Amazing private beach, so many swimming pools. Suitable for family. Service / hospitality is definitely top notch. I initially booked a room with a garden view and wanted to upgrade to the ocean view. The staff was quick to help us and made sure we got upgraded to a room on the Cliff Tower which is what we actually wanted. If you wanna stay here, do book a room on the Cliff Tower cause that’s where you’ll get the best view. If you’re lucky you might spot some camels on the beach (but the camels are not provided by the hotel, you’ll need to pay again if you wanna ride them). I booked 3 nights here and I would love to come back sometime.

Love the view from my room(ocean view) and the staff was so friendly and professional. Size of the room is very spacious as well. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever tried, whether in quantity or quality, they won my 5 stars rating. Sadly I only stayed for one night and didn't manage to try all the food. I would if I could. Anyway, I would love to return to you again.

This hotel is excellent. The staff, service, amenities, beach, breakfast buffet are all top notch. Driving in from the hotel, road conditions may present concern but once on the property you quickly forget the bumpy road. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet has everything you can want and more. Head towards the back for a taste of the local offerings. The villas provide privacy and personal pool access but the main ground rooms provide a spectacular view if the ocean and the many pools on the ground including a water slide. The rooms are spacious and modern. I love the two level balcony. Great place to stay.

Gotten the place for cheap even when booked at busy holiday time and only a few weeks in advance. Booked a family room and it was very spacious, clean, and modern. All amenities are included with some extras (Thank you). Great view by the sea and strategic location. Breakfast was wholesome and complete. Guest service is great. Would stay again 10/10.

I believe the hotel should commit to clean its own beach as a contribution to the environment as well as delivering a pleasant stay for its guests. A high price tag hotel in a country where labour is so cheap there is no excuse why they can't clean the beach from the pollution brought by the tides everyday. It will be a small contribution that will show the corporation is committed to maintain clean beaches as well as looking after the environment. Overall great hotel and great service

We stayed on the cliff tower room which was big and spacious, with balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The room was nice, clean, well kept and looks new. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. We wanted a quiet location so this was great! We loved the visit from the monkeys on our balcony, they're so cute!

Best hotel in Bali, very good panorama, warm pools, very wide food selection at breakfast. I suggest you to book Cliff Tower room. Pros: Amazing panorama, warm pools, very wide food selection at breakfast, comfortable bed, random friendly monkeys around the hotel, nice staff. Cons: The Christmas dinner could have included water or soft drinks in the package price. The pools could have more entry and exit points. The coast section is currently under construction, it is not optimal to use the heavy and noisy machines during peak traffic, but the result will surely be beautiful.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Bali Resort and were impressed by our first experience at a resort in Bali. The food was enjoyable, although we did notice some delays in service compared to our previous experiences at 5-star hotels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed interacting with guests from around the world. We also appreciated the ability to walk along the beach and visit neighboring resorts. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. The ocean view is amazing.

We had a lovely time at the Hilton Bali Resort. We were upgraded to an ocean view in the cliff tower which is definitely the place to be. The fitness centre was being worked on sadly, and there was some work being done downstairs on the pool level. The main downside would probably be the food. While it was mostly okay, it just didn’t hit the mark with a lot of meals. But otherwise very happy. The service was excellent.

What a lovely experience we had at Hilton. We only stayed one night to celebrate my friend's birthday. Everyone was so nice and polite, super helpful with the delay on our flight. They have 2×1 happy hour from 2 till 4 pm in the pool bar, delicious cocktails and food between the beach and the pool. I've never been in a hotel with such a massive breakfast buffet offer. The only detail in the beach, is close at the moment, there's some heavy machinery working in the area so you dont have access as the other resort nearby. But you can walk a little bit and spend some time at the other beaches, so not a big deal. Oh, and they leave us a little cake in our room for my friend's birthday, beautiful detail.

We enjoyed staying at this Hilton. The Nusa Dua district area is really neat, It has just resorts all around the area. The main though fare has sidewalks but shops and such aren't walkable. The resort has beautiful views and the sunset view is amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. It is one of the biggest buffet I have ever seen. The other hotel's breakfast buffet doesn't compare to the Hiltons. The campus and rooms were very clean. However, we were disappointed that there was construction going on that we didn't know about ahead of time around the ocean and on the diamond members pool and lounge. The resort did compensate and let diamond members use the villa lounge. It would of been nice to have a pool away from the main pools because they were really crowded. This hotel is more geared for families with children not couples like my husband and I. The hotel was huge which made it impressive but the staff was unable to be more personable. Unfortunately, it is very hot in Bali and the a/c had a hard time keeping up for the low temperature we liked to have our room. Lastly, the monkeys were a so fun to watch while sitting at the pool but on the other had hard to deal with since you had to keep the balcony door shut and locked. It made me a bit paranoid. This was not the hotels fault just something to know ahead of time. Overall, our stay was nice just not a top notch as other places we have stayed.

Excellent resort! All of the staff were welcoming and kind at every step of the way. Spectacular pool area wonderfully landscaped. Very good food. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and very likely to return. I know there are other high-end resorts in the area, but this one seems a bit more affordable yet it still feels like a 5-star luxury resort.

Stayed for 4 days and our stay and experience was so good right from front desk, reception, guest services, pool side service and overall experience was really memorable. Food at Grain restaurant was amazing with so many varieties for buffet break fast. Beach was a big disappointment for me. I had expected a nice beach but it was not so.

