The guy checking me out was impatient and could not talk clearly...then I seen 2 employees come right in off the street from walking both still hand on bookbags and man bags and just started working...one put gloves on and started cooking with bag on the other did not wash his hands and went and got the lemonade mix touching handles and lids with no gloves with his book bag on this facility needs a new staff

Amazing! One of the best and fastest penn stations I've ever been too!

We've always liked and had good Penn Station sandwiches. However at 5/22, 4:20pm, we had the WORST Penn Station experience. I waited for the staff to finish cooking so not like food were sitting there, however the fries were oily, soggy, had a dark brown color to them. Sandwiches were super soggy and oily too. To top it off Chicken Teriyaki sandwich looked and tasted like it was dipped in soy sauce for two days, insanely salty, I couldn't eat it. It was a waste of our money. Please re-train your staff so they won't ruin Penn station again. We love this brand.

I order lunch on Saturdays for a local dealership. Alandis the GM is AWESOME. He always has our food ready on time, organized and it is always right. Thank you for taking care of us!!! Serra Honda Family

The best place around. Super friendly staff. They love to talk to you and always make you feel welcomed. I go here almost everyday when I have dance and get food. Not too expensive, unless you order a large meal. Their lemonade is also super good and their fries too. I definitely recommend coming here and make sure to give a big tip to them, they work hard and deserve it.

Just was yelled that the store was close when it was 9:30 and the store doesn’t close for another 30 minutes. What’s the point of closing times if you can make up any time you wanted. This is one of the worst locations. No one has any service etiquette and the food is either low on meat or overly salted. Go to the one in Collinsville. Don’t give this any more money. Let out close down.

Do yourself a favor and get a Philly Cheesteak sub, side of fresh cut fries and the fresh squeezed lemonade. You will thank me later!

Easily one my favorite sandwich shops around. The prices are a little high but worth it for how much food you get! Excellent customer service and super friendly. Has public restrooms and handicap accessible entrance and parking. 5 stars if price was a little better.

My favorite sub place. Steak and cheese sub is my choice and also try the chicken ceasar wrap is my second favorite.

The food was delicious as always. The restaurant was not very cleanly though. The bathrooms were very dirty, tables were all sticky, and the trays they served our sandwiches on were also sticky and visibly dirty.

I’ll start off by saying, the food was good but that was all. The customer service was just not there, you felt like an inconvenience ordering your food or asking for anything. We asked if provolone came on our sandwich and they insured us it did, got our sandwich…… with no provolone. Oh and every sandwich is supposed to come with lettuce and tomato as advertised on the menu. Had to ask for that additionally. Overall the place needs some serious upgrades and training because my 4 nieces and nephews all under the age of 10 could do better.

Prices have gone up yet the sandwiches are still great. Thank the government for raising prices. It's not the restaurants fault.

A business should have enough bread to be open until closing time. Not to mention, there is no way they could be out of bread and wraps. To say “We are closed because of no bread.” You can still make a salad that’s on your menu.

The food was excellent but the floor was extremely greasy and slippery to the point it was unsafe and I watched several customers slip on the way to the bathroom..

I always go in there to get the philly steak cheese the best.

A few mistakes were made tonight at our local Penn Station. But they completely owned up to them, and made things right. Food was awesome as usual! Will continue coming back!

I do NOT have anything good to say about the Sunday REGISTER person! Very disrespectful man! I asked a SIMPLE QUESTION and he snapped and I walked TF out! Worst fast food experience.

Super slow and repeating same mistake Stopped by for take out, and was the second of only three customer orders. The gentleman after us ordered the same Sub I did, which was a Philly steak with peppers and onions-just no cheese (allergens). Three employees were present, but took an extremely long time to make the orders. The gentleman after us got his food first for some reason, but his had cheese on it, as did mine-when I eventually got it. The crew took an extremely long time remaking them, just for both of us to receive them with cheese-yet again! Frustrated, I was no longer willing to go through a long wait for a third time, and asked for my money back. Which I was informed couldn't be done as no manager was present. Almost 45 minutes went by before we were finally out of there. The crew didn't have any care at all the whole time. Messaged this to the store owner, but a week has gone by with no response. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing experience.

Very dirty in the cooking area amd bathrooms were pretty bad. Toilet would not flush. Took a long while to get anyone to take my order but plenty of workers around. Once ordered it took a bit but food wasn't worth the wait. Will not be back.

The sandwiches were good. The staff wasn't all that friendly, though, and the bathrooms were gross.

