When I used to go here it was around $8 for the box combo now it’s almost $12 for the box combo and throughout that time the chicken fingers have gotten smaller, dry, and way too much crunch because of how long they were fried for. This was my recent visit to canes, I decided to take photos because if I’m paying $27 for chicken fingers they better be how they used to be and they are not. Unfortunately my last visits have been like this and I keep giving them a chance because I really do like canes. I hope they get their act together because you can’t tell me that those small chicken/burnt/dry tenders are worth $30!

Chicken tenders here are always bangin'. They specialize in this stuff so never have a disappointing meal. That said, the dining area inside could use some attention every once in a while, maybe someone to clean tables more often, but always coming away happy. Get extra dipping sauce if you get more than 3 fingers. So good!

Went through the drive thru during the lunch hour on a weekday. The line moved quickly, the customer service was great and the food was hot.

Ok, there is so much hype with this place. It only serves chicken fingers. Don't get me wrong, the chicken fingers are good, but they're just chicken fingers! Their dipping sauce is tasty, coleslaw is decent, and their fries were good, but again, it's a chicken finger! Their chicken sandwich is 3 chicken strips that fall out of the bun after every bite. Again, they're CHICKEN FINGERS!

Tired of coming here and it is never opened on the inside of the building. Every other fast food restaurants are open if everyone has to wear A mask what is the issue????

Do NOT waste your time here. Go to McDonald's they have better chicken fingers. Raising Canes take the smallest chicken fingers they can find and dips them in plain flour. Absolutely no seasoning. They try to make up for the lack of seasoning with their sauce which taste like Kethup mixed with Mayo and black pepper. The fries were only halfway done and they couldn't even get the coke to taste right as it tasted like seltzer water.

Surprisingly good chicken. I was astounded by how delicious they are. It’s not like gourmet but it’s good for fast food. Better than alot of places.

This place never fails to get the order wrong. They never get the right amount of sauces when I order tailgates. It's not difficult to double check the order, is it? I ordered 50 tenders got 8 sauces. What's wrong? 2 months later.Ordered again...ordered for 6:00 pick up. waited till 630 for my order. This place sucks

They decreased their portion size by half, yet their price hasn't decreased proportionally. In fact, it even increased slightly. The chicken tenders are miniature and even the sauce cups they give you are smaller. No wonder why there was no customers there when I went to pick up my order.

Yeah had to check the reviews about the smaller tenders and yeah a lot of them are right the tenders are way smaller than they used to be and the bread was mediocre and the fries are cold yeah this place fell off

Chicken is always fresh, juicy and piping hot! This location has never disappointed me. Fries are nothing special. Reminds me of White Castle's fries. Sweet Tea and Lemonade always good. Don't forget to visit my profile to learn more and follow me for my real honest reviews!

First of all for some reason dinning inn was closed, I had to wait in line for like 40 minutes. My food was cold, I payed for extra sauce and toast and didn’t get any of it. I got the chicken sandwich meal and DIDNT get any fries. Very disappointed!!

My son and I went through the drive through, ordered our 3&4 piece tender meals and sat in the car, with the nice breeze and enjoyed our meals. It was such a nice day and our meals were very tasty 😋 😊 ☺ 😍 😌 🤗 I just finished my leftover tender and bread. Will likely visit again.👍👍

The food reminds me of Zaxby's, which I love. I'd be a repeat customer if it were close to where I live.

Paid for extra sauce, didn't get it. Tenders weren't the best. Kinda bland. Over em. Arnold Palmer bland...ah-gain. Eye roll. Lol not going back. Making my own food.

Great food even taken home. Circled the restaurant to go through the drive through in just 13 minutes. That was amazing! They have the service and cooking down to a science. Keep it up! 💯

My wife loves it, but the service sucks it's hard to understand the woman at the window and when I asked for condiments she said that would cost you more money... So I passed... haven't been back sense....

Raising Cane's location is somehow good. The restaurant is clean and bright, and I normally go for the drive through, so being inside the restaurant feels nice, and knowing that it is clean and the atmosphere is cozy is a good idea. Customer service is great. The employees inside are very nice and friendly, just like the ones in the drive-thru. They were also polite and talked to me nicely. It is a good experience to have a great employee from any business around, but in this kind of situation, it really makes me want to go back again and again. I ordered a combo, which is what I always order, a combo that consists of bread, some fries, coleslaw, and, of course, chicken tenders. The food was hot and fresh when it was given to me. I really enjoyed it all. Everything is good and flavorful, especially their chicken tenders, which I definitely like the most out of that combo I got. I like this location. The service is great. The food is good, and the prices are fair and reasonable.

