The hotel of "its not my job" asked for barbers , never called me back. Ask any staff member for a drink they pass the message onto another 3 staff. Zero staff coming to pool and about 25 min wait for drinks. No one ever at the bar, Mark up on processco is out of this world. Room cleaned twice in 6 days, vip suite TV on wall where you can't even watch it in comfort. 5 star hotel is a joke of a rating with the laziest staff I think I have ever seen! Food we ordered from room service cleaned then left in hallway for 24 hours with flys buzzing round it.

Good hotel, but it is not for five stars. Spa is small, and the pool in full of chloride. Staff and food is great, and hotel is nicely looking. Clean service is a bit slower, but does a job. It is a great deal for a price, but sure not 5 star hotel.

Don't understand how it is a 5 star hotel. The room was barely matching a 3 star hotel. No proper ventilation, the AC did not provide any cool air, just hot air. Breakfast buffet is very tiny Bathroom was REALLY smelly. I think it is from the sewer The room is plain BAD Elevator is super slow Don't be fooled by the star rating The only good thing is the service, staff are really friendly

Rooms are covered in dust they won’t clean your room properly if you don’t give them a tip. Breakfast is ok, receptionists are kind and helpful. Internet’s slow and unstable. Air conditioning filter is so dirty that staying at this hotel for a week will make you sick. The worst hotel I’ve visited in my whole life.

We spent 5 nights here and everything was excellent. The location is great. Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable. We had very rich breakfast. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the pools. Our child really loved it. Service was attentive and gracious.

The room was comfortable. The bed was clearly new(ish) and I slept better here than I have anywhere else on my trip across Europe. The bathroom was also the nicest I used and actually had a lot of room in the shower. There was good water pressure and it heated up quickly. The TV had excellent shows in English. The hotel itself is a little far from the train station (33min walk according to Google maps) and a little far from old town. Nevertheless we walked to/from both, but it was a long walk with luggage. The restaurant was mediocre both for breakfast and dinner. My salad for dinner had some wilted lettuce. The breakfast provided many better options than the Continental breakfast you know from the States. I chose to sleep and and got to the restaurant minutes before breakfast ended, so that's my fault, but the meats and cheeses looked like they had been sitting out all morning. They have a juice machine with some excellent choices for juice and a coffee machine that made a decent latte. The staff everywhere were excellent. They are so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant to the spa I give them all an A+ Probably my favorite thing about this hotel is the pool deck. They had the nicest outdoor lounge chairs I've ever used. And the deck material they have not only is smooth, but somehow stays cool in the bright sun. They have a poolside menu and the staff showed up to ask if we wanted anything. I didn't, but already I'm missing laying out here in this oasis. They offer spa services like massage, but I didn't partake this time. If you just want a place to truly relax, stay here. If you don't mind a long walk into town or catching cabs, stay here. It's well worth it.

The best hotel in Novi Sad, tested. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Spa area is excellent as well as massages provided, pools are quite big and right temperature. Staff is great, always kind and happy to help. Breakfast has huge variety of food offer. You won't find anything missing there. In general, food in hotel is very good and tasty. The overall impression of hotel Prezident 5+.

I chose to stay here before and after my wedding. Everything went so smoothly and we really had everything we need. They gave us best possible treatment, helped us in many ways and every plea we had they gave us. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast is really nice. Spa area with pool and saunas is small, but all you need. We will definitely come back here, as price for what you get is really good. And last but not least staff, they are really great, they have been there for us (during stressful pre-wedding time). If you go to Novi Sad, I do not think there is a better Hotel.

Very beautiful hotel with spa center, good breakfast, clean rooms and very good and plesant hoasts. Not expensive either.

Awesome place with a big enough room, very clean bathroom, nice shower. Breakfast was very good and you had plenty of food to choose. Overall everything was great!!! Staff are the best!

I was shocked to find that the rooms are very old fashioned and full of dust and grime... There was a thick coat of dust behind the TV, thin coats of dust everywhere else, and the cleaning staff left footprints in the bathroom

Very big room and great parking.

A nice experience. It's a little overpriced compared with all other hotels in Serbia. Food was quite good but also a little overpriced. The plan level of all rooms was a little odd, but the wellness area, was good and working fine. Massage terapi was terrible and total overpriced.
