The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hosts are very friendly and ready to assist with anything. It's a great location for stopping while driving through Serbia. I would choose it again

Auf der Reise von Deutschland nach Griechenland haben wir spontan 2 h vor Ankunft im Internet nach einer Übernachtung gesucht und ein Zimmer gebucht. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und unser Zimmer sehr sauber und modern. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Rundum perfekt, exakt das was wir gebraucht haben, um am nächsten Morgen frisch geduscht und erholt weiter zu fahren 😊.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben das Hotel mindestens sechs Mal bis jetzt besucht und sind immer total begeistert. Toller Service, die Zimmer sind super, einfach alles top.

Stayed in this hotel for one night and it was one of the best hotels i’ve been to. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Room was very clean and it was quiet at night. Hotel is close to a shopping center and also to the bus stop that takes you directly to city center. It wasn’t pricey at all and would 100% recommend to everyone who’s coming to Novi Sad.

Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two kids (one three years old and one six year old) and lots of luggage. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in. It’s a very nice hotel and we really enjoy it. They take good care of everyone and next time we are coming to Hotel Garden again! Thank you 🙏

Very friendly staff. Hotel located near the main road to Montenegro, but in a quiet district. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The standard was adequate to the price.

My first impressions were very good with very polite staff, apologising (unnecessarily) when I had to wait a little for check in and offering any help they could. I enjoyed the breakfast room and the food was good quality and again the lady serving there was friendly and polite. The room was a good size and the facilities that came with it. The wifi and Tv were as always. As for the location, it is absolutely perfect as a base to visit the main sites, such as the upper town, old town, the shops, a lot of good restaurants and buses are not far away. Neither is it a long walk to the main train and bus station. All in all I'd recommend this place, although you may find cheaper (and more expensive no doubt) options.

Just returned from a three-night stay, and highly recommend this hotel. Clean, warm, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, excellent value for money. Especially impressed by the reception staff, our party of eight arrived after midnight and check in was fast and efficient. Girl on reception was especially helpful, booking taxis, giving recommendations and directions. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Novi Sad

Very pleasant hotel in Novi Sad. My room was spacious and street facing but there was hardly any traffic and no noise whatsoever. Breakfast was probably the best I had during my trip. You can park your car for free at their protected parking area. Friendly and helpful staff too. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to make my stay a positive experience. Rooms are stylish and well set out. Very comfortable bed! I don't have a single negative thing to say about this hotel, just compliments and warm recommendations.

I never recommend staying at this hotel. Although we initially agreed on the price, they then overcalled. They threatened with the police when we objected, even though it was they who disregarded our agreement. The chef, who had to solve the problem, was extremely disrespectful. Finally a young boy came, and when he listened to what had happened, he knew we were right. After half an hour of war, we proved our righteousness I will not be lazy and I will also complain this hotel to the Serbian authorities. They tried to cheat us!
