The rooms were huge and comfortable with amazing showers and private balcony, the service was impeccable, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the location is far from the main attractions of Milan, but if you’re good with transit or don’t mine Uber rides, it’s no major issue at all! Will definitely stay here again when back in Milan.

Overall, hotel was nice and good for the price. Staff was extra friendly, room and bathroom very spacious and modern, and we had a big balcony with a table and chairs. I wish I could give it 5 stars but it definitely needs better cleaning - balcony door was dirty and floors weren't up to standards (we could see it from our feet being dirty after walking on the floor, they definitely need a proper clean)

Very nice hotel with lovely friendly staff all trying to make you feel welcome. Rooms were nice and unique and bed very comfy. Breakfast each day was delicious, and a lovely touch from the staff always asking if we’d like cappuccino made in the back. Snacks and tea were also made available in the day, which was also a nice touch. Just a shame the place in not bigger in size to accommodate a bar and restaurant. All in all though a very happy few days for us

The place is an excellent choice to relax after a busy day. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is delicious. The real downside of the hitel is the location. Situated in the suburbia, it might be a good choice to live, but as a hotel with no caffes or bars or restaurants nearby...hmmmm.

I stayed here 4 night 2 night were for 280 and the next to for 780 a night - probably because of the F1 Monza Definitely not worth the money Room was very dark although on the page it looks very bright I had a pile of hair next to the bed…. Somebody was vaccumcleaninf at 22:00 two nights in the row Also parking was not free - 18 euros per day Anyway Room was nice and big but It looked little bit cold - i was missing a rug Slippers was good Big TV Kettle with tea options was amazing Breakfast was fine - but 16 euros per person Also bathroom equipment was good - shower and bathtube The location is little bit far from the city center - underground is far, you can go either by bus or tram To sums this up: It was a nice stay but a little pricey I would probably not choose it again

Comfortable beds, a spacious room with a sofa, two desks, a balcony, stocked fridge, plus a safe, microwave and a discreet but well appointed closet. Fabulous! Courteous and helpful staff, and a hot plus continental breakfast which starts early and ends late. Easy access to trams. Loved it.

Lovely rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. We wanted to watch the World Cup final and the channel wouldn’t work in our room, after about 15 mins of someone trying and no success they moved us into a different room next door so that we could watch it! They even brought us some complimentary Prosecco & nachos as an apology but we thought WE were the ones being difficult! We were really amazed at how helpful they were.

Positive aspect : Very friendly and professional receptionist. All our questions and doubts been taken very seriously and resolved immediately. Whole apartment and general area very clean. We would love to finish here but unfortunately there are also negative aspects which affected our general view about this place. Silicone under the shower needs immediate attention as what we saw was very very disappointing special that we are talking about 4* hotel and not the cheapest one. We had option to change the apartment but all we saw had the same issue. Also some other maintenance jobs weren’t done properly. Painting half finished , mirror a bit rusty…

Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are really large and comfortable. Had a few minor issues with the room when we arrived, but the staff were quick to help out and resolve them. Honestly the biggest downside is that the location is outside of Milan by a bit, but otherwise highly recommend.

Another positive aspect of the hotel's location is its proximity to public transportation options. With a bus station just 50 meters away and a tram station a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, getting around the city was relatively convenient. However, our experience at Milan Suite Hotel was significantly marred by a few key issues, particularly concerning the staff and the surrounding area. The most disappointing incident occurred on the day of our departure when we found ourselves in need of currency exchange. Unfortunately, the hotel staff informed us that they were unable to assist with this matter, and the nearest exchange location was a 30-minute journey away. This lack of assistance left us feeling stranded and inconvenienced, especially considering the limited options in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, as we struggled to secure a taxi to the train station, the staff's lack of initiative became evident once again. Rather than offering assistance or suggesting alternatives, the staff provided us with only one option—a taxi to the airport that came with an exorbitant price tag of 150 euros.] Additionally, the surrounding area of the hotel left much to be desired. While the nearby public transportation options were convenient, the overall neighborhood lacked the charm and appeal that many travelers seek when exploring Milan. This fact, coupled with the staff's lack of attentiveness, contributed to a less-than-ideal experience during my time at Milan Suite Hotel. In conclusion, our stay at Milan Suite Hotel was marked by both positive and negative aspects. The spacious and comfortable room, as well as the free amenities and accessible public transportation options, were certainly highlights. However, the disappointing performance of the hotel staff in critical moments and the less-than-ideal location of the property detracted significantly from the overall experience. For travelers seeking a convenient and reasonably priced room, it might be worth considering, but those who prioritize attentive service and a more appealing neighborhood may want to explore other options.

