The hotel itself is great! Superb location, clean rooms. But they have a terrible restaurant with disgusting food and extremely loud music which is on from 9pm till midnight!! This is totally unacceptable for a luxurious place like this! It is not a motel near a night club after all, it is supposed to be quiet! NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP!

Very nice hotel in the city center, quite new, super clean with friendly staff. The windows have poor sound insulation so you can hear people in the street talking from the 3rd floor, not to mention techno beat from the nearby clubs going on till morning hours. Ask for a room not facing the boulevard.

Very small room (standard double) and bathroom for the high price they are asking, decently clean, but nothing really that can justify the reputation of the hotel. It is situated in the business building, so it does not really gives off the feel of the elegant hotel, starting from a cramped and unimpressive lobby and reception. Breakfast offer was really underwhelming. The staff was ok, except very a very rude security guy who needs to get a proper training when working for a hotel and with paying customers. The only really positive thing was the view from the room and the central location. Overall, NOT highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Novi Sad. Rooms are big, clean, beautiful, and unique. Everyone was so nice, especially at reception desk. We loved our stay here.

I was celebrating my birthday with my partner this weekend at Hotel Pupin. The hotel is exceptional. Top-notch customer service, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed in a one-bedroom. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. We had our lunch and dinner at Zak and Kalem. The atmosphere and dining experience was the finest. It doesn’t matter what we’d ordered from the menu, everything was delicious. I have been in high-end hotels in the United States, and I can tell if you have similar levels of expectations, I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. I am looking forward to come back again.

Hotel Pupin is a new boutique hotel located in Center of Novi Sad in the newest city's landmark, Pupin Palace. It is truly a place with character. The staff very nice and friendly and professional. The room is pretty big and clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel policy is not allowed to smoke anywhere in the hotel which is big plus for me because in Serbia you can smoke everywhere and it’s very disturbing. So I definitely recommend this hotel.
