Wow has CEC has upgraded and changed for the better! This location is Larger than most, and the set up had plenty of booths aligning the perimeter of play area making it easier to watch the kids. No more tokens and No tickets! Gaming and ticket system is all on play cards. Buying points was better to me than buying play time or buy the wristband. Must offer close to 100 arcade style, interactive games some with water features, and rides. 4 stars because the food offering wasn't the best, so stick to the basics of pizza and salad bar. Although staffing was scarce the place was clean and they were helpful and friendly.

Just had our son's 8 th birthday party here. Don't plan on doing it again. It was a lovely time for the kids, they all had fun. But the cost was atrocious! The service was ok, the big concern for myself and other parents were the numerous trip hazards. We understand all the cords that need to be there, but they were all over and just covered with tape. Sticking up off the floor and definitely in the way.

(The personal pizza is so cute that it was hard to eat- (╥﹏╥) oof) The [Personal Pizza with Bacon] was sooo good. The pizza was sweet, buttery and soft while the crest was crunchy and buttery. The Personal Pizza is perfect if you want something small enough to full your stomach.

Eh. Really this simple.. Ultimate package with 3 pizza’s cost me $400 for 9 kids. When arriving, we waited in a booth for 15 minutes to be taken to our table. The tables are too close together, and there were two other birthdays parties on both sides of us. Some random kid from another party came to our table and was drinking from my daughters cup. You pay for a tote bag which was never given to us. We ordered two gluten free pizzas for a guest with gluten sensitivity and another with Celiacs, they served us a regular pizza and told us it was gluten free, only to tell us 30 mins later they messed up. I asked the server multiple times if she was SURE they were gluten free and she said yes. Only thing they did to rectify that, was take the gluten free pizzas off our bill, which was $18.99. Not enough in my opinion, especially given the possibility that someone is going to be sick all night now. THEN my brother overheard the server talking bad about me for complaining about the non gluten free pizza. Just such a joke. A lot of games didn’t even work, play cards quit working early when it was supposed to be unlimited play for two hours.. just a complete trash experience and will never spend my money there again and encourage you not to either.

The place was being renovated, so there were loose carpet tiles here and there for the kids to trip on. My niece tripped on one, fell and bumped her head. She was a little trooper, she still managed to enjoy her birthday... But I felt like the place should've been in better condition for the customers. The staff was friendly. The kids had a good time... 🤷🏽‍♀️

This was the best Chuck E Cheese I ever been too. The atmosphere and games were the best. Little slow with food but overall great place for parties and talking your kids on a play date.

My mom and my 17 month old went and had such a great time! The pizza and cheese bread was delicious 🤤 it was so clean therefore making the vibes even better! The staff was very professional and polite. What a wonderful establishment and environment for not only kiddos but adults too 🙂

The price paid for a birthday party does not match the service. The kids had a wonderful time playing games but the lack of service from the staff was a one star. The tables were not spaced appropriately, parents had to serve the pizza and cake while the staff huddled in a corner talking. No attention to detail to make the day special for the birthday girl.

The staff was incredible. She helped so much. Kept me informed about everything going on. The pizza was great this time. The atmosphere was incredible. When I had my boys birthday parties there couple years ago it was awful so I was a little reluctant to have my daughter's there but I'm so glad I did!

We went there for my little one's birthday and it was as if we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff are so good with kids and the party wouldn't have been the same without them. I like the new play cards so much better than tokens. My kids were able to trade their points in for actually good prizes and not just candy. The food isn't the reason why we came. Sorry Chuck, you got bad pizza. But who cares. We came to party and party we did. So much fun. 5 stars over all.

Kids had fun. The medium wings are a rip off. For $24.50 you get 14 pieces (tiny) of boneless chicken. I couldn't believe it so I checked with the girl working the register to be sure they didn't mess it up.. The pizza is par for the course. Eat first (anywhere else) and then enjoy the ambiance and games with your kids.

Took our granddaughter for fun and games. However, the place was over run with unsupervised children on a ''day camp'. The staff threw our food out that we barely got to eat just after stepping away for a minute. Like who throws out a near full pizza. The games malfunctioning caused our ticket card balance to drop 3 times as fast. Buyer beware.... costs us $60 and left sorely disappointed

Best chuck cheese I've ever been to. Everything was clean and the set up was nice and spaced out. The machines were all working and the amount of tokens for each machine was beyond reasonable.💝💝

I took my kids here and they had an wonderful time. They played all evening and ate all the pizza they could stomach. Very amusing for the children

Brought my kids here to play. Ordered two pizzas and drinks. Tell me why I'm expected to walk two extremely HOT pizza plates to my table ?? No mitts, no insulation, just hit metal. Navigating people and trip hazards you are lucky I'm intelligent or you would have a lawsuit! Those pans were way too hot to be handled bare handed. I had to grab my plates and slide under the pan to balance it. There has got to be a better way to serve pizzas than that. Other locations bring it to the table..with the server holding a pot holder. Then the cherry is when I asked the young man how he proposed I walk piping hot pans to the table and was told oh just grab them..and walked away. Yall need training and some better ideas because how you are going.. you will get sued when someone gets burnt.

