Most pizza places refuse to deliver to my dad’s apartment due to the confusing layout of the buildings, but my delivery driver personally called me so I could walk him through it, because he wasn’t going to leave until he delivered my food. Thanks to him I had a happy dad and a happy girlfriend. The staff that answered the phone when I called were very polite and nice as well. 10/10 would come here again.

Best pizza in the region, whose fare competes with fine Italian restaurants! Prep time very reasonable for the quality of the product. Very friendly staff! Will return again soon...

We used the android app to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I picked up the order as scheduled, and it was ready. The pizzas were hot and tasty, but the regular crusts were thick, very doughy, and super filling. In addition, the toppings on the vegetarian pizza were very sparse. We decided we prefer the regular crust at a competitor pizza chain and will try them next.

I made a mistake on my order. Bryan was serving me and he resolved the issue with my order quickly and easily. I loved my pizza and was so happy to have such a friendly person serving me. Thank you, Bryan!

Ordered on doordash for an XL gourmet pizza. They sent me a large in an XL box... the XL is almost 150% larger, and they didn't expect me to notice?? Look at how empty the XL box is... I suggest that if you want Cottage Inn pizza correctly made, then to go to the Farmington Hills location. I've never had this problem before at my local location and will never fall prey to their rip offs again.

This will be the last time we order from Cottage Inn Novi. What started as a simple mistake, turned into a nightmare. I ordered a 4 topping pizza and breadsticks. I picked up my order around 9:15pm. When I got home, I opened my pizza to find it was a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. Not what I ordered. I called to ask for a new pizza. The girl on the phone was extremely rude. She said, "I guess I can make you a new one". Then proceeded to tell me it would be another 30 minutes. When I asked why my order wasn't correct the first time, she explained she was the only person working and that I needed to just understand they were "busy". It was a Tuesday. I told her I would drive BACK up there and wait for my pizza. I had already paid 30$ for a large pizza and breadsticks, I'm committed at this point. When I walked in for the second time (With the incorrect pizza in my hand), I noticed that was she NOT the only one working, but was working without any gloves while handling uncooked food. Both employees ignored me for 10 or so minutes before even acknowledging I was there. I waited another 20 minutes until the rude employee walked back up to the counter and threw my pizza next to the register, looked at me, and said, "It's correct now". NO APOLOGY. They never owned up to the mistake, never said "We are sorry, we'll fix it". Nothing. This is by far the worst way to treat customers, especially when such a simple mistake could have been easily remedied by offering an apology and We'll fix it for you. Instead, I was treated rudely and unfairly. They could offer me free pizza for a year and I wouldn't return to this place. Oh, I forgot the best part, see the picture for the abysmal second pizza I received.

Pizza with better quality ingredients. The pizza dough is defiantly a different type than other pizzerias. Good taste, fresh ingredients. Order was made for the perfection. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of parking in front of the place. Quick service. Limited sitting. Wheelchair accessible. Ordered vegetarian pizza and they made sure that restrictions were maintained for the order.

We ordered pizzas, salads and breadstix for a church function (about 70 people) and could not have been happier! Both the manager and our deliveryman gave us GREAT customer service. The food was excellent - we had lots of compliments from our group. Thank You Cottage Inn!!

The Lady who usually works at night these 5 stars are for her . I’ve been coming by for awhile now . She always over delivers when it comes to services . She has a positive attitude Everytime and that’s rare to come by . Thank you . NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU

The pizza it great but there's something wrong with the delivery they never want confirm addresses and for the last seven times I've ordered they can't seem to find the address and end up blowing up my phone. So avoid the delivery altogether. Just pick it up your self.

We will never order food from here again. We ordered two cheese pizzas and breadsticks and what we received was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was cold, tasted like it had been sitting for hours, and the crust was burnt and hard as a rock. It was completely inedible so we ended up throwing it all away and just having breadsticks for dinner. Very disappointing.

LOVE this Cottage Inn for the great delivery service and amazing vegan pizza menu items!!! Where else can you get a pizza loaded with vegan sausage and cheese?! So good. Want to shout out delivery driver MARINA, who was so friendly and right on time with our last order :) the salad portions are generous, too!

Ordered double pepperoni and cooked extra well done. I don't think it is was cooked extra well, but this definitely was not extra pepperoni. I've ordered from a couple cottage inna before, and I have an idea of what to expect. And in general the pizza just kinda seemed soggy and meh.

I usually place my order at Farmington downtown store but each time they end up adding too much cheese which I dislike inspite of telling them not to. But this store never disappoints. Highly recommend..

Never go here ever! Rude people one hour and 40 min to get 2 cheese pizza and breadsticks that were raw and cold! So awful. Not even a sorry when I called after they were rude to both calls asking where was the pizza.

Was trying to place an order for 15 pizzas to feed a large group. I called last week and got a price. Called back today to finalize and place the order. Supposedly talked to the owner. He laughed at me when I told him the price they gave me last week. Said, “This is Cottage Inn. You can’t get a pizza for that price! You must have called the wrong place. If you want pizza that price you should go to Little Caesars”. I assured him I called the same place as last week. Again laughing he went on to tell me how the price of cheese has increased and that $7 a pizza (the price I was quoted) would only get me dough and sauce. He was beyond rude. Needless to say, I will be taking my business somewhere else. I won’t return to this location again.

I’ve ordered at this locations a few times and each time was pretty good , quick service and my order was accurate. Typically, I go to the location in commerce on 14 mile and they are always on point. I have ordered salads multiple times from cottage in and have enough to have 2 servings. This time I ordered a salad from this location and the salad was in a small cardboard box and though they gave me two dressings; it’s barely enough lettuce for one salad. Also, this isn’t the size I’m used to. I paid $6 for this plus left a tip, and now I’m ready to eat it and have more feta and toppings than anything 🙄 I separated the salad so you can see the amount of lettuce compared to toppings.
