Impeccable service and amazing food. Very pleased with our visit! Lots of food and all was delish. The ranch is the BEST ranch I have ever had. I had the beer battered fish tacos and my mom had Korean Chicken. We were both very happy! To management: our waitress (her head is pictured in the image with my mom) was amazing!! She needs a raise and a trophy. Get on that.

Went here for date night with my lovely wife, and we were extremely satisfied. The service was amazing. Rachel was very helpful; She offered delicious recommendations, and continuously checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The food was outstanding, and the company was splendid!

Great cheesecake factory location that is able to maintain a consistent cooking standard. So far have not had any major problems with anything coming out of the kitchen except the rare times when steaks are a bit overdone. Their grilled chicken dishes comes out great every time. One of our favorite cheesecake locations.

There was a 5 min wait but they will send you a text when your table is ready. We had the Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Tacqitas and Shrimp Pasta. I wish the pasta had more shrimp. Other than that, we had a great time.

First off we started with a few drinks and an app of the dynamite shrimp which was a very small portion. French dip burger and BBQ smoke house burger were great. My fiancé ordered a salad which she loved. All and all we had Mary as a server who was just amazing!

We went for lunch at Cheesecake Factory last weekend. Would definitely recommend this location! My family and I went to have a lunch treat and was delighted because our server was very nice. Jiro told us many fillers and the way he welcomed us was very pleasing. Thanks to him! 👍✨I am sure we will back soon. 😊

This Cheesecake Factory was okay. I have been to better locations. One thing I truly appreciate was the quick turnaround. We arrived Saturday afternoon and was immediately seated. No wait time is always a GREAT TIME! Our server was on it! She checked on us a few times before we can decide on what to order. Honestly, I rather have that than an unresponsive server! Here are where things fell flat. I order Mac and cheese with some grilled salmon and broccoli. My Mac was super runny and a bit too salty and salmon was a bit salty as well now that I mentioned it. Our Cheesecake was the real star! It's worth another visit. Our meals. are fast and the service was 4/5!

Went to celebrate my twins birthday. Front desk lady was not very friendly but waitress was awesome. Food was all great and of course the best cheesecake. They added Xtra to my kids cheesecake for birthday.

My girlfriend and I wanted to check out some Louis Vuitton and Gucci before heading to dinner. I've made reservations a week ago online so there was no wait at the Cheesecake factory at Oak Brook. However, the front desk gentleman was kinda rude so that's why I've taken away a star. I could have easily given a better review and now it only deserves a three. We sat down by the window on a Wednesday evening and it was quite busy which is a good sign. Our waiter was fun and very funny. However, I got some stale bread. Not the warm delicious dark color bread I normally got but some old, chewy bread. We ordered our drinks and my drink was a dirty martini. I didn't taste the martini and I asked our waiter if they put the brine juice in and he said yeah. Didn't offer to bring it back to make sure. How the heck do you know he put in brine juice? Did you watch him make it? I doubt it. So you didn't want to check to make sure. So minus another star. Food deserves 5 star. Everything is delicious. We ordered the Egg roll sampler and all 4 was so yummy! We shared a shrimp scampi and shrimp was flavorful and huge prawns and pasta was wonderfully seasoned. We got a strawberry cheesecake to share and that was not too sweet and wonderful as well. So the Oak Brook Cheesecake factory only deserves 3 star because minus 1 star because front desk was rude. You have ONE job. To greet your customers. Minus 1 star for waiter didn't even make sure my $15 dirty martini was made right. So if you must have your cheesecake and don't mind paying $150 for 3 star service, food is absolutely delicious 😋

Can’t ever go wrong with Cheesecake Factory, everything we had was great and our server was kind and very attentive. We came for lunch on a Friday so there wasn’t many people there but the bread was still warm and the atmosphere was still good.

Has to be the best The Cheesecake Factory I have had. Went a few months ago with my husband for date weekend. Best cheesecake that I have had, I tried the pineapple upside-down cake cheesecake yummy. Also had breakfast and dinner and the food was on point. Will be back there soon.

We had reservations and got our seat when we arrived but we got seated in a small section and literally almost next to the next family. Make sure you show up real early to find parking! Food was OK not as good as they hype it up. The cheesecake on the other hand was delicious! We had the Ultimate red velvet and the Tiramisu.

Busy Saturday night is a good sign. Was seated after about 30 mins. The Arnold palmer was really good, and the sangria was also good. I would pass on the calamari only because I've had better, too much batter. I had the salmon and steak Diane, which was good, steak was cooked to my liking. Ordered a cheesecake to go since I was too stuffed to eat it.

The food is very Rich.l it's a costly restaurant. We need to make the reservation before heading to the restaurant. Ambience is dark mode in yellow light. This restaurant is present in the mall so it's very busy in traffic and parking is free but tedious to get the spot. Weekends are very busy. All varieties of different cheesecakes are available. Mainly people come here for celebrations like birthday parties, anniversary parties, office parties etc.

Can't say enough, I was absolutely impressed. The food, the service, just a great experience. Probably the best shrimp/chicken gumbo I've had aside from my homemade. The pineapple upside-down cheesecake was amazing!

