Perfect staff who remember your order for drinks from previous visit. Standard drinks and cocktails were mixed decently. It’s a bummer they do not serve cooked food here.

Pretty cosy cafe just by the entrance lobby of the hotel resort. You have a choice of seating between air-conditioned inside or enjoy a shaded outdoor seating enjoying a little seaside breeze and atmosphere. The decor indoors reminds me of classy eclectic furnishings of studded leather but not too thick that it takes away the tropical feel of luxurious greens outside. Service is excellent in every way, with very polite service staff that are mostly attentive to your needs. Prices are mostly on the high range but well-worth for the atmosphere and ambiance.

As part of the Grand Bali Hyatt, we had high expectations. The service was terrible and way understaffed for the number of guests. The average wait time once the order was placed was around 10 minutes. All the seating is incredibly low and not great for older guests or those with disabilities. The quality and variety of food were limited and expensive for the portion size. We went several times to ensure the experience wasn't a one-off, but unfortunately, it was a consistently average one. The view and coffee were the only standouts.

The bar is located within the Grand Hyatt Hotel, near the reception. It’s located on a small hill and from the bar terrace you can see the ocean, as well there’s a view on the fantastic hotel garden. The bar is quite expensive. However, their afternoon tea (grand tea) absolutely worth the money, and for some reasons it’s not too expensive either. Card payments are accepted. Cocktails, pastry and coffee are pretty good here. The only thing that probably should be improved is the working hours of the bar. Or at least making them clearer.

Great high tea experience. Tasty sweets and good variety of drinks too. The scenic view topped it off.

Really good high tea experience with good food! However, I’d recommend to focus more on the tea when it comes to the drinks.

Try the Mango Tiramisu. It tastes very good yet light. Unfortunately I did not take the photo. I only took the strawberry cheese cake, another cake that we ordered.

The hight tea at grand Hyatt Nusa dua is an experience in itself. Lazed for 3 hours in a sweet spot with a leisurely and delicious spread of just enough food
