Love this modern and clean shopping mall. Many levels. You can find all shops here such as international as well as local brands. There are restaurants, fast food and cafeterias. I like the rooftop cafe.

Huge, amazing shopping center with lots of space, lots of international stores like Zara etc. amzing for big shopping days. I would say it is the best shopping center in Novi Sad, there is also an amzing Kfc at the 3-4th floor, you have food, clothes, make up all in one place, it is also very modern an eas decoraded with style. The second biggest mall in Novi Sad city after Big mall, but I think it is more safe for foreign people especially girls as the second mall is far and abroad. It has four floors,one bedroom and three above. It had many toilets but like most european countries has no cleaning tool and this is a bad thing. There are many shops with a good price, and others no like Zara. The most powerful thing is that every piece has its price and old. But the most strange thing is that you must have your own bag in most shops unlike in Egypt.

You can spend thousands of dollars, and that you have to pay parking 50 cent, but with cash, they don't accept cards. So you must walk 20 minutes to ATM to take 50 cent cash, and pay 5 dollars transaction cost for that)). Really ridiculus, will never go again. The best shopping mall in Novi Sad. All famous fashion international and domestic brands are in Promenada. The supermarket is well equipped, with low-end prices of goods. A variety of fast food restaurants and cafes. Enough parking space. The toilets are decent. Too noisy and crowded, that is why 4-star review.

It was a good experience, especially restaurants at the top, with great terrace. Loyalty program is a pleasant surprise! The only thing that can be better is to offer more places to sit in the shopping area.

Great shopping center. They have just about everything including a version of a apple store. Security is super rude and will yell at you if you try to enter even 30 seconds before 10am. I mean yell, super power trip.

Good mall with a lot of shops. All you need can be found there. Clean inside, parking not so much. I put 3 stars here because you cannot pay your parking ticket with a card, only cash. So i had to exchange 200 euros to pay a 0,5 euro ticket while my kids wait in a car.

Been there on one Sunday and loved it. Novi Sad is much better to visit with family than Belgrade. People aren't rushing, most of them are laid-back. Waiters are polite and prices are OK for a shopping mall in a big city.

Wer es nicht gesehen hat kann es nicht glauben, wer es gesehen hat reibt seine Auge immer noch, und das in Serbien in einem sogenannten dritt Land, ich frage mich wie man manche Großstädte in EU klassifizieren sollte fünft sechst Land.

Es macht Spaß auf der Promenade entlang zu laufen. Viele Musiker stehen hier. Viele Cafés und Restaurants, es ist immer Betrieb bis spät abends. Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter.

Great mall with child care. Leave your child there while shopping. The only constraint is that has to be older than 5 and you have to be in the mall. If your kid needs you, they will call you. 😊

This is at the moment, the biggest Shopping Mall in Serbia. And nothing more. Everything is already seen, this is one of copy - paste Shopping Malls, where people should be impressed with interior and exterior, and a lot of stores, but I'm not, and between lot of reasons, first one is that this construction, only few months after opening, looks like is there for at least five years. A real pity that Novi Sad got, at one the best places in a city, Shopping Mall that is already ready for renovation.

Superb shopping centre mall type establishment. With fabulous entrance, outside is the centre of Novi Sad. Even has a great little basketball court for anyone to have a little ball. The best thing, the nets can be set at whatever height. Brilliant idea, be sure to to check out the merkat centre over the road too. This Promenade is suited for all the family, with designer stores.branded goods, and very large with plenty of choice.i prefer a leisurely stroll and a coffee than crazy shopping. Don't get me wrong I love shopping, I arrived from the UK on a dental treatment, with only hand luggage booked. Sadly I couldn't shop like crazy this time round, but I will definitely be back when I will check in for a large suitcase. Much better deals here and surrounding areas, lots of hidden gems. The exchange rate is very poor from UK due to our Brexit announcement. Nevertheless, I found everything amazingly cheap from eating out, taxi rides to shopping. You do have to look and search, the designer branded goods are expensive wherever you go in Europe. Which is how it is, always worth checking out the reduced end of line or season goods. Other stores have just as good quality made garments, just be prepared to walk around initially find the right stores before you execute a perfect shop day. I explored one day, and purposefully only looked with no shopping, I only stopped for food and Coffee. The following day I planned where to strike, and bingo did it all in half a day.