A decent sub from an incredibly limited menu. Not an east coast sub shop at all. The cashier looked greasy, dirty, and like he had been up all night. There were no lights or music on, which gave the place a very uninviting feel, bordering on sketchy. Spill on the floor. Wet floor sign was there, but like, you think someone would take 5 seconds to grab a mop? I can't imagine what the restrooms looked like.

I'm in so much trouble! I had heard rumors that for Pennsylvanians away from home and craving cheese steaks this is the place to come. It's absolutely true!! The cheese steak was amazing! So many places assume that if it has meat, cheese, and bell peppers it makes it a cheese steak but there's so much more that goes into a good cheese steak and these guys know it! The meat was deliciously seasoned with beautifully melted cheese and the bread toasted to perfection. I went ahead and ordered their fresh cut fries and was transported back to my childhood at football games getting fries. They're slightly crispy on the outside with that nice soft texture and absolutely delicious! On impulse I decided to get myself one of their chocolate chunk cookies that was fresh out of the oven and I'm so happy I did! Everything was fantastic and after a really difficult morning it flipped the day and gave me a fresh start and energy to tackle the rest of Monday. Not only is their food phenomenal but the guys that work there are so friendly and helpful! This has now become a regular stop for me and I'm happy to finally have a place to come when I start craving a good cheese steak! I said in the beginning I'm in trouble. I barely had enough will power to only eat half of my large cheese steak so I can enjoy the rest for leftovers. It took every ounce of will power to resist! Future me may have one less bite on their half but I know where to go for more! Thank you for making my Monday so much better than it started!

It's a little pricey but well worth it. The food is always good and the service also. Their fresh squeezed lemonade is some of the best I've had, It’s always a must whenever I visit.

Honestly one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been in, and 21 dollars for a sub and fries feels terrible. I’ve has multiple rude experiences here. If it wasn’t for my wife I’d never come here again.

It is 555 on Sunday Aug 20th 2023 and the open sign is lit but the doors are locked. Update your damn Google if something suddenly comes up. Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe if you paid your employees better/what they are worth they would actually show up and do their job. This is the hwy 50 location. Ofallon illnois. The Carlyle Ave location that's in belleville leaves early all the time too so in all reality you can't control the employees yall hire. Says alot about your establishment and how you operate as a business.

There were quite a few things bad about our visit to this sandwich shop. Tables were dirty, highchairs were sticky, poor/nonexistent greeting walking in, employee wore their hair down. Also noticed most of the employees parked right in front because we saw them getting stuff from their vehicles multiple time. Won't be back, heading to firehouse subs from now on.

The guy working was rude. When we walked in I said I need a minute please and he stormed off! He had on gloves but he was touching his phone trashcan and other things. He banged the knife he used on the trashcan and then reused it. Customer called at 15 til closing and he told thre girl not to answer cause he didn't want ro make anymore sandwiches.

Penn Station is the best place to get a grilled Veggie wrap. OMG!!! It tastes as if you're actually eating at a high end restaurant. Mmmm The big chocolate chip cookie is to die for. You've got to try it.

Decent food, dont bother ordering ahead of with catering. Order 20 minutes ahead and had to wait another 20 even though the shop was practically empty

It smelled in there. Cook had saggy sweats and a doo rag on. Come on, you got to do better. Thing is he was a hard worker and well spoken. Just not a good look for the business

This is a very well-run store. I had an artichoke salad and it was great. My only complaint is that they have all the plastic forks in the dispenser box tines up which means whomever grabs a fork puts their grubby fingers over the part that pokes your food then goes into your mouth. I didn't die of anything and plan to eat there again!

A worker behind the counter was not wearing a mask in defiance of public health orders. Customers were not wearing masks and were seated around a bar with less than a meter between them.

Ordered a large Turkey, Provolone, lettuce, tomato and spicy mustard. When I got home there was no lettuce, no tomato, no spicy mustard. I called to complain, the manager didn’t care, only said they are training a whole new crew. MAKE ANOTHER CHOICE OTHER THAN PENN STATION, SAVE YOUR MONEY. They took my post down yesterday. Let’s see if they leave up today

I'm sitting in the Fairview Heights Illinois location enjoying my lunch and the cashier walks around and offer everyone in the building a cookie except for me. I tried not to think it was a racial issue but as I look around and I'm the only black person in the building. I decided to make a compliant with the manager that offered me cookies and apologize. This was my second and last time eating at this location, I hope other locations have friendlier cashiers because I really like the food

Best grilled sandwiches around. Probably my favorite quick, cheap(ish) lunch. Hot, fresh, tasty, juicy and very messy (in a good way). Make sure you grab a couple handfuls of napkins. Those cookies are calorie bombs but taste amazing. Probably not the best place for dieters, but a great way to spend your cheat day.
