Stayed here for two months and have mostly nice things to say. One of the best options in the Bay Area. Pros: •Almost always quiet. This is huge for us. We found it to be very peaceful and safe. •Pet friendly (but check the cons) •Very accommodating •Sarah & Jessica in the front office we’re always very helpful and welcoming •Very clean restrooms •Laundry on site and all in working order •30 min to Golden Gate •Minutes away from hiking trails •Sites are close but still roomier than most in the Bay Area. We still felt a sense of privacy unlike other parks. •Sprayed for bugs •Deli on site •Full hookup 30/50 amp •Decent water pressure •Dumpsters were well maintained •Ample parking for two cars at most sites •Big rig friendly. We stayed with a 43’ fifth wheel with 4 slides. •Within 10 minutes of everything! Grocery shopping, downtown, dining, hiking, etc etc Cons: •Although pet friendly, there’s no great spot to walk/let dogs relieve themselves. The dog area is very dry/unmaintained. I think maybe during a different part of the year it may be greener but we avoided it because it was basically just dust. -There’s also no designated trash cans for pet waste. They do offer bags but people just throw their bags on the floor because they don’t want to walk to the regular dumpsters/trash cans in front of the deli. OR they don’t pick up after their pets at all. Poop was always left all over the outside of the park. •Some people had pet fences up at their site and just allowed their dogs to pee/poop directly on the rocks which could smell pretty bad if not properly maintained. •It’s easy to spot the long term sites— they can look a little run down & keep a lot of belongings outside their rigs. All in all I recommend this park. It’s mostly well maintained & I’d say one of the biggest improvements they could make is to add pet waste trash cans around the park. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there & are very grateful for them accommodating us.

Owners and employees are the absolute worst. It’s been a while since I stayed there, but once in a while, a fellow RV owner asks about the experience. Pro: location to the ferry Con: everything Owner/manager very rude Live on site employee was terrible RVs on gravel parking lot Over priced RVs too close together Be sure to check out the other reviews that give it a low rating and you will understand

The perfect spot in Marin for staying in your RV! It is very hard to find somewhere that is so accommodating and welcomes dogs. This was a huge deciding factor in staying here. They have a spacious dog park as well to let your pups run. Beautiful mountain views and a great nature park right across the road. The staff and management are always so nice and helpful. We love how personal they always are with us! They are patient and truly care about who stays here! Be sure to explore downtown Novato too! Lots of great places across the highway, it couldn’t be a better location- whether staying long term or just passing through.

We’ve been very happy here. The Owner, Manager and Staff go out of their way to accommodate us and make the experience feel like it’s a “home away from home”. The maintenance staff work hard to make the park look nice, the restrooms and showers are always clean, and the deli has good food. We haven’t used the pool, but it’s nice to have the option on hot days. We also love the beautiful city of Novato, it’s central to many great places that we enjoy visiting.

We spent 5 nights there in July 2023. No, it isn't a resort but it is a perfect spot to park for sightseeing and visiting nearby friends and relatives. The restrooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. It is close to US 101, wineries, Muir Woods, beautiful scenery and 14 miles to the ferry to San Francisco. We enjoyed our stay there.

My RV was keyed! Rude neighbors so had to put up cameras! Barking dogs!!!!!! Loud parties aloud on Friday and Saturday nights in front of Deli. (Owners employees) Poor internet! Children playing in the the driveways balls, bikes running into cars. Staff do nothing with your complaints so don't bother!

Friendly courteous staff. They are always will to listen and help resolve any problems that come up. The park is well kept and the owneralong with the staff are always looking for ways to improve services.

I love this rv park. VERY clean. FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL front desk staff and team, very accomodating, treats you like family. Feels like you are home. Close to freeway, shopping, banks, groceries and lots of hiking and mtb trails nearby. - ernie and cheryll
