Absolutely loved spending the afternoon here today. Children enjoyed every moment being here. From the walk, to the age appropriate play grounds to the den making area!! (I have some very creative children, they didn't want to leave!! 😆😆) The park was very clean which made our experience so much nicer. It was awesome to be out amongst nature and hear the birds through the trees. The coffee shop is usually open, but the times vary. All in all the park is perfect for every age, from the young ones to the older ones and everything in-between!! 😜😜🤣

A brilliant place to visit within the borders of Leicester. It has a visitor center that includes a cafe and toilets. It has 2 play areas for the younger/elder kids. This park has pleasant woodland walks. There is a area where you can make shelters out of tree branches. A great day out.

If you have children and live within reach of South Leicester, Brock's hill Country Park is a fantastic place to visit. Brilliant information boards, a den building site with loads of building materials. I love the tree you can walk through. A great place for dog walking with an easy link to fields beyond the boundary of the park for those wanting to walk further afield. My children spent hours of their childhood in this park. I can't recommend it enough.

Nice little park to wonder around. Great little area for kids to play around. Easy and accessible car park, with charging costs (not too bad price) Overall, nice for a little stroll if you happen to be in the area!

Lovely park for a family day out - there is a large play area, a den building area, different walks to take in the forest and ample parking. A new coffeeshop (Jenno's) is opening in September, which will make it even better!

Great outdoor space, decent large slide, climbing, swings, monkey ropes. Keeps kids active climbing up and down the hill in the middle of the park. And the trails and paths around are amazing with wildlife information stands and a brilliant den building area in the woods. Hot drinks and cafe facilities too, what is there not to like about this place! Highly recommend

Great place for a walk, quite and isolated, you could improve your plants knowledge as well by identifying the trees as they are labelled, lots of dog walkers, now there will be a charge for car parking, should you wish to drive there

Nice park which has activities for all ages. They have 2 play areas, 1 for small children and a larger one for older children. The benches are spread out which always helps. This park also has a den making area, which will keep the kids entertained for hours. Would definitely recommend this park for a visit.

It's a good park to walk the dogs and play area for the young ones Unfortunately, carpark is a pay and display, but it only £1 for 4hrs so not too bad unless your there twice a day 7 days week

Great place to bring children! Toilets and cafe were not yet opened (scheduled for September '23). One of the play areas has a fence all the way around it with toddler swings, and a smaller climbing frame/slide. The other larger play area is in the field with a couple of big slides, swings and a basket swing. Lovely walks around the site too with a fantastic den building area with plenty of logs provided for the children to use and develop what is already there.

Brock's Hill is a lovely place to walk my dogs. The visitor centre is awesome and there are always water available for my dogs. For children, the playground is excellent and there are cameras for their safety. Dogs are not allowed in the playground area. Highly recommended with good parking.

Pleasant walks, well maintained park with interesting facts. Check out the info about trees and just had a major revamp with jenno cafe- cakes and coffee. Just be mindful about the car parking- shared with a leisure centre that can get bottled necked at swimming lesson time ( 4pm++ Saturday mornings..)

It is a nice and big park for everyone from kids playing options to adults loves walking / running in nature. Feels devine if you walk in the woods after rainfall. It houses different species of birds and even butterflies. They have placed display boards giving information. There is also a small windmill which I never saw running !! Has a dedicated parking space. All in all a good park for families especially in summer.

Only £1 to park for four hours which is plenty of time for you to explore this Country Park hidden at the back of Parklands Leisure Centre. Lots of woodland to explore with children and or dogs. There's an area where you can make a den with wood with your children. There's a mini playground, and a visitor centre. It does have a footpath so would be pram or wheelchair friendly in parts. It looks like you could be more adventurous and get onto public footpaths from here which take you to Great Glen and Newton Harcourt and beyond.

Awesome country park, has a very big kids play area and lots of paths to explore, the tearoom was also very nice with friendly staff.

Great place for a walk. There's easy access to the fields to the south and east if you want a better view of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the visitor centre is currently being converted into council offices, so the toilets and café there aren't available anymore (hence the missing star).

It's nice to walk there. Also play area for children. You will find many people come with their dogs for a walk. Keep in mind pay and display parking.

It's a lovely, well maintained country park. It's a bit hit and miss if the cafe or toilets will be open, they seem to be closed more often than not, so plan your day accordingly

A peaceful place amid the busy area. It is well used by a variety of people of all ages. A great play park in the centre.

Great space for a leisurely walk around. Lots of dog walkers. Places for children to build dens, wooden play area for children 4+ and a separate play area for younger children. A few Picnic benches in a covered area. Occasionally they have theatre shows too and the centre has the ocassional event on.

Lovely outdoor space to take the dog for a walk. Rather bumpy if you're taking a pram for a baby though. Great spacious play area for bigger kids
