We stayed here for two nights, also because of the high rating. But once arrived, we were in for a surprise. It seems like the camp site is on public terrain. People visiting the beach just walk by your tent. The bathrooms are shared with people visiting for the day, making it quite dirty and busy. Upon closer look into the reviews, we noticed the reviews of the camp site are mixed with those of the beach and the restaurant. The views are great and the staff was very friendly, but those are pretty much the only positive things about the camp site. The tent pitches are not accessible by car, which makes packing out and in a hassle. There's no electricity available for tents. And we have had rats or mice in our tent both nights. Also good to know: - The site is located is next to a busy road, so you hear traffic all the time. + You get free parking and a ticket for free public transportation in the Montreux area.

Beautiful camp site along the lake front. Very busy so make sure you book in advance. You are unlikely to get a van spot on the day without booking in advance. They take bookings online via their website. Payment made on arrival.

We enjoyed everything in the place! Very good value for money, camping next to beautiful lake and being able to swim in it was what we enjoyed the most. Receptionist was very helpful and showed us everything we asked. All the staff members were really friendly and spoke English. We also appreciated the opportunity to use the fridge for free, then washing machine and dryer (cost 4 CHF) but definitely worth it, also we had a nice meal in the restaurant and all the sanitary rooms (shower etc) were tidy. Would recommend and visit again 100%

This is a gem of a campsite. The most beautiful views of the lake from your camping pitch. The staff are super friendly and the food served at the restaurant was gorgeous. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful little, pretty camground directly at the lake shore. Million dollar view at the surrounding majestic Alps and very neat and clean facilities. Be advised: Entrance to the site is narrow and bulky RVs will have problems. Power supply is Swiss code, adapters might be needed. Service team are super nice, always helpful and totally relaxed. The lake shore area is a public space and there might be lots of folks hangin' out on a sunny day. But that's what the site has been made for. We were absolutely thrilled and will certainly come back!!! Highly recommended!! Book early!!!

Good place for the rest for citizens of the city and for camping. There are comfortable beach, beautiful view of the lake, terrace of restaurant. Where you can drink wine of that region and eat tasty food.

Great views, close walking distance to Montreux or Vevey, cheap compared with other camping sites in Switzerland.

On Monday and Tuesday , they do have a stop and go menu. They do deliver surprise plates to share until you say stop. Delicious and healthy plates. Recommend it.

Absoloutly brilliant place. Add big fridge with space for guests (key opened slots ) and that's IT. Must be place for switzerland, you have all there, we do love this place and we are going to come back

Insane views with lovely staff. Woke up and grabbed a cappuccino from the bar and sat by the beautiful lake. Very nice staff :)

Would not call the place a camping. It is an absolutely beautiful spot on the lake, very very beautiful sight. But it's more like a beach/park on which you are allowed to put your tent than a camping (since it's public, public beach/park). If you are looking for a quiet spot (for the night, where you can actually sleep) I would not recommend. According to the rules, it's quiet from 22h. Both nights we were there, there were; first night: child screaming and running almost on our tent up to 2am and second night: blasting music all night long from a group of people until 7am. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Toilets are okay and kind of clean for a public spot! TLDR: Not recommend for an overnight camping. Perfect spot to hang out for a day.

We were quite disappointed from this camp ground. The only positive aspect for us was the view and to camp directly at the lake. The pitches were very small and you felt a bit jammed between the cars. The sanitary were not clean and felt more like public toilets (not sure if they were actually public). And the main street was directly behind the pitches so it was very noisy.

Good camping, free shuttles to Montreux City. You'll have what you need, but there are so many people not from the camping (coming for the beach) and if you have a tent you can not bring it with your car. You need to park in the parking lot a bit further. The view was amazing and prices ok

Camping by the lake. Very crowded. Public beach. Dirty and tiny bathrooms. Nice and helpful service.

Overcrowded place and people were not nice. It stinks probably because all the people in such a small space.
