I
spent
a
year
and
a
half
at
this
Vision
apartment
and
I
must
say
I'm
heavily
disappointed
by
the
whole
experience.
I
started
my
stay
in
an
apartment
in
this
building,
only
to
be
told
after
a
couple
of
months
that
they
were
renovating
it
(I
had
NOT
been
informed
beforehand),
and
they
were
offering
another
one
across
the
street.
I
received
no
compensation
for
the
disturb
of
moving
again,
which
was
very
inconvenient
and
expensive
as
I
own
heavy,
big
pieces
of
furniture
that
need
to
be
moved
by
professionals.
Once
finally
settled
in
the
new
flat,
I
get
an
email
from
them
wrongly
claiming
that
I
owe
them
1500
CHF.
I
sent
them
all
the
receipts
of
my
rent
payments,
which
were
always
on
time;
this
made
them
not
desist,
and
they
started
calling
and
writing
daily,
in
a
process
I
would
not
hesitate
to
call
harassment.
It
took
them
over
a
week
to
realise
the
mistake
and
stop
tormenting
me.
Now,
apart
from
my
personal
experience,
let
me
mention
a
few
objectively
bad
things:
*
The
TV
offered
is
one
of
those
old,
box-shaped
from
1998.
It
doesn't
even
show
any
channels.
*
The
bed's
mattress
is
very
hard.
I
looked
it
up
on
the
internet
and
found
it's
worth
150
CHF.
*
The
"weekly
thorough
cleaning"
consists
in
a
quick
vacuuming
of
the
whole
apartment;
the
only
decently
cleaned
areas
were
the
kitchen
surface
and
the
bathroom.
The
sleeping
rooms
remained
very
dusty.
*
Very
rough
towels
were
given.
*
The
bedsheets
had
mysterious
stains,
holes
and
a
yellowish
colour.
To
be
right,
I
will
mention
a
few
good
points:
the
replacement
of
damaged
things
was
usually
quick
and
efficient,
and
the
staff
was
very
friendly
albeit
heavily
disorganised,
and
always
ready
to
reply
my
emails.
On
a
final,
bad
note,
let
me
tell
you
about
the
checkout
process,
which
has
been
one
of
the
absolute
lowest
points.
First,
as
I
was
halfway
through
moving
out,
but
still
paying
my
rent,
I
came
back
home
one
day
to
find
the
fridge
switched
off
(all
my
food
went
spoiled)
and
several
of
my
belongings
(mainly
clothes)
gathered
in
a
thrash
bag.
Also,
a
few
days
later,
I
received
an
e-mail
claiming
that
I
"took
away
their
TV
and
bed",
which
were
in
fact
MY
flat
TV
and
guests
bed.
The
most
grotesque
part
is
that
without
even
bothering
to
ask
me,
nor
knowing
exactly
the
nature
of
these
two
items,
they
sent
me
a
bill
to
replace
them:
4000
FRANCS!
For
a
TV
that
costs
299
CHF
and
an
IKEA
bed
that
costs
less
than
1000.
This
is
a
whole
new
level
of
unprofessional.
Thankfully
they
admitted
their
mistake
soon
thereafter,
but
I
lost
time
and
effort
to
convince
them.
Finally,
they
took
several
weeks
to
return
my
deposit,
and
for
no
reason
they
"mistakingly"
kept
10%
of
it.
I
had
to
send
THREE
reminders
over
the
course
of
twenty
days
to
get
the
rest
of
my
money
back.
Since
when
I
lived
there
(until
end
of
2017),
the
rent
increased
by
30%.
My
advice:
stay
away.
