From the moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be great. Very relaxing, very clean atmosphere. Dawn was extremely professional and asked thorough questions to prep for my session. She offered some recommendations that turned out to be fantastic. 90 minute, full body massage with hot stones. Incredibly therapeutic ( worked out all my knots) and relaxing at the finish. Already scheduled my next appointment!

My husband bought me the massage/facial package as a Mother’s Day gift. I’ve never had a massage or facial and had no idea what to expect, plus I’m an all around anxious person. Dawn did my massage and she was absolutely lovely. So kind, inviting, and the massage was fantastic. Definitely something I never knew I needed. Then, Devin provided my facial, which I didn’t even know was part of the package. She made me feel incredibly relaxed, was so open and easy to talk to and is wonderful at her profession. All around, I highly recommend Why Knot because not only are they amazing at what they do, they are absolutely lovely people. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, relaxed, and incredibly happy.

The massage was incredibly relaxing and I look forward more in the future.

I have been visiting "Why Knot" massage therapy for about a year. I've had massages from 3 different therapists. Each person was very professional and exhibited great skill. They offer aromatherapy and will make suggestions when addressing specific needs. I have never had a bad experience and have always left feeling relaxed and having my muscle tension relieved.

I’ve gotten many massages over the years and this was my first one with Why Knot and Aya. Aya was the first massage therapist who actually took more than a minute to understand what I wanted to get out of my massage. We chatted for a while and she had me do some exercises to see where my problem areas were. She was personal, professional and a very skilled therapist. I will certainly be back to see her again!

I had a god-awful headache for a few days. I'd never been to a massage space I wanted to try it. This was incredible. The space had a sense of peace and almost healing to it. It helped my headache quite a bit and I left in a much clearer mind frame.
