    I stopped through for a quick lunch. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and an unsweetened tea. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through, I received what tasted like a reheated price of cardboard and a very-sweet tea. I was so far behind schedule at that point, I just ate what I could of the sandwich and left. I'm not sure if there isn't a manager for this location or if it is a bad franchisee. Either way, we won't be coming back.

    McDonalds has become a joke, and this location is the epitome of that opinion. Just picked up an Egg McMuffin…missing the ham. How do you do the same job every day and forget one of three ingredients? Of course the receipt is too blurry to respond to their online review system.

    I wish I had taken more pictures because this place was 🔥 Almost missed the unique order kiosk. It's on the other side of an active street some distance from the building. Be careful 🚸 The order was easy. The service quick but surprised. This is the first location I have seen with just ONE window since the 80s. Behind the building I took this pic for my wife. There were several people sleeping in cars out back while I ate breakfast. Some weird guy in a truck staring from down the road some. A dog fight to the north and this tank out back. My wife and I were married on 420 many many years ago. I will definitely stop here again traveling though to MO next time just to tell the manager to get the poor cashier a fan. She was ON 🔥poor baby girl. 😓🤷🏻‍♂️

    Went through the drive through this morning an hour after they have been open. Sat there for about 5 minutes with nothing. 3 other cars drove up waiting as well. Tried to call, no answer from anyone. Decided to leave only to see someone inside ignoring all of us.

    Unacceptable service tonight at the drive through. A few minutes after nine PM. No problem ordering or paying. Sat at the pickup window for over fifteen minutes. Saw no one, heard nothing. I finally asked for some service with a loud voice and someone finally appeared. When I asked what the problem was, the guy at the window replied, "I don't know what to say". You have a problem here.

    The worst drive thru ever…the girl taking orders and working the register was rude and not friendly. When I pulled up to her window not a word came out of her mouth. Not hi or how much my order was or a thank you. The burgers were dry as dust. Never going back…..

    Pretty much the only fast food in warrenton that doesn’t mess up your order every time (I can say same for Burger King). I don’t like McDonald’s food but their drinks are great l, staff is usually polite and friendly, and the food is always hot. Drive through moves quickly, so does inside orders.

    We order from here regularly. The last 3 times our food has been wrong. The hot coco tastes like water. I ordered the big breakfast and didn't get pancakes. The frappe machine has never worked since we have tried ordering. Very disappointed. I'll be taking my business down the road from here on out!

    This place was terrible. Have been on the road for 7 hours with 3 kids under the age of 6. Get there sit back at the drive through intercom for 10 min. I go to the window to see if they were open and the person shrugged her shoulders said, " I dunno know, I just got off" that is not what I asked. I just wanted to know if they were open. The girl goes to the manager and the manager came to the window 5 min later. I asked if they were open and she said no and closed the window on me as I was talking to her. That is the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced!! This was terrible if I give it less then one star I would have.

    We used to use this McDonald's quite a bit 4-5 years ago. They have since remodeled and no longer have a drink bar. Also, they oddly did not offer large drinks when I stopped in today. They have a screen where you can see the orders and only one other person in the drive-through had an order before me yet my mobile order for a triple cheeseburger took over 5 minutes. There are other McDonald's in the area so I'll just stay away from this one.

    Well went up today got a fish meal and another fish sandwich with no tarter sauce well when I got home both had tarter sauce on them and they weren't even half way on the bun I swore I would never go here again this place sucks assand if you notice the receipt it a different number than the 2 fish sandwhichs!!!!

    Just terrible. Went in for a couple drinks and it took almost 10 minutes. Probably would have been quicker if I had gone through drive thru. The only positive is that it was pretty clean.

    The service is BAD. The either didn’t hire qualified employees or they don’t train their employees. The drive through employee cannot understand my order that I had to give up and order inside. And they are slow on orders.
