We sit outside and waiter pass 3 times without noticing us. It took 15 minutes to get his attention. I literately need to start calling him and weaving around to attract his attention… Disaster service. Straw was cut very poorly with sharp edges…

Right in the middle of the downtown of Novi Sad. Great service even in busy hours. I had an amazing vegan dish. Menu looks good with the rest. Good coffee.

its a very nice place but unfortunately the service and food were not so good. They have too many tables so you need to wait a lot to get your food (40min) plus waiters cant keep up with the orders (they forgot to order 1 meal, we had to repeat them 3 times to bring us bread etc). The food we ordered was mediocre… We wont be back :/

Food is excellent, with coffee following. Interior design is uniquely opaque in every Loft which makes somewhat cozy atmosphere. Our host Ića (big hugs to him 🤗🤗🤗) made sure we're completely satisfied with our food choice and had patience for our numerous questions. As a big plus, there is non smoking area as well. I dare any visitor to try their chocolate mousse!

This is my favorite place in Novo Sad for a brunch/ snack/coffee/ dessert. Every time I've been there both service and atmosphere were great. The coffee will not leave anyone disappointed. Highly recommend it!

What a lovely place! We stopped here to have coffees and they were absolutely amazing. The hot chocolate I had here was just the way it should be (not milky but thick)! The coffee was great too. The vibe of the place was amazing and it is quite close to the main square of Novi Sad.

It's definitely not a good option for Sunday dinner. The place was very crowded, loud music and full of smoking people. Besides the waiters who did not speak English we had a nice tea and vegi meal.

The venue, location, and exterior are nice. They also expend the venue, but the service is awful. The service is really slow. Usually it takes between 15 up to 20 minutes to be approached and for drink to be servied also that much, not to mention food. I recommend lava cake there(it's great!!), but every time I hate myself, why I came here , because usually it takes 40mins to be servied.

Very tasty food, delicious coffee and natural juices. The staff is very professional and friendly. If you ask me, the best restaurant, cafeteria in Novi Sad.

Didn't have a chance to get the food or drinks here. It is written that the cafe is open until 1 am. When we came at 00:25 on Saturday and wanted to order cocktails, the waitress said that the cafe was closing. This is very strange, because half an hour should be enough to make a cocktail and drink it. We could see just a couple of clients in the cafe so the waitress was not too busy.

Hire more waiters. Every single you have to wait between 15-30 minutes to get your order taken by the waiter. Dear tourists, don’t come here if you’re in a hurry

Nice place, a lot of seating outside (which is okay for March 23). Service was very slow, we've waited our orders for good 40 minutes. Beer was brought fast, but almost ended when the food arrived. If that was the plan - genius business model, but I dislike it so much, that I won't go there again) Quality of food is average. Chicken is a little dry. "Diablo chicken" dish is nothing but a chicken with some slightly hot sauce on top (not even marinated, just dry pieces of chicken breast). Beer selection is good, and prices are reasonable.

It has nice teas and non smoking area. It would be much better if they lowered the music level. A place where I experienced the beginning of unforgettable things. One of the first places that comes to mind when I say Novi Sad.

OK atmosphere is great. Server was kind. Food is disgusting. Just gross. Bad flavors. Not fresh. Just icky. Have not been impressed with serbian food and I think cuisine standards are very low hence the high rating. If you want a nice drink and some chill vibes good. Skip for a meal. Especially if you are a tourist.

You will see here neither good service nor speciality coffee. Place is oriented on fast service and they dont care about the quality. You will be surprised but this is 18+ place.

I loved this place, just DON'T order the Pulled Pork Sandwich because I was sick ALL NIGHT LONG. Everything else I ordered was fine and I visited here several times. Great coffees and desserts.

Not the best place I've been before but it's okay. We didn't reserve a table but still found a place to sit. Better to book in advance. Staff speaks English very well but sometimes they just forgot about our orders, had to remind them while they were talking with each other. Medovik was weird and has nothing in common with cake we used to eat in Russia for example. Tea was very good, though. So, in general it's okay 👍

In the heart of the city. Easy to find it. They have inside and outside space for seating. One of the best coffee place in Novi Sad. This is crowded place but the service was nice and staff was friendly. Interior is beautiful and modern. Everything we ordered was very tasty.

I ordered 'Vege šnicla sa kus kusom'. Firstly I waited for it for more that 30 min. When it was finally prepared it wasn't eatable at all. A waiter asked how was the experience. I told her it was awful and got no response back. Payed the full price. The Very bad experience.

Service is ok, a bit slow though , the interior is quite beautiful.

We managed to visit Loft while the festival Exit was happening and, although it was really crowded, the service was really fast and the food was warm and as tasty as it looks! Loft is one of our all-time favorite places and we always like to try out new food there. Fully deserves a 5-star review and the recommendations.

The worst take a way burrito ever. You can get better wrapped and served burrito at gas stations around. Unfortunately food has not been good at Loft for a long time now: portions are small, the poor choice of baget for sandwiches, burritos you can see etc. Coffee is still delicious, as ever.

Great food and drinks! The menu even pairs the drinks for you with each food item. Modern vibe between a bar/resturant/coffee house. Enjoyed it!!

Here you can find a nice space with indoor and outdoor seating the heart of downtown Novi Sad. There’s an array of options to choose from their menu, ranging from health bowls, bagels, to pasta. There’s a large drink menu and you can easily come here to enjoy a cocktail of a coffee or eat a good meal and all at an affordable price. The staff was a bit absent and the food was slightly over salted but overall, it’s a good experience.

Very nice place in city center in Novi Sad. Interior is so beautiful, and also have nice garden. A lot of good coffee you can drink here, and eat excellent food. Service is very nice.

This is one of the best places for coffee in Serbia. If you have the opportunity to try espresso tonic, you shouldn't think twice. Friendly staff, nice aesthetic and good coffee. What more could you wish for?
