I was at Oakbrook mall and stopped in Sunglass hut. I was immediately welcomed and helped. Hamzah was the best salesperson I've ever encountered at a Sunglass Hut. He actually brought over a tray of sunglasses he thought that I may like while helping another client. Excellent service and product. Thank you Hamzah. I love my new Burberry Sunglasses!

This review is for Henri who sold me a pair of scratched sunglasses on 11/23 at 7:49 pm. After I bought them, he took the tag off which I thought was odd but I guess it’s because he wanted to get rid of these and not have me return them. Thanks for nothing. I’ll be back Friday morning to speak to your manager.

Inherent issue with small stores are employees are in your business the whole time. But I had a good experience overall.

I went to Ray ban to buy a pair of glasses I had been eyeing online but they didn't have the color I wanted in a polar lense. The sales person said I had to order them online then proceeded to leave me to help other people. I left and went to sunglass hut. They were in stock there, but after being educated by the knowledgeable and helpful sales women there I decided I didn't want the polar lense although they didn't have in stock. I could have left and went back to Ray ban to buy them, but decided to place the order in store at sunglass hut because of the service I received. Thank you ladies for helping me pick the right color and lense. Keep those awesome personalities!

Service wasn't very friendly unless you are wearing a Ralph Lauren Polo and designer shorts. Their sales people didn't even greet me or offer to help (though they were friendlier after I spent $500). Also lists as dog friendly, but they stared daggers at my dog. If you don't want to allow dogs. then don't list yourself as dog friendly.

The female, i can't remember her name, she had dark hair and wore a hijab, was very friendly and helpful. I may not have gotten a pair if not for her. My new sunglasses are very complimentary to my face and skin tone. She really knows what she is doing, you should value her. Letting her train your other sales ppl would be a great idea. I love my new glasses! Thank you!

Since the moment I entered to the store Michael was attentive and professional, he suggested me a few sunglasses according to my face shape and color skin. Super friendly service. I bought a couple of sunglasses. Happy with my purchase.

Came in here Sunday evening of Black Friday weekend after looking on the Sunglass hut website to buy my girlfriend some sunglasses. I explained to the 1st gentleman employee my budget and then he proceeded to show me 2 pairs that were both double my budget and some of the highest end sunglasses they carry. For the 2nd gentleman employee, I told him the pair I was looking for that I saw online and he said they didn't have it anymore and they couldn't order them for me. So I left and ordered what I wanted off of their website. Wanted to support a brick and mortar store but when you get jerked around like that why even try. What a joke...

Great customer service and really good recommendations. The second pair he showed me were the perfect pair. He patiently fed me a few more, just to make sure, but ultimately we kept going back to the second pair. So nice and personable - a great shopping experience.

Employees were super friendly and helpful. Great selection of sunglasses and had a good deal going on if you bought two pairs of sunglasses.

We recently went to Sunglass Hut to buy my boyfriend a pair of Maui Jim's. I purchased a pair when we were on vacation a few years back in Tennessee and he loved them so much he wanted a pair of his own. When we entered, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We picked out a gorgeous blue pair of Maui King Jim's for him and he loves them. Highly recommend this shop.

As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed. I explained how I would be going on a long drive to another state. The young man working their helped me with some options and recommend polarized glasses. I’m so happy with the style and the polarized option. I highly recommend this location. Nice people and knowledgeable.

The gentleman at this location was AMAZING! I apologize but I forgot his name. I went in today and he was extremely helpful and personable. He made my experience 10x better than I expected. I told him the brand and style of the sun glasses I wanted to replace from my accident and he provided me with several options and helped me decide. He was GREAT!!!! and I will definitely go back to this location the next time I am in the market!

The is the best Sunglass Hut that I’ve visited. The representative, Hamzah was extremely helpful. He was very patient and gave his honest opinion. I’ve never had anyone take so much time to help me find the right pair of glasses. Hamzah is extremely knowledgeable and a great asset to the company. This is now my location for purchasing glasses.
