I've been a patient here for a long time. Just follow the rules, one thing at a time. The ladies and the doctors are friendly and respectful.

I have been visiting this doctor's office on various occasions since 2016. Appointments always worked without any problems over the phone, of course sometimes with a slightly longer waiting time, but that is no different with various other doctors, a doctor's office cannot employ 20 telephone operators. You are always greeted very politely at reception. You don't have to expect that when there are a lot of sick people and also a lot of very unfriendly people or various language and communication difficulties, that people will be showered with kindness, it's completely normal. Anyone who gets upset about something like that should stay at home. There were absolutely no waiting times at the beginning, you kept your appointment and actually got your turn after less than 5 minutes. My last visit the waiting time was 30 minutes, which is completely reasonable. I don't have a regular doctor in the practice, so I had different doctors who looked after my concerns and were always very friendly, polite and attentive. I can recommend the practice in Steinbühl without hesitation, expect a longer waiting time on the phone, don't just go there without an appointment and just like you scream into the forest, it will come out again, so always be friendly, then the ladies at reception will also be friendly. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Praxis. Das Team ist super Höflich und die Ärzte sehr kompetent. Jede Untersuchung wird erklärt und Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Die Wartezeiten sind sehr zeitnah und auch im Wartezimmer ist man nur so kurz wie notwendig. Weiterbehandlung an weitere Ärzte ist zügig und Erfolgt ohne unnötigen Aufwand. Eine Empfehlung kann ich nur Aussprechen. Danke, das man sich bei Euch gut versorgt und aufgehoben fühlen darf.

Appointments are made quickly (also by telephone), although you may have to wait, but it is within limits. I've been going there for years and have always been treated politely and kindly. There is the saying: "How to call into the forest...", which only applies to isolated recessions.

Dr. Witke is a very competent doctor and had a lot of patience with us. She thinks empathetically and explains everything very well. The current staff is also very cooperative and helped well with subsequent appointments. Thank you very much 🙏

You do need an appointment, but it's almost always on the same day. The doctors I have had so far have all been nice and competent! 👌 I had experienced this differently elsewhere..
