Me and my friend recently had a great experience with a nail technician named Bee at this salon. From the moment I sat down, Bee was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to ask me about my preferences and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. I received a manicure and pedicure, and Bee was extremely skilled and attentive. She took great care in shaping and buffing my nails, and the polish application was flawless. She also provided helpful tips on how to care for my nails at home. Throughout the service, Bee was very personable and easy to talk to. She made the experience enjoyable and relaxing, and I appreciated her attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service. Overall, my experience with Bee at the nail salon was excellent. She is a talented and friendly technician who clearly takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend Bee to anyone looking for a great nail care experience.

I waited a bit to write this in case my views chamged, and a couple of weeks later, they have not. When you attempt to schedule an appointment online, you actually aren't. You have to wait for them to respond and confirm. I scheduled a basic mani and nail dip. Upon arrival, they didn't know I was scheduled. Enter my phone number into their kiosk at the counter, add my name, and choose your services. Again, I entered basic mani and nail dip dame as online scheduling. When it was my turn, not addressed by name, but pointed at and said, "You, your next." The guy working at the counter spoke a small amount of English and had an heir about him that he was superior to everyone else. Sat down for mani, and he began to fill the tub with water. The girl 2 seats over jumped, and the male technician cut her with something. He scrambles for a bandage, and heir guy comes over wanting to know what happened. I never heard an apology from either of them. Ugh! The same technician comes over to perform my mani and indicates on his menu of services that my option is a deluxe package, $30 more than what I scheduled and confirmed on the kiosk. I said no, I scheduled a basic mani, and pointed to it on his menu folder. He wasn't happy. After my foot soak, he begins to file my feet and toes with a very used file. Pulled my feet back and said no, use a new file. He didn't understand. Heir guy came over wanting to know what was wrong. I indicated he was using a very used file, and I wanted a new one. They both seemed displeased with that. So much for a relaxing experience. I felt I had to keep my eye on him during the whole experience. During the whole process, he was too busy looking around the salon at what else was going on instead of paying attention to the customer in the chair in front of him. Once finished painting my toes, he didn't apply a top coat and said it wasn't necessary. He then tried to shove my feet into my flip flops, and they wouldn't fit due to the toe separator. He was agitated by this. Then, onto the nail dip with another person. It wasn't until after she started that I was offered something to drink, almost 50 minutes later, yet they advertise wine and beverages for clients on their website. She also tried to use a used nail file. She then resorted to the electric drill for almost everything else. She did an ok job, but after leaving and really being able to look at my nails, I wasn't happy with how they looked. Several were bumpy and wavy, gaps on the sides, and not smooth where the tips were shaped. Again, this was after I paid and left. When I went to pay I showed the screenshot from their website that first time customers booking online, save $10, heir guy wouldn't honor it, but gave 10% off to match their sign on the counter that if you give a 5 star review on google, you get 10% off tour next service. Normally, I go to Just Polished, but they didn't have an opening that worked with my schedule for almost a week. Lesson learned the hard way!! From now on, I will wait for an appointment there.

I had a great experience here I had a pedicure the volcano. And a full set of nails. Daisy was my technician she is very professional and friendly. Her work station is amazing. I did have on con I asked for a certain design but was told that it was expensive and that something else would be cheaper. However I don’t recall asking anyone to count my pockets. I went back the next day because the design was a bit immature for my taste, and she did some squiggly lines which were better than the first design. My daughter got her nails done that time a French tip manicure, which turned out really nice. Overall I had a great experience. Daisy was lovely the next time I go I just want the designs that I asked for everything else was great.

This place deserves less than a 1 star for customer service, professionalism and talent/skills. The nail tech that did my pedicure did a horrible job. She was the more plump one with short hair and a more round face. It's like she made a point to berate me about picking a color quickly, thrn she barely massaged my legs at all, another time I let her know my stones were not hot and she shrugged her shoulders and did nothing about it then as she was painting she intentionally left out my right pinky toe. When I reminded her, she acted like she never noticed. If I wouldn't have said anything, she would have let me leave with 4 toes done only. Terrible service. I won't be back and I wont be recommending this place to anyone, ever.

I decide to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday and was very disappointed with what I got. The gentleman that took care of me did everything in a hurry. I asked for the volcano and he left the scrub on my legs and feet for a minute and then rinsed it off. It was the quickest pedicure I had received in my life! When I asked to have my toe nails cut a bit shorter he was annoyed and said “I don’t know.” The nail polish was also laid on sooo thick! I’m not one to complain, but given that I spent $50 before tip, it was just very disappointing. This place has a high rating so I was looking forward to getting a nice pedicure, but the reality was harsh :( I won’t be coming back.

My go-to nail salon inside of 12 Oaks Mall. This place is massive. I enjoy the chair massage while I get pedicures. They continually send me 10 percent off coupons.

The Deluxe Nail Salon Spa provides next-level service in a beautiful atmosphere by smiling, friendly professionals. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon, there was no wait time to get my pedicure. 💖 This is my new salon forever. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this salon. They’re on the lower level just outside of Penny’s.

This is my favorite nail salon! I lived in Vegas for a job for 3 months and hated every nail spa due to comparing them to my hometown nail spa! As soon as I got back, me and my mom scheduled a mommy And daughter day here and they took great care of us just like they always have! My fav and only nail spa for life!
