Be very careful in choosing a surgeon and a clinic. I wouldn’t advise this clinic for surgeries. It good hotel conditions, but unprofessional approach. I had a bad experience with many professional mistakes without any excuses and compensations. 1. During a planing surgery on instillation of implant the surgeon didn’t put me the implant because it wasn’t delivered in the hospital by courier. I was under anesthesia and doctor changed without agreement with me or my relatives the type of surgery and made me bone micro-fractures. 2. Instead of arthroscopic surgery I got a 12 cm. scar on my ankle. I won’t attach the picture, it’s very ugly and the scar is very sloppy and looking like a dumpling 🥟 3. I got additional surgery on ligaments while I have its overstretched from my gymnastics activities. Actually it’s a problem for my normal life now. I have very long rehabilitation period which is not covered by surgery package and no one takes responsibility for that. 4. Bad experience with my child. She got a wrong vaccine instead of Gardasil 9 they gave Gardasil 4 (old one). And again without any excuses. Take care of yourself and don’t make decisions viewing new beds in the rooms )

I was scheduled for surgery last week and the weeks leading up to the surgery I was emailing an administrator Dijana. She organised everything for me, payment options, surgery date, timings etc. Her English is perfect and polite and replying to my emails immediately. On the day of the surgery the admin staff, nurses and technicians couldn't do enough for me. The chief nurse made me feel at ease and welcome and we shared many jokes even with our language barrier. He and his nurses was just fantastic. My doctor and surgeon was Dr Aleksandar Andric, he was constantly professional and taking care of me, turns out he was a fellow military veteran. The hospital itself is new and spotlessly clean with the latest equipment. I'm very glad I went here for my treatment. Hvala mnogo to All the Staff

I've had a whole week of care in New Hospital. They are the best! Not only excellent specialist,but excellent personal too. They treated me so professional and keep up a high standard in pacient care. They go beyond what is necessary even for a privat facility,all this with kindness . They have my deep gratitude!

Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I came to the doctor to get a second opinion. Instead of getting test results, he insisted on a surgery that the other doctor told me I don’t need. I get a phone call today from the hospital saying that the doctor is insisting we get the surgery done instead of doing a biopsy and looking at the results first. When I said no, the lady on the phone started screaming at me, quoted me three different prices which are double and triple times the prices I see on the website. And for a simple procedure that requires local anesthetic they tell me I have to do it under general anaesthesia in a surgery room. No instructions as to what I need to do before hand to prepare for the procedure. Just come at 7am and pay 36 thousand dinars. Absolutely not. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Great hospital with dedicated English speaking staff! Arrived with an appendicitis and was taken care of immediately, in a professional and friendly manner. I was operated by an excellent and experienced surgeon, Dr.Andric, who performed laparoscopy impeccably. Anesthesia was perfectly dosed too. The bedrooms were comfy and modern, and the nurses kind, attentive and gentle ( and that makes a difference, too!). Highly recommend the place!

Today I was in this hospital. I was billed for the procedure. At my last appointment they promised me that it would be much cheaper. And I asked the women from the reception: why does it end up being so expensive? They showed me the receipt. When I left the hospital, the women from the reception began to laugh loudly at me. You could hear their laughter through the closed doors! Complete disrespect for clients! The feeling from the clinic remained disgusting. However, some of the doctors here are good, but the women at the reception tried to give this hospital a 1 star rating!

I had the best experience in this place. Healthcare back at home in the Netherlands is really good, but for me I've never went to a place like this. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to afford it but prices for us are comparable low. The staff and the doctor were extremely nice and helpfull. They were really thorough and gave us a lot of info. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!
