This place SUCKS the pizza is cold (I showed up when the app said show up) dude didn’t cut the FREAKING 🤬 pizza - 2nd pizza was supposed to have bacon looks like plain cheese (barley any bacon) what type of people are you hiring here ??? NEVER AGAIN stay away from this place far away. The floor was dirty inside the store - employee had dirty finger nails handing me the 2 pizzas — I don’t even trust eating this for Health reasons. Literally just threw it in the dumpster.

Not friendly customer service. We got the wrong pizza (please see attached images), but due to the closing time, they told us not to eat it and return the pizza back the next day. Mistakes can be made, but they did not handle it properly.

Ordered a veggie lover and they gave it to me with no mushroom so I had to drive 20 minutes back to Pizza Hut to have it replaced and 20 minutes back to my house after I had already made that trip so an hour and 20 minutes of driving just to get my pizza made properly. I was given no discount even though I had to make an extra 40 minutes driving trip! Both pizzas looked terrible in the first place

Pricey for mediocre. Two things I recall about the pizza Hut I knew and loved are absent in the modern version. The crust used to be light, but crunchy. It put me in the mind of a toasted focaccia bread. No more. This is limp and non-descript. Though the old toppings weren't farm fresh, they were very tasty. No more. They have lost their taste and identity. I have given them several tries, and hated it. May be okay for you if you have no prior reference point for this brand.

This is how we received our pizza when we picked it up. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe they even put this in the box and thought it was ok to serve it. $30 pizza went in the trash. There’s no way I would feed this to my family!

One of the very best pizza places you can possibly have in Novi Michigan. The people are amazing and the food is too! If they mess anything up. They will go out of their ways to fix it. The drive they have is also a great person. Works so hard. So always to make sure to give a great tip and do not forget gas is 450 almost 5 bucks a gallon. So think what the driver must spend just to drive your food to your door!!

I work across the street from them so this is a frequent lunch spot for me. I have to say the server her name is Ray is phenomenal. She is a workaholic and provides an unbelievable level of service. Very friendly and warm environment and no complaints about the food either. Try their wings they're really good.

Called in my order got one price on the phone then show up and the store had another price $15 more! I heard nothing but excuses as this location uses a corporate line vs local phone ordering. A lot of finger pointing by the staff but in the end it’s not worth ordering here again. Too many other options and better service in the area to go through all of this confusion. Order with caution they do a bait and switch on pizza pricing.

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery... after 3 slices my stomach started making weird noise, and now I'm on the toilet with diarrhea...idk who didn't wash their hands but this is ridiculous.

I ordered our dinner online. The pizza breadsticks and soda were ready as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted warmly by the young lady at the cash register. When I got home the food was still hot and delicious. A great experience all the way around.

I ordered from door dash for pick up and I walked out with out my sauce and one pop . The lady says I have to call door dash . Pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way it was doughy. Customer service is horrible . I ran a pizza place for 12 years . I didn’t want my money back or anything just wanted her to reheat my pizza up and give me my pop .

Ordered extra sauce. Asked her at the counter if the extra sauces were in there. She said yes. Got home and no extra sauce. Wouldn't have been a big deal but its happened multiple times before. At $1 a sauce its a little ridiculous. Pizza was barely cooked. Just melted cheese on doughy bread. Not the first time either. Tried to call the location and apparently PH decided it was a good idea to ship their phones to India. Unbelievable. Unable to contact store to let them know about the sauces. With all the pizza options in the area we're done with the location and probably the franchise.

Pizza Hut quality has gone down considerably. I ordered Veggie Lovers pizza and it was undercooked. Half pizza crust was white, and other half was very light brown. Felt like eating dough. This is second time happened in a row. Complaining to Pizza Hut is useless, because it seems like they don't care.

The first bad PizzaHut pizza I have ever had. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese, 5pc bread sticks with 2 additional marinara sauces and not only were they lacking extra cheese they had patches of no cheese. Just really disappointed.

Everything from ordering before they opened until we picked up oir order was smooth and easy. The food was PERFECT nothing missed. My son is 11 and when he ate it he automatically said he wish he could give 10 stars. I have to agree the staff, process and food was perfect...PLEASE DONT CHANGE. We will bow be regulars because it's worth it and confident of staff and food. THANKS for making everything great for a great evening.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The breadsticks were thin and super greasy, the pizza was dough and not cooked well, and the cinnamon sticks we ordered had literally no cinnamon on them. It’s a shame because our family loves Pizza Hut. We will not be back.

I ordered on the pizzahut app for delivery tip the driver 20%. The email says it was set up for. Pick up. Nobody at the store will answer the phone, the call center continues just to put you on hold. And apparently I tip the workers $10 to make my pizzas that I never received.

