    The atmosphere and service was HORRIBLE. Someone took our order and they yelled at us when we told them. We did not get what we paid for. Lost $17. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired. Not a good first impression. I can not say enough bad things about this place. Do not eat here. Still fuming. They were just so rude and made everyone in the restaurant on edge.

    Everything about this place sucks, from their attitudes to the food. 20 minutes for an order, and that was after telling them I'vebeen waitingfor that long. And this is what passes for a quarter Pounder Deluxe?

    Just left the manager on duty or shift lead left me standing there for 7 mins then when she was able to get to me asked me did I know what I want to order & I said in a jokingly manner I had been standing there so long I forget. Then she stated if you forgot what u wanted that fast u need to get u some medication I turned around and promptly left. Thank you for the awesome service you very rude person!

    The food was actually good since they cooked my burger fresh. Unfortunately that probably took about two to three times longer than it should have anyway. Lots of giggling, slapping on the butts, shucking and jiving going on in here with the crew.. They wouldn't give me my bottle of water so I had to go back up to the counter because my mouth is getting dry from my food and kind of like hold my hand out for some water that I bought. These Shenanigans took place on Monday August 28th 2023 at approximately 4:00 p.m..

    Horrible service. Was stuck in the drive threw line for over 20 minutes to get my order taken. If I wasn't blocked in I would of just left. Employees were rude and have a careless attitude. I will NEVER stop here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. Find some place else to eat.

    The drive through operator could not get our order correct over the intercom. Had to correct it at the window, with much attitude and eye rolling. Missing food as well.

    Went at 9am on a Friday on my way out of town, even though the restaurant was very crowded the associate at the reheated was very kind and took her time to make sure we felt taken care of. We will make sure we stop here again, thank you so much Samantha!!

    Pulled into the Pilot for gas and decided to visit this McDonalds Awesome one this is … Very clean and the employees were so nice Food was extra hot too I will definitely stop at this one if we’re ever in this town again

    The drive thru will only take one order at a time. That car gets to the window and they pull that car up from the window to park until they bring the food out and they won't take the next car's order until they've cleared that first car. We waited 10 min just for them to take the order at the speaker with only one car in front of us at the window. The girl working the speaker/window was very rude (her name is Charm, she looks to be a manager based on her shirt). This happens EVERY time at this McDonald's. I stopped coming for a year and today, thought I'd give it another try and sure enough, same service as a year ago. I've never seen anything so ridiculous.

    Stopped here along a road trip, so I am gladly unlikely to return. I stepped inside to order, and the card reader on the self service kiosk was broken. So I brought my ticket to the counter to pay there. It took about 5 minutes before anyone came to take my payment, and in that time my order wasn't started. The rightmost Coke fountain sprays in every direction except your cup. The napkins were out. They clear orders off the screen really quickly (probably so their own metrics look good), so our order number didn't appear on the public facing sign. I had to ask if they were still working on my order. Others were asking about theirs too. They forgot my nugget sauce packets, so I had to go back and ask for them. My nuggets were hard and cold, my cheeseburger wasn't cooked thoroughly, the fries were cold (didn't notice until I left). There are much better ways to spend $23 for two people.

    Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My wife, three children, and I went through the drive through on our way home from Nashville. We ordered two 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meals, a cheeseburger happy meal, and two mcchickens. We paid and was then asked to pull forward that they would bring our food put to us. We pulled forward and waited 20min for our food. When we got our food one of the happy meals had only apples and fries in it, no nuggets. Plus, the fries that come in the happy meals are already small, but they didn't even fill those up half way. All three combined would have filled one of those small containers. We had to ask the lady that brought out our food if she could go back and get us some straws too for our drinks. Never again will we come here.

    This should be a 0. Fifteen min of waiting to order inside, and the girl and Mgr would not take my order. The cashier said my code wasn't valid. She was wrong, but instead of arguing, I used my receipt with a survey code instead. But then she took it to the manager. Came back and said the manager had to do it. The manager never came up. When i asked the manager if she was going to do it, she ignored me. Then I asked the girl to do something, but she just kept ringing people up. My aunt, who was with us, already had her food and was waiting. Before I blew up, I just took the receipt and left. We then went to a burger king where the service and food were great! Now I see why this McDonald's had a 3.0 rating. It shows!!
