The shops they have are a great selection.....however have you driven on the surface of the moon? No? Well if you visit here I hope you enjoy having your steering and suspension mangled. The parking lot here is a crime against humanity and vehicles.

This is a great song area to pass time. You can walk an me get make up, then shoes, then walk a little further and peruse random items from world market and end up at the rack for clothes. If you ever need to burn an hour, this is a good place to do it.

All the stores are great! This review is for the "strip mall" itself. This has to be the WORST parking lot in Illinois! Poorly marked and laid out, tight spacing and insufficient. Disabled Parking is a joke and very few spots are available. As a disabled shopper, I only shop at this mall as a last resort and if someone can run in while I circle around.

Had a wonderful time here shopping with family. Lots of shops to choose from and we found some thing we were looking for. Stores were clean, parking lot felt safe to be in and the condition of the facilities were top notch and in great shape. Will be back for sure.

You will find stuff from everywhere. Prices. Not bad. Unfortunately, it's not a store I think of as a goto store. But that's because it's so limited.

Quality businesses continue on . . . at the Shops of Oak Brook including the Nordstrom Rack, World Market, First Watch and DSW. The regularly overcrowded parking lots can stress customers out at the Shops and thus a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Needs more stuff looked abit sparse.

We came to look at a few decorative items for our home & ended up buying awhole lot more. There are so many things that can find here for those home decorators ( like my wife ). There's also food & drink items sold here which was diffrent to see since I thought of just seeing home furnishing. Theres also seasonings sold here which I brought a few. So there are many things to look at here. Hope you find what your looking for.

Great shopping center with useful stores. The one downside is trying to park on a weekend - the lot fills us and is bananas with cars looking for spots.

TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack are my two favorite clothing stores around, and these two are th best I've been to. It's probably the area, but I can always find something super cute at these stores and always for a great price! It's also my favorite Ulta, they always have all the products I'm looking for where others are always missing something.

I went to Macy’s Oakbrook Mall 3rd floor plus size women and I encountered a very pleasant elegant woman by the name of Mary T. I had ordered a dress online size 20 and I needed a size 16 for an exchange for my birthday and Mary went above and beyond to help. Mary T, I would like to say kudos and what great great customer service you have demonstrated. YAY SHOPS! lots of stuff for mix and match gifts or w.e. u may need. just watch our for Perry the Pidgeon, he sits around by the trees on the left side of the entrance, if you see him post a pic!!

Very nice shopping plaza; allocate time for parking. Often very congested and difficult to find parking.

I love shopping here more than the mall

Some of the staff at World Market are just rude. I'll happily pay more to shop at a store where customer service is a top priority.

I just love this store. I miss the location where I live (Chicago's North Shore). So whenever I am in Oakbrook, I stop in this store where I always find interesting tea, coffee and foodstuffs.

Nice, parking is easy. Good inventory. Other good shops are close by. Old Navy, DWS, WORLD MARKET.

The cashier who helped me was amazing and there is so much to look at it's an awesome store to go to!

Love the stores here. There’s lots of good ones but the parking lot is horrible. Almsot every time it’s near impossible to find parking near the store I want to go to and everyone is looking for a spot so we are all racing for single spots that open. I will come back though since it had the stores I want to go to.

So many great places to shop at. They love the TJ Maxx so many great deals glad we were able to stop!

We really enjoyed the chicken enchilada and steak tacos. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Good food had a reasonable price.

I love world Market you can get things there that you can't find in other stores

The stores' selection & customer service is excellent, but I don't like the parking.

Shop choices great. Parking situation is difficult.

The clothes racks were looking pretty thin and less racks than usual. I know stores have to create a less congested layout to prevent crowding but seemed like less stock to choose from than usual. Clean, good sale prices as usual. Visited the store in Oakbrook and there was definitely more selection though.

There are many shops at Oak Brook I enjoy shopping at most of them the one I recently visited was DSW. There's no wait to go in, must wear a mask, sanitizer pump at front door, not to crowded. Sales rep's were avail to help, plenty of stock, store was clean and sanitized. Handicap friendly.

Cute little stretch of stores. Nike has funny hours due to staff issues. The rest are open We wanted to try the breakfast place, but it was a 45 minute wait for 3 days in a row. Must be good, I guess?

They have some great stores in this area. They definitely got it made over their especially with the addition of the Nike store and a 5below.

Very busy and not many empty parking spots. It's kept.clean and.decorated.with flowers, so it's a pleasant experience.

Always can find something for the house or different tastes that other stores don't carry. Ex: Hawaiian onion chips/excellent!

Stopped by Nike (my fav store) and picked up a kewl Jordan jacket off the clearance rack. I always find a deal when I shop here.😁

I'm used to going to the one near Clynborn ave in Chicago. This was was good. They have a large selection of whatever you're looking for. The candles are nice smelling and foods from around the world are great. Love going there around the holidays...when selection is best.

Great location. Great parking. Busy on weekends. Have to look for deals.

Wide variety of stores and even a restaurant all within walking distance... Once you do find a spot. The parking is really the only downside to this area. Also, if you're looking to turn left/go back west when leaving the area you have to turn right and make a u turn at the light.

If you are looking for a great colorist Loretta is your lady. Very professional, personable, a great Salon. Would highly recommend.

The atmosphere was nice, there were awesome options and lovely selections from home decor to fashion and even a diverse tea collection.