This place has definitely changed over the years. I like the new layout of the games so everyone is not bumping into each other but, the games don't offer as many "tickets" like they used to. The pizza has also gotten smaller and thinner.

Very disappointed in the summer 2022 remodeling. It’s much less bright and colorful, and more bland and boring. The booths are way too high, obstructing the view of screens in restaurant. And worst of all, what were they thinking removing the animatronic??? Not the same place now. Major downgrade. RIP Chuck E! :(

Only 1 star because there was no option to give less. Had my grandson's 1st birthday party at the Novi location and was beyond disappointing. When we arrived the tables were dirty, food was all over the tables and floors. I request for cleaning supplies because our party host, I guess cleaning was above her. I had to clean myself. Party host treated my entire party as if we were nothing and gave us terrible service every step of the way with a smirk on her face. There were no napkins on the tables, I had to run around to grab napkins from others tables. Dip dots were sat on the table without spoons for the kids. Host refused to give spoons. I had to go get them myself. The party started at 5:30 and at 5:40 the food order was placed for the party guest parents. Only the pizza came. I had to continue to ask the host for cups for the parents to get drinks. Those were provide at 6:20, parents additional food items order was not but in the oven until 7:20 pm, 10 minutes before the party was set to be over and the order was wrong. Parents were not happy. Host was not bothered, never came to the table to check on the kids or see if we needed anything. I was told that our host has never received a complaint which leads me to believe skin tone was a problem. At $30 a kid to not have your host greet you, not be attentive, make parents wait to get their food and think it's funny is really sad. The manager was spineless. She did nothing. The staff was not listening to her either. Manager said I thought you were okay after we cleaned a little and expressed that they were trying to do the bare minimum to shut me up. I have never been treated like this. Our table not being serviced while all the other parties are getting their food and having fun. May I add those tables had a different skin tone. I will never go to any of their locations again. You know when African Americans are treated wrong and speak up we are sometimes considered hostile but no one looks at the reason we are hurt and upset. I want to believe that the host had a different issue with us for the chuck e cheese sake. I am tried of organization thinking it's okay to treat people like garbage, charge all this money and we are supposed to just accept it. Manager just wanted us out, we are out but this is not over. I will be call corporate and sending in letter. This organization should be ashamed of this location it's staff and the manager running it. My I also add the staff was walking around talking about how they aren't going to keep doing all this work ( no work was being done), laughing talking about how they don't like their jobs. It's shows!

With recent upgrades, this place has more fun than earlier! Kids enjoyed all their time there.

Place was clean. Staff was nice. PP pizza was tasty. Games were in good order. 1st time here. We usually do the one in Troy. That one has the games he likes but this is a good alternative.

My family was celebrating our daughter's birthday here. The kids loved it, they had fun. Very cool entertainment for children. As for the organization, there are nuances. First, we brought our cake, which they forgot about, and then barely found. Secondly, when I received the receipt, I saw an additional position that I did not order, and overpaid $15 (I noticed on the way home). Next time I'll check the check right away. And please give the managers normal knives, because we brought a wonderful cake, and it was just torn with a plastic knife.

Take my son here to do/play their unlimited games feature. We usually do the 60-minute or 90-minute option which allows him to play as many games as he wants. There can sometimes be long lines when you’re trying to cash in your earned tickets/points, but if you watch the line and time it right you can get right in to get your prize… OR because all tickets/points are kept on your card, you can teach your child about saving up and then build up a bunch for a BIG prize. That’s what we did. We go about once a month to have fun and play games.

This place is so much fun, but the quality of the pizza has gone down quite a bit. The cooks need to do a better job. Our pizza’s weren’t even really round shaped and not sure that they were thoroughly cooked.

Where a kid can be a kid, or in mine and my friends cases, where adults can become kids again! 4 adults literally choose to go to Chucky Cheese for a few hours of fun and games! Sure there are other places more geared towards adults, but that wasn't what we were looking for. The key word was nostalgia! Kids running laughing and screams, awesome games that you spend all your money on just to get a few tickets for a lollipop, a live dance show with chucky and his gang, and to finally top it all off....AWESOME PIZZA AND A SALAD BAR! Honestly the outing was so much fun! Only 4 stars because it takes a LONG time to finally get your pizza and they have changed things a lot in how you get your tokens now. Having someone one always ready to explain that process would definitely help a lot of people out, especially if they haven't been to the establishment in a long time. Otherwise, was a great day!
