OMG the food was sooo delicious!!! Nice atmosphere and the wait staff were very pleasant!!! Definitely will go back!!!

The waiter was wonderful food well yuck...and the hostess well I think to say to call her rude is a compliment cause I wanna call her something else. Maybe it was my tattoos but she set us outside without giving us the option in the far corner away from everyone as to hide me away....I was viciously attacked by mosquitoes...and there were stray cats running around everywhere. For the price I expect better customer service, and I seen someone wearing much worse attire than me so the only thing I could think was my ink.... either way we didn't even eat our meal. Did tip the server well it's not his fault. Not authentic or good Italian food. Not if your from United States. It's worse than Fazoli's.

Italian cuisine was a pleasant surprise! Staff was attentive and did not rush us. 10 minutes walk from our beachfront condo rental. Try the fresh fish of the day over spaghetti! Appetizers were excellent and large portions. We were a party of four, and we shared three appetizers and two entrees and we still brought pizza home.

Service was weak at best ... had to keep chasing down the waiters to get the basics. Gnocchi bla ... Desert (some apple pie thing with ice cream very good). There are better places to go for the price

Exceptional menu. Superb service....especially Gama who spoke perfect English. I tried the Mexican rose' wine which was smooth and chilled. Cuisine is very authentic and the prices are very reasonable. Totally impressed with the casual, chic' ambience and the open kitchen. The salad and pizza were absolutely perfect. So good that I am going back again tonight to try other things. This is a must go place in Nuevo Vallarta. Incredible surprise.....in a gorgeous neighborhood.

Dirty glassware, used napkins, missing cutlery. Great start. Followed by cold rubbery calamari, cold pasta dishes and stale bread. Possibly the worst gelato ever to finish. The complete confusion of the waitstaff had us actually laughing at times. When they did show up they always had something backwards or two would arrive with the same item. The pizza was decent, earning the second star. Hands down the worst “Italian” food I’ve ever had as well as the worst food I’ve had in PV or NV.

The food was good, it’s not authentic Italian though… we really enjoyed the pizzas! It honestly feels a bit overrated, the prices are rather high for basic items or the menu, where I feel the quality could improve. Service was ok, they will charge a fee if you bring a birthday cake for your large table, but they won’t help cutting the cake which again seemed a bit strange.

Amazing food and excellent service, the prices were reasonable .. we came here 2 nights in a row. The appetizers and main courses were all delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.. keep up the great work 👍🏼

Started with the carpaccio, antipasto, salad and for mains had the chicken Parm, lasagna and the kids pasta with meat sauce and it was all very good. The ambiance and outdoor seating was great.

Pricy but definitely worth it. We got the lasagna, spaghetti, and 3-cheese ravioli along with berry and mint lemonades. Bomb af! Atmosphere is so chill and really gives you a vibe of Italia.

One of the best authentic Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend if you are in the area. Fantastic food, great service, good environment

Food was just ok, I feel like the first time I came here half a year ago, the food was better. Service was good, but had to look at my glass of wine waiting to be picked up at the bar for about 10 minutes. As for the atmosphere... the interior is very outdated and needs a remodel. The brick wallpaper slapped on one face of a bulkhead is just so tacky and cheap looking. The patio is cute for when the temperatures cool down a bit.

The food was fantastic, I normally take pictures of the food but it looked so good on my plate I just started eating.

To start, the reservation was mishandled and we had our party sitting at separate tables for a time. Food was mediocre. The seafood was overcooked. The veal was poor. Drink orders were messed up and once the proper drink was delivered it lacked alcohol. Once it was time to pay, the waiter made it clear he was unhappy with the gratuity making for an uncomfortable moment. In short we won't be going back any time soon.

I found this restaurant quite nice, it is modern with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff were very attentive. They had a nice Moscato to start with. I had the Fettuccine Cesare (Wild Mushrooms in white wine sauce), and I added some Italian sausage which I found to be a bit grisely. Table bread was not great, but was served with parmesan, butter, oil, and vinegar. Finished with a tiramisu which was quite good. Prices were very reasonable. I had a wine, entree, and dessert for less than $500 pesos ($31 inc tip).

