Perfect from start to finish. Every dish was full of flavour, cooked amazingly and well presented. Even the bread was delicious. The wine was also perfectly paired. Our main server Elke was fantastic, explaining every dish and wine in detail and was super attentive and friendly throughout. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed, minimal and chic which added to the overall experience. Definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere and welcoming and personal service. The quality of the meat outstanding. Some interesting flavor combinations. A bit too much from the mayonnaise option in my opinion. Yeah it is well over my usual budget for my restaurant treat but for a special occasion we left with a very good impression.

The Design and atmosphere is fine but SERVICE IS SO BAD. The waiter Mr. Patrick behaved us in a very bad manner. And talked to us UNPOLITE They brought our drinks more than Half an hour time. For the ordered food we ordered bread and other side starters they did not bring them. The taste of food not good. WE TOTALLY DID NOT LIKE, DO NOT PREFER

Food is overpriced. We waited 10 minutes for the bill in a half-empty restaurant. The waiters were loud and approached the table too often. Limited knowledge of English.

Highly recommend if your in town

This was a wonderful experience. The restaurant ambiance was amazing and felt so well loved. And that love rubs off on the wonderful staff, one of the best service models I have ever received, WELL DONE. The food was average, I expected something to blow my taste buds away which was not the case. You could see the passion the kitchen team had put into the preparation which shows in the pictures, just missed the WOW

We went twice by now. First time was in the summer for dinner. We had a great night and the steak was excellent. Second time we ordered brunch tickets and came with our ten week old baby. We appreciate that he was allowed to join us. We do absolutely understand places that have an adults only policy. The brunch itself was good, however not as good as the dinner we had. A little more frech fruits would have been nice. The service was great at any time. Very friendly, very quick and open for all sorts of solutions. We cannot understand why anyone would complain about the waiting team.

Imperial stands out as an oasis in the culinary desert that is Nuremberg. After a week of avoiding pretzels, schnitzel, bland Indian food, something called tapas, and Italian out of the box food, Imperial was a cascade of fresh and invigorating sensory delight. I selected the five course meal which paired perfectly with a Riesling, Ruinart champagne, and an Austrian blend. I will be back, just not soon enough.

The best dining experience I’ve ever had!!! The food was amazing and the staff was great! I could try to describe the food but I wouldn’t do it justice.

Wonderful experience with an outstanding unique cuisine. Thank you Natasha for such a lovely hospitality, ang of cause chefs, who were personally coming to ask in order to be sure everything will be made correct. Thank you for making our orders so how it was required (because of the pregnancy the chefs must go for me extra efforts). Octopus, Roastbeef and chocolate cake with with liquide middle and strawberry sorbet were unforgettable delicious. We will come back for sure. Million thanks!!!!!!

Good food, awful service. Waiter was, rude, maybe he's racist or something, all of us where from Eastern Europe maybe that's is the reason idk. But in the end Manager was very polite and apologies for Waiter's behaviour and that's only reason I'm giving it two stars.

Unfortunately I am forced to leave a negative review for this well-known restaurant carrying a superb reputation. The reason of this low review is the communication gaps with the customers (me) and inaccurate reservation management. After hearing several good recommendations, I was happy to book a table for a special celebration, which I tried doing 8-days in advance knowing this is a quite busy restaurant. I first tried to make the reservation online, but this was not possible as the restaurant cannot process reservations for 6+ guests online, in such cases this has to be done via phone as instructed in the restaurant´s website itself. Therefore I called to book a table for 10 guests for dinner on Sat. 12/02. I was told there was only room for us that day at 20:30, which was not the time I originally desired but I gladly took as I was very keen to try the restaurant for the very first time. The gentlemen that took my call was clear that we would get a table at 20:30 but not earlier due to another prior large group, which I agreed with. I also offered a down payment with my credit card to secure the table, but this was not accepted nor necessary according to the reservation manager. The reservation was confirmed verbally over the phone, without any further written confirmation. When the day came, we showed up and our reservation was not registered in their books, which was quite a blow for us. After trying to clarify what was the reason of this, we could not get a solid argument, only that it was not possible anymore to honor the reservation. Apparently the group before us stayed longer than expected. Mistakes happen, but I would have expected a different customer service for such a distinguished restaurant. The manager ultimately arranged a table in the first floor were also good dishes and drinks are served, however this was not what we originally planned. Imperial: Please work on you reservation management for larger party groups, we still had a nice night and the waiters tried to make it up, but we were dissapointed not to be able to try your best food in a special occasion. No compensation or else was offered before and when receiving the bill.
