Mia and Joe are two great team members that work at MJ Diamonds. They hooked me up with a great deal on this Versace watch. I drove an hour away just to come to this specific jewelry store because I love dealing with Mia and Joe. Really personable people. I would highly recommend shopping here. I would GIVE this place a 6 star review if I could.

My fiance and I came in here in August of 2022 to look for our wedding rings. We came to 12 oaks Mall so that we could check out several different stores at one location and get a feel for what we liked. We didn't even plan on buying anything yet. This was the first store we went to. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they let us try on a lot of different rings. They really helped us get a feel for what we liked. They even put aside a couple of rings that we liked when we told them that we wanted to go look at other stores before committing. We went to every jewelry store in the mall, and none of them had anywhere near the selection of wedding rings that MJ did. We had seen so many rings that day that we realized how unique and special the rings that we had originally found at MJ's were. We went back and bought our wedding rings that day. Mine needed to be sized twice which was no problem for them. I am so happy and I will definitely come back here for any future jewelry needs.

I absolutely love MJ Diamond. Joey is the best. He has been our jeweler since 2019. He is very patient and knowledgeable about his products. I give him ideas and he finishes my sentences. He keeps my husband & I very fly. He understands what we want and keeps his eyes open& always delivers what we request. He doesn’t make us feel like a number when we walk in MJ. It’s feels like family. He even know our kids by name. His staff is very friendly as well. Even when We go look around when he’s not there. They treat us like they have know us forever. I highly recommend. Thank you guys so much:)

MJ Diamonds stores are very professional in every aspect of the jewellery business!! Staff are courteous and very knowledgeable of what they sell, service is very helpful and on time and prices are affordable for every budget! Great service I really appreciate Rebecca Marleine for the service they really helped me in getting a engagement ring I love mj but especially the two of them they treat me so well

Customer service was good but they base all their negations on “appraisal price” not what the jewelry is worth. Since they issue the appraisal that they mail to you they can slap a value of 5k on a ring you buy for 1500 dollars but in reality that ring is only worth 300 dollars. Just keep that in mind shady sales tactic.
