Great food at the restaurant! Staff is friendly, welcoming and speak great english. Location is nice with a Coop just down the street. The rooms are clean and have a large bed for European standards but there is no A/C or climate control; in the summer with temperatures above 35 Celsius it is rough. No pool or gym either. Three stars.

Nice hotel, nice views etc... *BUT* 17 francs for two pieces of salade in the lobby is too much, even for swiss finest standards. Asked Eugene (waiter) and not even bother checking if it was the right plate. Anyway they will have a mass amount of clients, but the're ruinning swiss reputation.

Amazing hotel, restaurant, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. Very rich breakfast, with amazing variation, with a lot of local food. We really liked it and we came back already once. Recommend it very much !

Breathtaking views and phenomenal service, what more could you ask for? How about amazing food at the restaurant and an included breakfast buffet with Cailler chocolate and a honeycomb for local honey. The room was beyond what I could have hoped for including a hidden little room for my kids to play in. The overall experience was amazing! ONE BIT OF CAUTION: There is no A/C in the rooms. They do provide a fan but hot summer nights will be rough.

Nothing else to say, the place is perfect, the hôtel is perfect with direct access to the bath. Restaurant is a very nice place, quiet and the food is delicious. I've been there to relax and to recover from stress ..

I stayed here last weekend. The hotel and location is perfect with great access to the spa however, ordered a bloody Mary at the bar which had to be sent back due to being undrinkable. The bar staff made a new drink which they offered "free of charge" when i checked out, the drinks were on the bill including a ten franc service fee. I had to explain in a lengthy discussion to reception upon Checkout. Ultimately ended up paying ten francs in addition. The service could be improved for this reason.

This is a true 4-star hotel. We stayed at the junior suite which was the only room available because we dropped by spontaneously after a long afternoon in the baths. The receptionist was extremely willing to accommodate our requests and he literally saved the day, as we were given a table at the hotel restaurant without reservation just before closing time. The room was fantastic with a view to the mountains and very clean. I highly recommend having the breakfast served in the room by the room service for a small extra charge. Overall perfect experience, especially for pairs.

Tested positive for covid, the hotel refused to change the dates of our booking. We just lost a prepaid week-end + restaurant. AVOID.

Spent 1 night with my husband for a small 1-year anniversary celebration (we took the pack of 1 night with included illimited spa access, dinner and breakfast), overall nice stay but in our opinion overpriced for what it is. Nice welcome, we were way too early for the room to be ready, but without asking everything we were given our access to the spa right away and proposed towels and bathrobes if needed, as well as using the special access from the hotel to avoid the queue, wich was very practical. Reception staff very helpful and kind, but there seemed to be absolutely no one that speaks english. I luckily speak fluent french, but my husband doesnt. Everything he tried to ask, either i had to translate, or the staff was simply answering him in french. We witnessed this to make it a very complicated stay for some other tourists that didnt have a swiss wife to translate everything for them at the bar, and i found it was a bit a shame for a hotel of that category. The room was lovely, but sadly no AC, and most of all the wonderful view we had straight on the delivery trucks that were making quite some noise starting 7am... I understand the quantity of the perfect south-located-rooms are limited and we cant all have it, but placing the windows straight on the deliveries arrival is not the smartest choice for a relaxing stay. A bottle of water, some swiss meringues and a couple of small chocolates were offered. The dinner was very good, little advice if you are vegetarian is to announce yourself well in advance because there is sadly only 1 option available on the half-pension menu. They also tried to charge us for the desserts that were supposed to be included in the price of the half pension (only drinks are supposed to be charged). But the staff was here also very kind, altho again, no one was able or willing to answer in english. Breakfast buffet very nice too. It was overall a nice experience, but for that price we wouldnt come back.

Rooms lovely. Strange that the bed for the kids is the 2 single pull down beds in the bigger room but I'm guessing it's because it's meant to be a suite for 2 people normally. Just means you need to walk through to get to the toilet if you're up during the night 🤷‍♀️. Free bar of chocolate, bottle of fizzy water with a Nespresso machine (2 free pods), we're a nice touch. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even after checkout we would've been allowed to stay with access to the Wellness bit. We didn't go in as we thought it unfair to one of our kids who currently has a broken wrist, but it looks amazing! There's a little playroom with Wiis, foosball, pool table and a couple of video games. Not sure about the WiFi, but everything else you needed to pay for which was disappointing. Dinner was good: they did very well to accommodate the gluten, cow's milk and egg free dietary requirement - which I forgot to notify of in advance - and breakfast OK. The tearoom was not open and I'm assuming that was Covid related. Would we go back? If we were in this region for something, yes.

Had an excellent meal here after a Spa treat. The food was exceptionally great - pleasing to the eye, very tasty with fresh local ingredients and herbs. The staff are very friendly and professional. The venue is beautiful and the atmosphere is lovely. Very highly recommended!

Hotel rooms really pretty and amazing. Breakfast buffet really good quality food. Dinner in the house restaurant not so great. Stakes not consistently prepared. Some people friend's stake was tough as leather.

Service way to slow, for 3 coffees we had to wait 20 min other 20 min to bring it. No food allowed in the terrace, not even a cake. The service rude, and one more, the most important thing,, for a 5 star hotel, they have cheap products. Sugar, milk, coffee.. we have a restaurant and we take in PRODEGA the most expensive products for people. CAILLER 5 STARS use the cheapest. Bravo.

😠 Very disappointing, food in itself is decent, frankly, nothing to write home about but alright (pretty hard to mess up potatoes, pickles, pickled onions, and melted raclette cheese). Portions are very small for the price and compared to other restaurants’ same order (I have dined at multiple cheese...
