This was possibly the best trips to McDonald's I have had in the recent 10yrs. The food was all fresh. The staff members were happy, and smiling. The food, seriously, the food, it was spot on. The Big Mac sandwiches were picture perfect. Oh, and the fries, the reason I go to McDonald's, couldn't have been better. Great job guys. Y'all just put your Jackson neighbor on notice. Wow. 😲

Always a friendly and courteous staff. Seems like they always wear a smile and have a pleasant voice.

The establishment is filthy, and has been on the last two trips. The lettuce is black and brown and has retention. Fries had not a grain of salt, had to add mayo myself so it wasn't comparable to a dry dish sponge (sandwich comes with mayo). I don't know if it's the children they hire, or the management flat out not caring about customer service. Will not be suffering through another experience at this location. No thank you, I did not appreciate this, please do hurry and go under so that a company that cares may take your place.

Slow as can be, always have to pull up and wait for food, people at the window don't even look at you or speak unless it's to say pull up to the x and wait. I come here when I'm in a hurry but that doesn't work. Not many options I oakhill sadly.

Awesome place to eat great food and service

I asked for 1 packet of honey mustard and 1 packet of ranch at the window, the lady told me it’ll be an extra charge of .60 cents. I thought it was weird because I’d never been charged separate for condiments but paid anyway. Then didn’t even put the sauces In the bag.

This McDonald’s is always a hit or miss. Most of the time it’s a miss. This morning me and my boyfriend went for breakfast. We got in line and we instantly get hit with “can I help you” in such a rude attitude. She had trouble getting everything we wanted, but I can understand since she is also cashing out people. We get to the window, no smile, no friendly attitude. We’ve noticed every-time we come in and she is working, it’s not the best experience. I’m unsure what her name is, but she is a little shorter with blue hair. Once we got the food it was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend got the number 9 and it was so burnt. I only got two hashbrowns and those were the worst tasting hashbrowns I’ve ever had. Terrible experience today.
