I'd like to apologize for ordering take out tonight. After ordering through phone, it took me 10 min to get to the restaurant and another 20 min for the food to complete. As I was waiting, I witnessed the staff packaging the fried chicken dinner with the styrofoam container fully melted through. I addressed to the staff and she responded, "It's fine. It's fine. It's because it's hot. Any containers would melt because it's hot. What do you want me to do? It's fine!" Maybe it's not a good idea to suggest putting another piece of foil on top of the food in the future. However, I apologize for ordering fried chicken dinner. Maybe I didn't tip enough as I should for a take out. I sincerely apologize for ordering from this restaurant. Sorry for causing the trouble. It won't happen again!

Onion rings tasted like they were not cooked completely. Cheese in salad tasted old. Didn't receive the pita bread with our salads.

Wow! This Coney has gone from bad to worse. All the wait staff standing around the register on their phones, horrible service and even worse food. Lady who rang me up had the personality of an amoeba, won't be coming back.

Now I wouldn’t say I am a corned beef connoisseur per se but to say the food was unsavory is an understatement. I wasn’t the one eating here yet my friend who did said it was the first corn beef sandwich he couldn’t finish. Now this is where I draw the line due to the fact this man has eaten corned beef sandwiches from around the metro Detroit area. The only reason this establishment gets a 1 star is now I know what not to do when cooking a corned beef and Swiss.

I was disappointed tonight. They advertise as being open until 9 pm. I pulled up at 8:35-8:40 and the open light was still on in the window. I walked in to place a carryout order. There was one table of about 6 people eating inside and the lady sitting by the register asked if I had already placed a order. When I informed her that I hadn't, she then told me that their kitchen had already stopped taking orders for the night. Well then they should not advertise as being open until 9 pm or have the open light on. My carryout order would have probably been at least another $50 with their prices these days.

Eat there last Wednesday that would be March 15th food was horrible service was terrible we were all sick like food poisoning almost The food was swimming in Greece we all had the same thing and we were sick for 2 days I don't recommend this place at all the waitress had no care or interest in the fact that she was told my mother did not like her rice she simply didn't offer anything to correct that. She had no personality and she really acted like she didn't want to be there.

I visited yesterday with my ladies and had a delicious cottage cheese platter with peaches. The waitress Jaden served us with a youthful vigor, and made us feel welcome inside. Will definitely be giving the "tuna platter" a spin next time!

Been going to this Coney for years for carry out lunch. Staff is great, fast, professional, and they never get our large orders wrong.

Came in for a carry out and was not even acknowledged by the man sitting at the front counter. Maybe he was too busy on his phone to notice me standing there? After walking down to the other counter, I finally received service. I left a 2 dollar tip on my large order when normally I would tip more, but it was unacceptable to be ignored as a paying customer. If he is the owner, he should be ashamed of himself.

Good dog, good wings, good fries. It was also 2 minutes away from the hotel. The staff was quick, friendly, and constantly checking up.

I live 5 min away. Cold food, picked up on time. No utensils, soggy wet fries, un-melted mozzarella sticks, raw bacon on club, even the salad dressing was basically all vinegar and super acidic for "greek" dressing. Theres a lot of coneys around here dont go to this one

This place needs to start from scratch! How can you serve such low-quality flavorless food? The pancakes I ordered were flat! They brought me Log Cabin syrup which was horrible, I could taste every chemical in that bottle of so called syrup. Our orange was extremely sweet, our eggs, grits, and steak, were absolutely tasteless! People please be honest with your reviews, it could save lots of time and money!!!

This is my family’s favorite Leo’s! They get our order right and are super friendly. A great place all around!

My problem with Leo's is they do not all receive their food from the same source. The sausage links here are substandard.

Leo's is a Michigan standard, I get it. So's the food. Pretty standard. The interior ambiance couldn't be moreso. Standard family chain dining room: a big booth for everybody in a space lit up like a grocery store. And the service? Rises to meet the new minimalist standard, I suppose: a rushed hello attached to "ready to order?" with a "Here 'ya go" as plates were dropped off along with our tab. We ate what we ordered, paid at the register and left. Pretty standard.

Being in town for work on a regular basis, Leo's Novi is my go to place for meals. The food is always top notch and the staff is friendly and very welcoming. I have never had a bad meal or poor service not even during the lunch rush. Highly recommend this establishment.

My experience at Leo’s in Novi yesterday was excellent. My servers name was, JP She was nice and very conscientious! She sure was on point always to make sure If I needed anything. My coffee cup was nearly always full she made sure of it. The food was very good. I received my food quickly and it was nice and hot and made exactly how I ordered it. The employees here are all very nice and conscientious. I think some other establishments could gets some great pointers here to take back for their employees if they came in. I have never experienced any negative service or attitudes. I’ve been coming in here for quite along time too.

Patty was our server, she provided the best service we have had in years! She was so kind and nice from the moment we arrived until we were ready to go. Food was excellent. We will absolutely come back and hope we get Patty as our server again! Wonderful experience.

Had a call in order. Waitress answered the phone not saying it was Leo's Coney Island so I didn't know if I called the right place and location. Went to get my food the same waitress was rude not just to me but to the few people in front of me. I get my food with no napkins forks or knife. If you don't want to interact with the public get a night time janitor job.

Nice, and relaxing atmosphere. Great food, great friendly service. Food came out quick , and tasted fresh and fantastic. Busy lunch hour. I will be back.

The service was so good at Coney Island I had to ask my server for their name, Madi was such a good server she apologize if she wasn’t doing well because she was new but she was so polite and Charismatic last time I came here I asked for Cholula and they said didn’t have any but yesterday when i went their I asked Madi if she had any and she looked in the back for me and she gave me some excellent service from her.

amazing food, and even better service, very clean kitchen and preparation area, the owner checked up on our table twice asking if we need anything. Favorite place to have a good meal!

If I could give a zero I would. Service was terrible waitress stood on her phone never checked on us. Then Put the bill under a plate while we were in the middle of eating. Food was disgusting to top everything off. Will never eat here again.
