Well if the lines tell you anything people love this food. Constantly busy and the nicest people both in the drive through and the restaurant. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating can be a bit loud as it is right on HWY 99. Huge portions, great food. Horchata was fabulous. It is located right next to a tire shop and across from Starbucks on Concord and HWY 99. If you love Mexican food, it’s a must stop.

Woke up hungry in the middle of the night and remembered I drove past this place yesterday. Saw that they are 24 hours and decided to make the 20 min trip from Tualatin which for 3am traffic isn’t bad. I’m a fan. For a “fast food” type of place the food is pretty good. I got the cheese enchiladas combo w/rice and beans and a coke. Enchiladas were not overly cheesy and the sauce was really good. The beans were soft as with the rice. The night employees were friendly as well. Definitely will return.

My favorite hometown Mexican food !!! Best in Milwaukie in my opinion! It’s very old-school inside and has the best veggie and sauce bar. They must try when you’re in Milwuakie

I ordered a taco de lengua and I got lengua asada. The worst tacos de lengua I’ve eaten. It was dry and bland. Rice is just the kind they add water and puffs. Nah! Never eating here again. To top it off they forgot to give me a spoon but I guess it ok cause I didn’t like the rice either.

My order is messed up almost every single time, Whether I go in person or order delivery. I do not like guacamole or pico, and no matter how I ask, they ALWAYS put it anyway. They've even added it multiple times, when I order the rolled tacos that don't even include guacamole - despite the fact that the reason the one with guac is a whole separate item is because guacamole is expensive. I don't understand what is so difficult about just not putting it on. This time, I ordered via Uber. Whomever built their menu on uber lacks a very basic understanding of a menu. I had to look up their actual menu to even determine what was on many of the items or what they came with. You would think they would actually specify that many of the specials come with rice and beans, but they don't. The biggest indicator was the price points. Unfortunately, it also only gave three options for sides, when there menu has many more than that. There was no option for just a side of rice and/or beans, as their normal menu has. I wanted rolled tacos, so that left me with an annoying choice. Uber doesn't let you remove anything at Rigobertos (yet another dumb decision). Unfortunately, while their rolled taco section does have an option with guacamole and one with just the cheese, their specials menu assumes that anyone wanting rice and beans has to like guacamole - there is no separate option (even though because there is no description when listed on the specials, nobody would even know there is guacamole in the first place and would probably assume there isn't, since that's how it's listed on their own menu for the cheese only option). So I either had to choose 3 rolled tacos with no rice or beans since i cant order them seperate (putting me under the min order, adding 3 dollars to my order as a result and paying more for the rolled taco portion than i would have in a meal) or order the one in the meal that has guacamole but doesn't say it does. So I chose the second option. Luckily, I could at least add a note. I wrote 3 very basic statements, hoping it would maybe click in their heads. 1.) NO GUACAMOLE 2.) I will not eat guacamole and 3.) CHEESE AND LETTUCE ONLY That's pretty clear, in what I'm asking for, right? Apparently not. Just in case, and because I know they have so much trouble, I specifically texted my uber driver and requested that he ask them to make sure there is no guacamole on my order and offered him a few extra dollars, if he got the order to me with no guacamole (against all odds). He accepted the request and went inside to ensure they didn't add it. Lo and behold, they were unable to grasp such a concept as simply not lifting up their scoop and not dumping guacamole all over the rolled tacos. They even threw a few unsolicited tomatoes for good measure - great guess on what item you could randomly add, that I also hate. What a waste. Now I get to throw away a majority of my order and won't get a full meal tonight. I have an issue with my paycheck my employer is trying to fix rn and the only thing I had was an uber gift card. Now that money is gone, I'm hungry, and have no way of getting dinner tonight. Thanks Rigobertos! You're never getting my business again after this, guess I'll be sticking to your competitors. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Take a look at the reviews, filtered by the lowest. I promise, you'll notice a pattern. They're all about this locations inability to get an order right, poor sanitation, long lines, uber orders, and poor quality/old food. Anything else you notice? No replies even try to make it right. 🤔😳 One consistency though is a half baked apology and hope of you returning. Why would we return when the goal is to simply get a payment and not care about anything else? I'm sitting here without the food I paid for and no options, but I guarantee this won't be made right, because Rigobertos has already been paid. Pathetic. Either lower pricing to early 2000s McDonalds prices to reflect the lack of customer service skills and extreme lack of pride in your work, learn how to run a business, or shutter the doors, please! 🙏

Oh my God, there food is the best. I had the shredded pork burrito and it was a monster. Huge. And the beans and rice were soo good. Best I've ever had. Best part is there open late. Anytime I've been there the drive through is lined up around the building and out in the street. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

The food here is amazing!! Loved it. When we ordered our food, the cashier spoke in one word answers and got part of our order wrong. He confirmed my suspicion that he might get something wrong when he didn't reiterate what we ordered. He just said "k," and that was the confirmation of the order. So I recommend that if you go here, double check that they get your order right.... with that being said, everything here is great. They make delicious food, and I'd definitely come here again.

It's the fast food mexican food you want. Big portions, reasonable prices. I got 3 meals out of my massive chicken burrito. The meat was a bit salty, but everything tasted great. I love the avocado sauce. Not spicy but add a great tang.
