Best doctor ever! Very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining things that anyone can understand. Current and up-to-date on procedures, recommendations and great referrals if you need something they can't do. The staff in the office is fantastic! They make a great team. The pre-visit and after visit software works great. From start to finish the experience goes smooth like a well-oiled machine. :)

He is very great doctor. He really took my concerns and helped with what I was dealing with. He takes time with me and answers all my questions. He is very compassionate which means a lot for someone who is eighty.

My regular doctor was not in the office. I saw Dr. Balmaseda. He was polite, knowledgeable and listen carefully to my health issue. Happily, I am on the mend.

Well organized office. Managed to squeeze me on same day I called for appointment. Even started office visit 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Dr Balmaseda very professional and would highly recommend

Haven’t seen Dr Paolo yet but the appointment and check in experience is awful. The google map only shows 1 of his office location, so we went to #210 but was told he is in the other building. Then ran down to the other building which cause us 15min late than appointment and he said he can’t see us today and need to reschedule. Super frustrated, especially my lower back is really pain and need a diagnosis. There is no location or office hour shared during the phone call to make a appointment. I may update the score later after seeing him but again the experience so far is awful, not acceptable.

I appreciated him being able to see my quickly, friendly, listened, developed a Tx plan I’m comfortable with - already feeling improvements. I’m a big fan of the practitioners here. I would recommend both Dr. M Pathak & Dr. P Balmaseda to anyone looking for good PCPs.

Doctor Paolo always takes time with me l'm not just a number and the staff is wonderful.

Wow. I was heartbroken when I heard Dr C retired. Dr Paolo accepted me right away and has started out with a bang. He was patient, knowledgeable, spent all the time needed to answer my questions so I knew I had found my new Dr. Thanks so much for your understanding and helpful ways. A great professional.
