This
will
be
the
last
time
we
order
from
Cottage
Inn
Novi.
What
started
as
a
simple
mistake,
turned
into
a
nightmare.
I
ordered
a
4
topping
pizza
and
breadsticks.
I
picked
up
my
order
around
9:15pm.
When
I
got
home,
I
opened
my
pizza
to
find
it
was
a
half
cheese,
half
pepperoni
pizza.
Not
what
I
ordered.
I
called
to
ask
for
a
new
pizza.
The
girl
on
the
phone
was
extremely
rude.
She
said,
"I
guess
I
can
make
you
a
new
one".
Then
proceeded
to
tell
me
it
would
be
another
30
minutes.
When
I
asked
why
my
order
wasn't
correct
the
first
time,
she
explained
she
was
the
only
person
working
and
that
I
needed
to
just
understand
they
were
"busy".
It
was
a
Tuesday.
I
told
her
I
would
drive
BACK
up
there
and
wait
for
my
pizza.
I
had
already
paid
30$
for
a
large
pizza
and
breadsticks,
I'm
committed
at
this
point.
When
I
walked
in
for
the
second
time
(With
the
incorrect
pizza
in
my
hand),
I
noticed
that
was
she
NOT
the
only
one
working,
but
was
working
without
any
gloves
while
handling
uncooked
food.
Both
employees
ignored
me
for
10
or
so
minutes
before
even
acknowledging
I
was
there.
I
waited
another
20
minutes
until
the
rude
employee
walked
back
up
to
the
counter
and
threw
my
pizza
next
to
the
register,
looked
at
me,
and
said,
"It's
correct
now".
NO
APOLOGY.
They
never
owned
up
to
the
mistake,
never
said
"We
are
sorry,
we'll
fix
it".
Nothing.
This
is
by
far
the
worst
way
to
treat
customers,
especially
when
such
a
simple
mistake
could
have
been
easily
remedied
by
offering
an
apology
and
We'll
fix
it
for
you.
Instead,
I
was
treated
rudely
and
unfairly.
They
could
offer
me
free
pizza
for
a
year
and
I
wouldn't
return
to
this
place.
Oh,
I
forgot
the
best
part,
see
the
picture
for
the
abysmal
second
pizza
I
received.
