Unfortunately
I
am
forced
to
leave
a
negative
review
for
this
well-known
restaurant
carrying
a
superb
reputation.
The
reason
of
this
low
review
is
the
communication
gaps
with
the
customers
(me)
and
inaccurate
reservation
management.
After
hearing
several
good
recommendations,
I
was
happy
to
book
a
table
for
a
special
celebration,
which
I
tried
doing
8-days
in
advance
knowing
this
is
a
quite
busy
restaurant.
I
first
tried
to
make
the
reservation
online,
but
this
was
not
possible
as
the
restaurant
cannot
process
reservations
for
6+
guests
online,
in
such
cases
this
has
to
be
done
via
phone
as
instructed
in
the
restaurant´s
website
itself.
Therefore
I
called
to
book
a
table
for
10
guests
for
dinner
on
Sat.
12/02.
I
was
told
there
was
only
room
for
us
that
day
at
20:30,
which
was
not
the
time
I
originally
desired
but
I
gladly
took
as
I
was
very
keen
to
try
the
restaurant
for
the
very
first
time.
The
gentlemen
that
took
my
call
was
clear
that
we
would
get
a
table
at
20:30
but
not
earlier
due
to
another
prior
large
group,
which
I
agreed
with.
I
also
offered
a
down
payment
with
my
credit
card
to
secure
the
table,
but
this
was
not
accepted
nor
necessary
according
to
the
reservation
manager.
The
reservation
was
confirmed
verbally
over
the
phone,
without
any
further
written
confirmation.
When
the
day
came,
we
showed
up
and
our
reservation
was
not
registered
in
their
books,
which
was
quite
a
blow
for
us.
After
trying
to
clarify
what
was
the
reason
of
this,
we
could
not
get
a
solid
argument,
only
that
it
was
not
possible
anymore
to
honor
the
reservation.
Apparently
the
group
before
us
stayed
longer
than
expected.
Mistakes
happen,
but
I
would
have
expected
a
different
customer
service
for
such
a
distinguished
restaurant.
The
manager
ultimately
arranged
a
table
in
the
first
floor
were
also
good
dishes
and
drinks
are
served,
however
this
was
not
what
we
originally
planned.
Imperial:
Please
work
on
you
reservation
management
for
larger
party
groups,
we
still
had
a
nice
night
and
the
waiters
tried
to
make
it
up,
but
we
were
dissapointed
not
to
be
able
to
try
your
best
food
in
a
special
occasion.
No
compensation
or
else
was
offered
before
and
when
receiving
the
bill.