Normally love it. Been several times over the years. This time...both my wife and I had cold meals. Quite disappointed with this past visit. We will go back...hoping it was a one off

We found a staple in our pasta ! We’ve never been impressed by the food a la dolce vita in puerto vallarta. Friends asked us to meet them at the neuova vallarta location so we thought it might be better . AWFUL ! Wine recommended was terrible . Our friend ordered a pizza … the waiter had no clue what he ordered and it was awful . Our pasta had a staple in in !!! The server was not concerned. We were ignored for over 20 mins then when we asked for service , they wanted us to order another dish. We did not want to order anything . We asked for the manager . No manager showed up . We were ignored until we asked for the bill . No consideration for a staple in the pasta was considered AWFUL .

Really great food. My wife says it was the best cannelloni she has ever had. My Pasta Dolce Vita was just as amazing. Somehow the server never came to refill drinks or offer desert despite us trying to get his attention. Otherwise 5 stars.

Great place to relax and eat. We make it a regular stop when traveling to PV. It is close to resorts and well priced. Plus the food and wine selection is a total win.

THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. THE FOOD IS CERTAINLY NOT AUTHENTIC ITALIAN BECAUSE I AM AN ITALIAN, AND I KNOW. THE WAIT STAFF IS AWFUL. JUST TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES. MY GNOCCHI WERE TERRIBLE, SAUCE NOR MADE FOR GNOCCHI. CHOOSE ANOTHER RESTAURANT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER THAT YOU DID. CHOSE A BETTER RESTAURANT FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.

Very nice staff and our food came very quickly. It was fresh and very tasty, loved that the pizza had a thinner crust. Would definitely come back and recommend to other people!

Food was terrific. Ince we got it. I must say that the service here was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The wait staff was totally overwhelmed and there didn't seem to be anyone in a leadership role to direct them. We waited for drinks for an incredibly long time and the food was also delayed by the chaos of the waitstaff. Please have them here good runners and a person to direct the waiters. The food was delicious when we got it, albeit in fits and starts.

The pizza was okay, but nothing special. When we left, their taxi drivers intimidated our Uber into leaving so we had to walk home while carrying a child. Won’t visit again.

Lovely outdoor dining area... Excellent, friendly service and food... A great choice of Italian dishes and beverages... Very generous portions and great prices... This has been our second time there... Would highly recommend this fine restaurant...

Great physical space. Lofted second story. Beautiful outdoor eating areas. Food is very good. Have never had a bad item. Drinks are typical of the area. Prices are reasonable. The hostess is beautiful and friendly. Service is typical of the he area.

Great experience. Awesome service and ambiance. Wine selection is enough, even though the storage is not adequate. I'd come back.

Almost everything was perfect except for a couple of issues. We were greeted promptly and asked where we’d like to sit. We chose outdoors. Service started out attentive but after our salad came, we seemed to have to flag someone down for everything else. We ordered a caprese salad, delicious but could use a bit more basil leaves. Plain bread came to the table but we had to ask for olive oil & we weren’t given balsamic although I saw it on other tables. My son ordered pizza. It was extremely underdone, dough was actually a bit raw. My husband and I had Fettuccine Cesare with shrimp. It was fantastic. The right hint of lemon, creamy and well balanced. We tried talking to 2 different waiters about the pizza but gave up. We would go back, just skip the pizza or ask for it to be more cooked. It’s a nice place & the atmosphere is good.

Don't underestimate the pizza in this town! Love love any fish meal they make but the pizza here is our very favorite. They do a nice job with takeout too!

We had an excellent dinner, with fresh pasta and wood fired pizza. Dessert special was also excellent along with the service. I saw another review that claimed it was too expensive. Not so in my opinion relative to U S prices I am used to, or compared to another nearby premium Italian restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta Marina. And the food here was comparable or better.

Great food,good service,try and get a spot out side so fresh and cool.very reasonable priced
