These folks are great at taking care of my son's hair. Always happy with them following directions as to what he wants.

Sandra is a phenomenal stylist at the Oak Forest location. She is very friendly and my hair always looks great. I gets lots of compliments on my cut and I refer everyone to her. I will only see her for my haircut.

Second time they messed up my hair. Shouldn’t have even gone back after the first time. These people don’t know what a fade or a taper is. Staff are also rude as hell to you as they cut your hair. I explained to the women cutting my hair that I wanted just my temples tapered as I’m trying to grow out the top and the back and she ended up taking so much more off than just the temples! Only after she was done with my hair that she admitted that she didn’t know how to cut it! She also complained about my having to cut my hairstyle the ENTIRE time to her coworkers that snickered at the comments. Used to have great stylists but it looks like now all this place has are rude unprofessionals that don’t know how to actually cut hair.

3x now they have screwed up my son's hair. Apparently they don't know what fade and taper means. They claim they went off the ticket from last time but that wasn't the case. Sent my child back in and it still looks terrible. Never again. Line up is cooked as hell.

We took online appointments was showing 20 minutes and reached there and saw only 1 customer was there and remain sitting on chair and gossiping. I show photo to that employee name Maria and told her to make a cut and small lines and she refused rudely and replied “we just cut. No hair style we do.” Dear Great clips please higher professional cutter. before 2 years we likes your service but now days we pay more and we didn’t get any good service which we want , really disappointed

I've been going to Great Clips for haircuts for 20 years or so. Price was always fair especially with a coupon, but in last few years it has more than doubled. I hope this trend does not continue. I would like to remain a loyal customer.
