As always a great time, salad bar = perfection, main course = splendid! Atmosphere great. Servers were a tad slow making rounds, I'll give them a pass with the near capacity crowd.

We have dined here several times and always had great experience. We were emailed a special deal $39 per person for dinner. We had a great meal, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. When we got the bill it was double the dealbthat we made the reservation with. The server argued that we had Fillet which jumps the price to $63. In the email offer we received it clearly states "get the best cuts of Brazilian steak for $39". Is the fillet not the best cut? Nowhere in the email did it say that the fillet was no included. No one while we were servers mentioned it either. So if you go in on this offer make sure and ask them first what is included before you start eating. The manager honored the deal without any drama.

Hadn't been here in awhile but when I think of Fogo de Chão, I think of celebratory occasions. For that reason, I chose to have my birthday dinner here and THEY did not disappoint! Food was impeccably delicious, wait service was accommodating and paid attention to details. Overall, I am definitely pleased.

We’ve been here at least 2x since it opened and we’ve had great experiences overall. Recently went a week ago and we were sat in a weird spot right next to the bar area and the gauchos could not get on on side of the table comfortably, so we had to keep requesting the meat we wanted. Still had a great time but just wished we were sat in a better spot.

I’ve been to Fogo many times but I went recently for a wedding. I like the Oakbrook location more than the Naperville one, seems a little more spacious. When you are seated, I recommend you get the Churrasco experience to be on the safe side. I guess there are two different options but definitely get the higher one, more bang for your buck. You can order all you can eat premium meat from a wide selection. Pro tip: don’t overload on the salad bar as you’ll need room for all of the meat (essentially what you’re mostly paying for). Salad bar has a vast selection of greens, cheeses, cured meats, etc. You get an unlimited amount of cheesy bread, polenta, mashed potatoes, and plantains. They are all delectable. For drinks I thought the Brazilian limonade was just okay and not worth getting a second time. The Guarana soda is very good and very addicting. Meats are all good and there is something for everyone. You can get it from rare to medium well done. Make sure you get the beef ribs, one of my favorite items. The lamb chops were too salty. That’s why I didn’t give the food 5 stars. The service I took off a star because it took them way too long to get it to me. I saw them go to other tables and skipped over ours. Desserts are worth getting if you still have room. They’re a good size so you could split between two people. Overall, still a solid choice for brunch, lunch, and dinner. I’ve went to all 3.

First time ever experiencing this steakhouse. It was quite busy, especially for a Sunday evening. We arrived nearly ten minutes before our reservation, which I highly recommend, and we still had to wait an extra ten minutes after our reservation time. It was also hard to understand why they didn’t have a front desk podium to separate staff from those looking to dine-in. I would consider this restaurant intimate. The atmosphere is quite loud and the tables are quite close to one another. You can opt for the regular dine-in or the buffet experience. For the experience, expect to pay at least $120 for two people, not including beverages. During this experience option you will interact with the waiters who bring you various meats to try. Make sure you ask for small amounts otherwise you can get too full too fast. Get your money’s worth. If you have your coaster flipped to green waiters will constantly be coming to your table. If the coaster is flipped to red, that means stop and they won’t stop by your table. The buffet seemed to have at least three options for each food group presented. Given how loud the restaurant was, at times it could be hard to hear what meats the waiter was offering. It might be more helpful if they had tags on their offerings, making it easier to understand what meat it was. Since we were celebrating a birthday they gave us a complimentary dessert. We would recommend this experience at least once for special occasions, but not for your regular dining night out given the price point.