The hotel itself was stylish and the rooms were good value with good sized rooms. However, there were some serious failings. Firstly, the rooms were dusty with no ventilation apart from the air con that remained broken 3 days in a row. The showers were weak and there was no shower amenities. Even though the location was nowhere near as nice as central Milan (graffiti/rundown buildings), it did not feel unsafe and there are good tram and train links. Be careful going north at night of the hotel, however, as the vibe changes and there are questionable people roaming about the trains and stations. The front of house staff were pleasant but completely useless for the most part. None of the issues mentioned at the start were addressed and they forgot to book our early taxi to the station, nearly missing our train to the airport. We were set with high expectations but unfortunately this experience failed miserably.

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Milan with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The apartments although they are small, they feel quite spacious. They had a really modern design, were maintained daily and kept really clean and tidy. I only wish there was a small kitchenette in the room and even, more importantly, free parking in the premises! Would definitely stay again though as it was really good value for money.

Fantastic hotel! Amazing staff who couldn’t be more happy to help with any needs. Great location just a few minutes walk to the train station with links to everywhere! Rooms are spectacular and kept immaculately clean. Food is affordable and very high quality. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, great experience overall.

We (family of 3) stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights during our stay in Milan, the Hotel is located quite far from downtown Milan. The official rating of this Hotel is 4 stars, I would give it maximum 3 stars. The pictures on the website are misleading, the Hotel needs to undergo a thorough renovation. Breakfast is quite basic, so items keep on running out and you need to constantly ask for missing items (bread, eggs, salmon etc.) waiters are friendly but stressed. Eggs are cold and you can’t ask for any fried eggs or an omelette. Rooms are large and offer good space however our room was directly overlooking a petrol station. We asked for another room but were told that the hotel was fully booked. I’m not sure how the 4.6 ratings on Google have come together but this is definitely not a 4.6 rating worth property. If we would have been able we would have shortened our stay here and changed to another Hotel.

The service in this place was really above & beyond. The room was very comfortable, with a nice size bathroom & a terrace. Breakfast was delicious with pretty much everything you could ask for. The only thing is that is quite far from downtown. Planning my trip to Milan, I didn’t know how far everything would be but if you’re good with transit it’s easy to get trains.

had a great 3 night stay here. the rooms were amazing and so spacious, the bed was very comfortable. had room service one of the nights which didn’t take long at all and was tasty. little bit on the outskirts but easy access to the trams and trains into the main stations. overall a fantastic stay would definitely come back

A good value for your money. Wonderful bathrooms, large bedroom. Everything works. Not a luxury facility but clean and efficient. Quite out of the way. But you can bike into the center in 20 minutes, or take tram and metro.

Don't drink the water in the fridge it will cost you a month of salary. Other than that it is extremely clean, bed is very comfortable and the shower was an experiemce of its own. Also staff is very kind. They draw on our map of Milan for a good 5 minutes best local guide ever haha!

Amazing place, the junior Suites have the best Italian shower and the service is amazing too. The location sadly is not the best but there are 2 direct lines of public transportation very close. You will enjoy the shower...

Fabulous place to stay in Milan, a little distance from the centre but public transport runs frequently. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful in every way. The management surprised me with complementary wine and nibbles as it was my birthday during my visit. An absolute joy and I hopefully will be back as soon as possible. Definitely recommend.

We had a wunderful stay. The room was very nice, cosy and clean. We were very excited about such a nice suite and the bed was comfortable. Especially the service at the reception was exceptional. Niclas, the Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and able to know what we need before we asked for it.

It was a great experience in a suite room at an affordable price. We felt very comfortable during our stay in Milan Suite Hotel. If you don't have a car, coming back from the center at night is a bit problematic and can take up to 1 hour, but other than that the location is in a safe neighborhood close to a few bars and very successful restaurants and a supermarket. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and if we were to visit Milan again, we would definitely choose here.

Priced well, however really out of the way in terms of any restaurants and anything like the main shopping area so you're dropping 12-15 euros one way to shop. Rooms are spacious but showing age (our room anyways, furniture looked worn and smelt like a dirty mens washroom). Very noisy in the morning, chairs dragging on ground level resonate upwards. Doors slam shut at every level, so be sure to get the rooms farthest away from the entrance. Staff are very kind and attentive. Overall decent value if you just need a space to stay for a business trip or 1 night.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, the reception staff could not be more willing to help with absolutely anything you could possibly ask. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is directly opposite a bus stop which provides great transport in and out of the city. Overall, I would recommend staying here when travelling to Milan, I will definitely return if I go back to Milan.

Very pleasant stay. The room is very big and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. There seem to be a lot more amenities available but I didn’t get a chance to use them. Nice restaurants nearby.