Rooms are very nice. It is a beautiful place. Very disappointed that the beach is under construction. Do not order on the food app waited over 2 hours and when I finally called they could not find the order. Since it was late I changed my order but it was amazing when I changed it I was asked if I wanted the same thing I had previously ordered so they had obviously received it and forgot or misplaced it. When checking in it would have been nice to had more information about things. We left on Sunday and tried to get a pedicure but told that was not available on Sunday. If we would have known the spa wasn’t gonna have it we would’ve done it on a previous day. Just an overall frustrating experience that we weren’t given information that would have been helpful. The staff was all extremely friendly on a positive note. .

We loved our stay here. Excellent place, really exotic location - one of tallest hotels in Bali with lovely sea view. The pool and the artificial beach within the pool is just amazing. The restaurants were great, especially the breakfast buffet spread at the 'Grain' and the pizza's in the restaurant which was pool side. Rooms were also really good, with a nice balcony and view. Great service.

We booked a Pool Villa for 2 weeks. The villa is very nice, spacious, clean with a nice terrace and pool Housekeeping is friendly, very helpful. Breakfast Buffet at Grain-Restaurant is absolutely amazing! However the Quality of the food on offer in the evening is not as good as in the morning! Other Restaurants are good! The facilities in the hotel are a little bit older, but clean and working. I can recommend this Resort for a nice Holiday in Bali. Couples and Families will enjoy this place!

Great experience. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay there with our toddler. Kids club was perfect. Most importantly they have the best staff - from reception to person calling taxi. I would love to come again. Thanks Hilton for amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton, we couldn't fault a thing. The service from staff was exceptional and the facilities were beautiful. The kids club was great for our son to keep him entertained for a bit during the day as there was so much for him to do (he is 3). We have found other kids clubs don't accommodate under 4 but the Hilton kids club had enough things for him to engage with whilst we stayed with him. The pools were great and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast at Grain was incredible, by far the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Will definitely recommend a stay at the Hilton to anyone we know coming and I hope to come back one day. The only downside was location as it wasn't close to anything major but its perfect if you are just looking to chill out and relax at the hotel (which we were).

A bit of a mixed experience. Breakfast is awesome, rooms are large and have a good AC, staff is friendly and helpful. The kids also had fun in the pool area, looking at the Balinese decorations, and spotting monkeys. So overall, we clearly enjoyed the stay. There are three things we didn't like, particularly given the price and the high star rating of the hotel: 1. Some rooms have very thin walls or even (locked) connecting doors between them, so you can hear your neighbours very clear. 2. The hotel is quite remote and there are few temples, restaurants, shops etc. around. Both taxi drivers and hotel services are aware of this and charge you accordingly. The restaurants, for instance, offer small meals for high prices. 3. Again, for the price and the star rating, I had hoped for better amenity. The pool area was a bit small, there are too few sun loungers, no drinking water dispensers were available, almost all services and facilities cost quite a bit extra (e.g., tennis court - but they have a really good coach at least).

Such an amazing hotel! The pool area was the best in our opinion. They have basketball and volleyball in the pools. Super fun! And the pools are beautifully designed. Not just one big square pool. No, everything is smoot and if you want more privacy you can go to the area with the waterfall and the whirlpool. The beach is also very beautiful. Just be aware that it might not be the best beach for very small kids because the water gets steep very quickly and the waves are rather high. But us adult we had fun ;) Food and drinks are expensive! 80k for a coconut and 85k for 500ml water. Unfortunately there are no water dispensers at the pool area (at least we couldn't find any) The beef burgers are amazing and you should definitely try the chocolate milkshake. Wow!

Great service and stay during weekend. The staffs are fast and helpful in delivering services. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were awesome and tasty. We had a spacious room with twin beds. Unluckily there's two centipedes found during our stay: one in our bathroom and one in restaurant called the Shore. We also use the tennis court, quite dirty as the tennis balls turn black when we hit them. The access to hotel are friendly for disable, they have ramps. Love the beach that is located at the back of the hotel. Overall was a pleasant stay.

I am truly astonished by the Balinese hospitality. Every staff was kind and helpful. They greeted us wherever we went. Cliff Tower is definitely something to look forward to, if you want the ocean side right outside your balcony. The pools and the beach were amazing too. Even Mandara Spa was exquisite. Time well spent. Worth the money. Definitely coming here next time and would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Hotel Hilton Staffs.

Super lovely stay at Hilton Bali Resort. Absolutely love the many pools and fun slides for our little ones, basketball and volleyball in the pool, huge trampoline in the kids club, and so much more. Sweeping majestic views of the ocean, and there's even camel riding here! BBQ dinner was delicious, and breakfast spread was extensive. Highly recommend esp for families! Connecting executive rooms with direct lagoon pool access were spacious and clean too. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing hotel. Really good location. Staff is the best asset they have, for them nothing is difficult. They always say yea for everything. Great pools and good restaurant. Had an Amazing stay here. Got Upgrade to the Cliff tower room with Breathtaking Wide ocean view ,the cliff room is definitely the one to go for if you’re looking for Quiet, and Tranquility. The room is spotless and the Bed is soft and comfortable. It has A few Pool overlooking the Ocean view with water slide for Kids as well as huge pools for adults. The Staff are super friendly ,polite and attentive. Ordered late night food from room dining service and the food was tasty . Breakfast spread has many options with different type of cuisine you could possibly want. A well Maintained Hilton property located in prime Nusa Dua location. We will definitely stay here again for our next Visit.
