Was told everything was covered by insurance, after 17 sessions got hit with a $300 bill for copays which is normally done each visit had I known I would t have gone so often. So I stopped going, 3 months later I get over a $2k bill for who knows what and when I call and leave my info for billing department to call me they do not call back. Worst service do not waste your time or money.

Spoke with Stacy, as a first time psychiatric patient, she didn’t really make me feel safe coming here. Started to ask me really personal questions before verifying my insurance . Only 19 & a college student, which means I’m on my mom’s insurance. There are many things that I’m still not sure of or don’t know. When I asked for clarification on the insurance before the questioning she had an attitude. Definitely not coming here

I was always nervous about coming to therapy but now that I’ve taken that 1st step in coming, I strive to make it a priority and RMH makes it easy enough to make me want to come every week!

An amazing staff who truly care about their patients. In the worst period of my life they truly were my angels. I cannot thank them enough.

Their new facility is beautiful - so welcoming and calming, just like their staff who are amazing! Can't recommend them highly enough!

They wipe their hands of you if you find yourself in crisis, giving you a list of absolute garbage referrals so you can fend for yourself. You're not a patient there, no matter how much of a connection you feel and how much better you might be doing, the second you have a negative break they throw you to the curb and make it all the worse. They're more interested in their bottom line, no matter how detrimental it is to their patients' mental health.

Absolutely beautiful clinic. The staff is so welcoming and genuine. You could tell they have the patients best interests top of mind. Will continue to recommend this company!
