    Doctors are not experienced just finished the practice, so don't go there if you have a serious condition. Staff are confused not even knowing which floor are different offices. To get the bill we waited longer than to do the examination. Very poor experience overall.

    I came here in a terrible state of health, without an appointment. The doctor saw me in 20 minutes. Everything was professional. Except the office. An office that other patients walk through while the doctor examines you. It was unexpected. And I don't think it's legal at all.

It all passes quickly, the results after 14:00 ... however, no one schedules a check-up. I call security to make an appointment for me that day, they manage to find an appointment at 14:30, I arrive there around 14:10 to find and check, in the main part of the clinic they already celebrate the secret Santa Claus and exchange information about gifts, barely noticing patients around you. Nice, kids, but ... I'm going to the Kovid ward, I'm waiting, but ... there's no doctor, even though we have an appointment. There are no sisters. All empty - an older woman waits for about 10 minutes for someone to show up, a barely alive woman. A nurse suddenly appears to call the mentioned doctor and convey her opinion to me by phone. "Just set up vitamins, rest, paracetamol." 5 days later, I discovered that the radiologist had written "Further consult a pulmonologist" on my report. Simpaticno, decica, ali... odlazim u Kovid odeljenje, cekam, medjutim... doktorice nema, iako imamo zakazanu kontrolu. Sestara nema. Sve prazno - jedna starija zena ceka 10ak minuta da se neko pojavi, jedva ziva zena. Pojavljuje se sestra odjednom da bi nazvala pomenutu doktoricu i telefonski mi prenela njeno misljenje. "Samo nastavite vitamine, mirovanje, paracetamol". 5 dana kasnije sam otkrivam da mi je radiolog na izvestaju napisao "Dalje konsultovati pulmologa". To niko od njih ni ne konstatuje (kao da doktorica nije ni pogledala nalaze uopste). Trenutno iskasljavam meni nepoznata tkiva iz pluca, i stanje (kolicina) se pogorsava iz dana u dan.     Just awful! A had an appointement at 3 pm and I was late for 2 min, which is wasnt my fault becouse insurance company told me about the appointment before 23 min and was hurry as it wad possible with taxi and sick child. In the hospital we came to administrators and they left us wait and just after 20 min or so they realised that they dont know who i am and why i came. Accidentally) then they tell me that they dont see my appointment but after my call to insurance company they found it! It seems that doctor decided to go home anyway. They give me an appointment after 1.5 hours, so i had to be outside in the middle of hot day with sick child. “Thank” you very much and i wish you the same experiences with your own sick children!!!!

    We went for a medical health check for the whole family, 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Very calm, professional and dedicated dr's are there, but also more important, calm, smiled and effective staff helped us even more. Especially for the teenagers: all of them were nice, polite, professional, so I needed to ask, how? Their answer was simple: we have enough time assigned for each patient. Also, huge help on the relation ourselves with insurance company: they prepare all for you. Congrats MediGroup on treating patients, doctors and staff in a nice way.
