I had my eyebrows waxed and colored for the first time and I am completely thrilled. The Benefit employee (Coco) explained everything very well and was also super personable. You noticed very quickly that she loved you. I can only recommend going there for very good advice and support from start to finish. Really well done! 😊

Today I spontaneously went to Coco for a brow styling. The result is super natural and exactly as I imagined! The color is wonderfully coordinated and the waxing is very clean. Coco took her time and worked very carefully and cleanly. I received great advice and would love to come back!

Simply canceled today's appointment via email. Without my husband's information, I would have driven into the city. No call, no alternative appointment, although the mobile phone number is required when booking the appointment. Nobody can be reached by phone. I'm waiting 10 days for this appointment. I'm totally disappointed. This service actually deserves 0 stars.

It was my first time at Benefit Browbar and I am more than happy with the result. Coco cleaned my messy eyebrows and gave me helpful tips on how to best care for them. The powdery eyebrow pencil is also very pleasant to use and leaves a great result. I'll come by regularly from now on :)
