Spent
1
night
with
my
husband
for
a
small
1-year
anniversary
celebration
(we
took
the
pack
of
1
night
with
included
illimited
spa
access,
dinner
and
breakfast),
overall
nice
stay
but
in
our
opinion
overpriced
for
what
it
is.
Nice
welcome,
we
were
way
too
early
for
the
room
to
be
ready,
but
without
asking
everything
we
were
given
our
access
to
the
spa
right
away
and
proposed
towels
and
bathrobes
if
needed,
as
well
as
using
the
special
access
from
the
hotel
to
avoid
the
queue,
wich
was
very
practical.
Reception
staff
very
helpful
and
kind,
but
there
seemed
to
be
absolutely
no
one
that
speaks
english.
I
luckily
speak
fluent
french,
but
my
husband
doesnt.
Everything
he
tried
to
ask,
either
i
had
to
translate,
or
the
staff
was
simply
answering
him
in
french.
We
witnessed
this
to
make
it
a
very
complicated
stay
for
some
other
tourists
that
didnt
have
a
swiss
wife
to
translate
everything
for
them
at
the
bar,
and
i
found
it
was
a
bit
a
shame
for
a
hotel
of
that
category.
The
room
was
lovely,
but
sadly
no
AC,
and
most
of
all
the
wonderful
view
we
had
straight
on
the
delivery
trucks
that
were
making
quite
some
noise
starting
7am...
I
understand
the
quantity
of
the
perfect
south-located-rooms
are
limited
and
we
cant
all
have
it,
but
placing
the
windows
straight
on
the
deliveries
arrival
is
not
the
smartest
choice
for
a
relaxing
stay.
A
bottle
of
water,
some
swiss
meringues
and
a
couple
of
small
chocolates
were
offered.
The
dinner
was
very
good,
little
advice
if
you
are
vegetarian
is
to
announce
yourself
well
in
advance
because
there
is
sadly
only
1
option
available
on
the
half-pension
menu.
They
also
tried
to
charge
us
for
the
desserts
that
were
supposed
to
be
included
in
the
price
of
the
half
pension
(only
drinks
are
supposed
to
be
charged).
But
the
staff
was
here
also
very
kind,
altho
again,
no
one
was
able
or
willing
to
answer
in
english.
Breakfast
buffet
very
nice
too.
It
was
overall
a
nice
experience,
but
for
that
price
we
wouldnt
come
back.
