!!!

This is a great spot for a meal. It seems much trendier than I expected and seems very popular. Fresh noodles and ingredients made for a delicious meal. There are several great craft beers and ciders on tap. I will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed this meal. The Tagliatelle noodles were quite good, and the sausage really brought home the dish. The portion size is pretty good and the service was prompt and friendly. We'll definitely be back to try more!

The shells and ravioli was incredible. The pasta was perfectly cooked and sauced. I didn't try, but I heard from friends that went with us that the carrot cake was incredible. Best noodles at an amazing price. Value is amazing. Must eat!

I had an amazing dining experience at Noodle Guy! tried four different dishes, and each one was delicious especially the ravioli. 👩‍🍳The servers were friendly, professional and welcoming. Can’t say enough about the owner, truly an amazing person and a wonderful businessman and very welcoming. Makes sure everyone had a great dining experience. I can't wait to go back and savor those hand-made noodles again. Portion was generous and the ambiance of the restaurant is great. Highly recommended!

The aroma that hits you the moment you enter is enough to start your saliva glands hopping. The menu has something for everyone, and I find it hard to decide... I want it all. I love the selection of local beer and cider. The staff are darlings. The Noodle Guy checks all the boxes. I'm a huge fan.

I have been coming here for years and never tire of the absolutely incredible food, wonderful service, and comfortable atmosphere. Either out with friends, or a date, or just hungry by yourself there is no better place to eat than Noodle Guy. My absolute favourite dish is the ravioli with the caramelized onions, it is absolutely to die for. My only complaint is that there isn't more ravioli in a serving but honestly bottomless ravioli wouldn't be enough for me. The dessert that you HAVE to try is their carrot cake. It's fluffy, creamy, and so full of flavour. If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would.
