Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern with big open terrace on the roof. With cheapest prices in the city I would definitely come again!

They have great rooms and very friendly people who work there. Everything is clean and working. The price goes perfectly with the level of quality, so I highly recommend to check them out. Especially if you are bringing multiple people.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hostel Milkaza! Rooms are big, clean and provided with all the comforts someone could need to rest peacefully after a day of traveling (the hotel is strategically well located at the edge of the city, not far from the exit of the highway). We wanted to stop just for one night but we ended staying three days, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the hidden treasures Novi Sad can offer. A special thanks to Dragana and the rest of the staff for being so friendly and always very very helpful!

Has no clean appearance. Stayed here for exit festival. rooms are stuffy and very hot, must pay 20€ to get AC for the duration of the stay. The terrace and bar on the top is really run down with cheap patio furniture and the swimming pool was disgusting. It was not built in but the one that is bought in the store, inflated and filled up. The wifi only works in the lobby and not in your room.

We couldn't sleep because of the noise and the banging of the door. The beds are horrible to say the least. Whenever someone turned, they screeched so much that we all woke up every time.

Friendly staff. Hostel has really everything a traveller need and let me say it again - very friendly and helpful staff. 😊 Im definitely coming back to this hostel.

Rooms was really cold, hair dryers nearly does not work. Food was nearly the same for 9 days during my stay and you have to eat meat on every single meal.

Bit of a working mens hostel, but we thourghly enjoyed our stay, it was dog friendly, cheap and great food. Thank you

i really enjoyed my stay at Milkaza hostel and i was in awe with the friendly staff, the big and cozy room, the parking lot and the tasty food!! i highly recommend it..Now i know where i ll be staying on my next visit at the beautiful city of Novi Sad!!
