A bit of gambling as i've never eat here, after surveying several restaurant, this is more affordable than others. I bought Nasi Goreng Ayam, with 2 satay, sunny side up and crackers. It was soo good! Beyond my expectation. The satay sauce is super good. Nasi goreng was great. Anyone within the area should try this Bali Bistro & Restaurant. All prices are subject to tax.

Pak Wija is a great host! The restaurant serves up great local food and cocktails was exceptional. The family enjoys everything.

My family & I had the pleasure of dining at Bali Bistro Bar & Restaurant, part of The Bali Collective, and I must rave about my experience there. Every detail was perfect – from the freshness of the ingredients to the impeccable presentation. But most of all, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were truly outstanding in every way, making sure that we felt completely at ease throughout our meal and that we had a cab ride home afterward. My wife and I shared the Nasi Goreng Istimewa. It was like a culinary journey through Southeast Asia's regional flavors – each bite more delicious than the last! Seriously, the chicken was some of the best I have ever had and the sambal added a great kick to the dish. The selection of dishes was abundant, diverse, and affordable. This made for an enjoyable evening as we sampled several exciting dishes that pushed us out of our comfort zone while enjoying some live music as the sun set over Bali.

Food was great. We compared several restaurants in the Bali collection and liked the chicken variations a lot. Typical Indonesian/Asian food which is a plus in my opinion as I don’t like it too much if there is a huge variety of different kitchens (like Asian/Italian/bbq etc.)

Delicious food, friendly service, very reasonably priced, will definitely be back for more.

The waiters are friendly, but the food is salty and the meat is very tough. The cocktail taste wasn't that good considering the price. The taste and quality are poor compared to the price of the food.

Amazing place for a family dinner on our holiday. Food was delicious and came out at a good time and the service was great. Special thanks to Wija our amazing server who really took care of us and was super accomodating. The live music really was great and the guy who plays on Wednesday nights deserves more recognition!!

We enjoyed drinks here 2 evenings ago and were welcomed so warmly we went back for dinner last night. Food was gorgeous, excellent service, staff very friendly and attentive, and remembered us by name. Free drink on arrival. After we settled the bill, they brought us complimentary shots, which we enjoyed with them. Will definitely return - thank you 🙏

What tasty food. Had the vegetarian platter meal for 2. Highly recommended. All of it was cooked to perfection.

One of the best places to enjoy a fantastic dinner. We were there on a Saturday night and there was a charming singer as well. The food is delicious. They have a huge variety of local, asian and western cuisine. The hospitality is great too.