When I got my pizza it was ice cold and there was slices of pizza all thrown in the box. It literally look like somebody dropped it on the ground and just threw it back in there and I did not receive the right pop order a Mountain Dew, and got diet. Overall will not be getting anything else from this Pizza Hut especially when you considered I paid over 30 bucks to get one pizza and pop.

Not eatable! Something is wrong with this branch… Im not sure how it was left this way to spoil the reputation of such a brand

I ordered a triple pepperoni and bread. When I received my order the pizza looked as though it was only single pepperoni. I ask the employee if this was correct with the response was yes some of the pepperoni were covering others. I work at a pizza place It didnt even look like double pepperoni. I drove 30 minutes for this.

This Pizza Hut store is nice and cozy, they serve fresh and hot pizza. Thin crust and pan pizza is the best from this place. And the staff is nice and friendly. They also send plenty of coupons in mail.

I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT 0 STAR. I ORDERD PIZZA AND CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE OF THEY DON'T HAVE DRIVER TO DELIVER THE ORDER. THIS HAPPENED WITH ME TWICE. SO I ORDER FROM DOMINO'S AND THEY DELIVERED.

Sad sad food. Bread sticks tasted stale and pizza seemed over proofed and just bleh. Definitely have had better pizza hut, Definitely not the standard expected

Pizza and bread were barely cooked, very doughy, cheese wasn’t melted.

I ordered the new sliders and it was cooked crisp. Was hard to bite into. Felt like they dropped it in cooking oil and fried it HARD. Could not even fully bite into it. Eventually just opened it and took out the filing. Had to order somewhere else as that was not enough. Pizza Hut used to be the standard to beat. It was the place my family went every other Friday when dad got paid. To sit in the restaurant and pizza brought to the table. One thin crust and one traditional meat lovers. I do not know what happened to them. Instead of making the cardboard places rise to their expectations Pizza Hut lowered theirs.

Taste maker pizza pan style with three of your favorite toppings. So delicious. Add some cheesy garlic bread and pow....

The store said they never got my order. I didn't get my delivery, yet I have confirmation emails and pizza hut emailed me for this survey to ask how my order went. Something is wrong here.

Always a great experience when we visit this location for dinner. Our pizza and breadsticks were ready on time and still hot when I got home. It tasted delicious! We will be back

Haven't had pizza hut in 10 years. I just happened to be out this way and ordered thru grubhub. This location did not disappoint AT ALL. Food was awesome and so was the price. Would definitely order from here again

Location is clean and convenient- received my food very fast- all was delicious and correct. Gentleman who helped me check out- was very friendly and professional. Price was great for all the food I ordered. We will be ordering from here again soon!

Ordered from doordash. Called to explain that there was no signature cream cheese frosting on my cinnamon rolls. Kid says I know every order that I've done was done right. I think you missed one buddy. Told me I had to go through doordash to fix it. Wasn't their mistake it was yours

Waitress and staff were working really hard but it was so busy with takeouts that it took ages for our meal to arrive. The family at the table next to us were waiting over an hour too, but they gave up and left before the meal arrived. Pizza was awesome when it finally arrived though!

Just wow .. went to Pizza Hut late afternoon as we were too much hungry. We (2) ordered veggie pizza with thick base. It took 10 min to prepare pizza. Pizza looks mouthwatering .. I must say it was really awesome pizza .. Pizza base is nicely baked n crunchy with lot of cheese and it tastes too good. I must say you should atleast once try Veggie pizza once ..

I usually order online from pizza hut in livonia. We stopped here at 4 pm. They only had three employees, one was a server. The pizza was over cooked, the salad bar was good. I had to find more napkins for myself. It was hard for one counter person. This place will not be a repeat for me. My friend was even surprised with the pizza. The place looked clean as well as the bathroom. The server was friendly

I'm only rating 2 stars because the pizza was so smacking Delicious. But we got here around 6:30 pm. Sat at the table for about 15 minutes before we even got a menu. There was littler two other people in here. After getting the menu and ordering a pizza we waited for about 25-30 min for the pizza. Which I expect pizza to take a good minute. And we sat there and ate, I had been out of water by the time we received the pizza. And during the whole time our server never asked if we wanted a refill. Got there about 6:30 and left at 8:00. I only ate two pieces of my pizza in that time. Other than the massive amount of waiting for service when there was litterally no body in there pretty much, the food was delicious and definitely do recommend for ordering out.

I placed a carryout order for my son’s hockey team party. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called to place the order as well as when I picked it up. The pizzas were ready exactly when they were supposed to be. They were hot and fresh, and tasted great. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut establishment to anyone.

I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza and this is what i got. But the service was ok. But inhate paying $16.00 for just a pepperoni pizza.