Love the food, however, can't go too often because it's expensive and feel like they could care less if you come or not. This visit I tried the Beet Avocado Salad. It was listed as a small plate and was indeed a small plate but I expected more quantity of salad since the price was $11.95. The vegan Cobb salad was a good size but still, $18,95 still seems on the high end for essentially leafy veg and some veg toppings. close to $10 for a sliver of cheesecake? Also, reservations must be made online not over the phone. The website requires account setup/login, which adds hurdles from a user perspective. You get the feeling that you'll be welcomed if you come, but they don't really need your business. Maybe it's just this location but I was disappointed that I had a coupon for free cheesecake, but when I wanted to redeem it at a different location was told it only applies to Chicago or Houston.

You just can't go wrong with this restaurant. I love the Cajun pasta. So yummy. The lunch portion is ample food. Of course, cheesecake is the best. I personally love the lemon and raspberry cheesecake. So delicious!

The food was ok. Not really worth the prices. $9.95 for a thin slice of cheese cake, $24.95 for Shrimp linguine and $19.95 for Thi Chicken. All of the food was were bland. No real flavor to it. Like the linguine was supposed to have garlic, you couldn't taste it nor the basil. I would only go back if someone was having a gathering there but it won't not be my 1-5th choice. Definitely my last choice. Our waitress was very nice, friendly and professional. We we seated immediately. The restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were ok.

Food was delicious. We really liked the atmosphere of this restaurant, it's very eye pleasing. I had the chicken and avocado sandwich with Cesar salad, yum! My husband had the beef medallions with mashed potatoes and asparagus, he said it was very good as well. We shared a piece of cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream, it was very tasty but I have had better. I'd give the whole experience a 8.5/10. We would go again if we are in the area.

I've frequently come to this Cheesecake Factory location because it's a convenient spot for my friends and myself. This time, we gathered to celebrate two birthdays and reconnect with an old friend. I opted for the Factory salad, subbing shrimp for the chicken, and it was a satisfying choice. The grilled shrimp was flavorful and juicy, although there were a few chicken pieces I had to pick out. My friend enjoyed the shrimp scampi pasta, and we both cleaned our plates. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and checked on us frequently, even though we stayed for about 2 hours, catching up on our lives. For dessert, we indulged in the tiramisu cheesecake, a delightful combination of my two favorites. It was a birthday treat on the house, thanks to the cheesecake rewards program. I highly recommend trying the Tiramisu cheesecake on your next visit!

I ordered calamari and Buffalo chicken blast to go. The food was not hot and undercooked. The inside of both was mushy breading. This was so disappointing.

I think it’s wild that I had to wait over 30mins for a curbside order. No type of organization and all I ordered was a simple cheesecake. I get it Sunday late afternoon is busy but I saw other cars come and go and I called the number and someone said they would be out. I called at 2:22 and I didn’t leave until 3:02 after going inside . If you can’t keep up with curbside then simply don’t offer it. Literally wasted 40mins just waiting.

Had the Baja chicken tacos. That was about the only thing that was good besides the cheesecake. Rice was nasty and the beans were salty.

Bought a plain 10” cheesecake 11/29 for my birthday cause I like cheesecake factory cheesecake. This one we bought was mushy was not good at all was more like a cheese pie. Drove 1 hour round trip for this. Has anyone else experienced this problem before.

Stopped in for a lunch on a weekend and the wait was about 30 minutes. This is a popular location as it is located next to a shopping mall. The server was super nice and the food was excellent! Overall it was a good experience.

It was my first time to dine in here and my experience was good. If your a group, and coming here for dinner, one member should come here early to take the waiting, coz its always busy at night. Service is great and the food was awesome. We tried the shrimp scampi and steak combo, and the tacos. It was delicious. Would definitely come back here. Parking is not a problem here. Mall is also nearby so you can hang around and do something else.

Poor Service and Management! Treated poorly after waiting 45 minutes for seating! Waitress was very rude as she rushed us to hurry and order. We noticed that she wasn’t as agitated with other guess around us but she seemed genuine annoyed with us and wanted to rush us to hurry as they were closing. What we couldn’t understand is why they seated us to give us poor services. After a few snappy remarks from the waitress about a drink I order with light ice, I asked for the GM. Her words were I was going to get more drink with less ice. I explained that was besides the point, I prefer light ice. The glass was removed, ice picked or poured out and same glass returned dirty. I requested a manager and she came out and her attitude was smug as well as she didn’t help at all. Basically she shudder her shoulders as I explained I requested a drink with light ice and got the runaround about a simple cocktail. The waitress brought back a glass full of ice after I stressed little to light ice. She was upset I requested that the drink be remade with less ice. I was told by her that she would pour out some of ice which she did and brought back a half empty glass. Same glass she took away, she brought back twice. Manager repeat the same thing and then offer to take it away and off the bill. I requested again the drink with light ice and was brought back my same old glass. Unbelievable! Oh yes she added the drink away back to the bill without remaking it. Absolutely horrible service, food was off, everyone left with doggie bags because they were unhappy with the food besides the burgers. The watery Mac N cheese was for a child who refused it because he said it was yucky and that’s his favorite meal. It really was the dirty half filled glasses for me! This is the $15 dollar cocktail I asked for served with light ice in a dirty glass that was removed from the table twice and brought back in the same glass! As a Chef, I AM SHOOK! Disgusting! Refused to give me general manager contact information and dismissed my concerns about rude waitress when I asked that a manager come over. I am so disappointed this was my daughter’s birthday experience and we generally love this place. We have been coming to this location for almost 20 years and I will NOT RETURN! Certainly expected better. Smaller clean glass with light ice would have satisfied 🫤