Great place to stop at after a Midway Airport drop off. Food isn't premade and cold. Always hot and yummy. Bathrooms are clean ,always someplace to sit and enjoy the food. I'm not a fan of their sauce but lots of other people are. I hear one of this chain will be in Michigan City, Indiana next year. Very excited about that

Raising canes @ Oak Lawn Cicero is by far the best one I’ve been too. The chicken is always freshly made and the sauce always done right. Staff is polite and professional at all times. Kudos!

Customer service was good and the food was excellent per usual. The Manager stopped by our table to ensure we had a good dining experience. They have the best lemonade and sweet tea too!

Raising Cane’s has the most delicious chicken strips accompanied with fries, Texas toast, cole slaw and, the famous canes sauce. Crave this on a daily 🤤

  • 4/5 Vanessa G. 8 months ago on Google
The chicken fingers and fries are consistently delicious and served hot. The coleslaw is always fresh, the Texas toast is okay, but I’m personally not a fan of the Cane’s sauce. That being said, their lemonade is what keeps me coming back. They are always super busy and we generally anticipate a long wait at the drive-thru for dinner on any given night of the week.

Out freaking standing. Some of the nicest people working there. The food is the only thing that is better than their customer service. I never got her name, but the very nice lady floor manager was an amazing worker!! Keep up the great work!!!

Canes has delicious chicken with an amazing sauce! Personally, I love the Texas toast and always order extra to soak up the rest of my canes sauce with! The lemonade is also super delicious, perfect ratio of sweet and tart.

Loved the food but the John Lennon wannabe taking the orders is completely rude and doesn't pay attention. I ordered chicken tenders not nasty attitude. 3 stars bc the food is so good. Service sucks

We drive to this location because the one near us in Crestwood is horrible. The food is good and most times the service is great. It could be cleaned better and they could try to hire more people who actually want to work instead of the ones with an attitude or seem high but at least the quality of the food is decent.

We came for a fundraiser for my kid's school. The restaurant was really clean and nice, but the food was nothing to write home about. It was a pretty average meal for a lot of money. The fact they have no selection is HORRIBLE!!

  • 1/5 Lisa 2 years ago on Google
Ordered a kid’s meal with a toast through drive through. My food was really cold. I went inside to resolve the issue. I stood there for awhile and not one of the young ladies said hello or anything it was very un welcoming. The manager greeted me and fixed my order she was pleasant. The young lady with the braids and beads was pleasant while confirming my order. Anyone could have said hello someone will be right with you all in all there is some training that needs to take place also my order was the same temperature of Luke warm so basically it was a waste of time. I would rather wait for fresh food than to have cold food any day.

As I walked through the door of Cane's, from the rain. All of the servers greeted me with a hello. How are you doing today? I haven't heard that in a while. It was such a friendly greeting. I was so amazed, it really put a smile on my face. They were courtesy, friendly and fast with my order. They all told me to have a happy holiday. I left out the door smiling the server name was Aisha. At that moment, it took me nostalgic of customer service of yesteryears.😊. I visited Cane's 12/9/22 it was after 7:00 p.m. The team crew that was on shift we're awesome!! They should work together all the time they were a terrific team! A few of other restaurants can take a page out of your friendly customer service book.

The food was not on how we remembered it. Chicken was really dry, the fries were cold only thing that warm was the beard. They also forgot our cane sauces but this what I get for not double checking my order. Would have rated it a 1 star but the staff were really friendly and bought us our food to the vehicle.

If you like chicken fingers, you will like Raising Cane's. Their fingers have a stupendous ratio of meat to breading. Cane's is not greasy at all! Always fresh tasting and very crispy. Also, it isn't overly salty like some of the other major fried chicken chains. Their food service is fast and fresh! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Sweet tea is also recommended. The workers here are very courteous, hardworking and make sure they are accurate in getting orders. Overall, a great experience and a delicious meal. I will definitely be back.

Always worth the wait! They do one thing great all the time, Chicken Fingers! With one main item you can count on delicious every time. Thick & twisted strips of breaded bliss matched with a cup of Cane's sauce. Don't think it's enough to full you up? Think Again! - Satisfaction Evey Time

Attempted to go here for the first time via drive thru. lucky me, only one car in front of me. Then they tell me their system is down and I'm welcome to wait in line but not sure how long it's going to take🙄. It's not the employees personal faults, I know. So I go to the store next door and then call to see if it is working (about 30 minutes later now) and the manager explains she is still working on it. Went to Firehouse Subs instead which was excellent. To the IT or corporate teams...hope this doesn't happen often, seems like a big inconvenience for your staff and customers.

They didn't give me my entire order and when I noticed it on the window, they claimed I never ordered the fries. They asked for the receipt. I showed them that I was charged for it. They gave me the fries and then I noticed 1 order was incorrect. I asked him about it and he said he misunderstood what I ordered. He thought I ordered a sandwich and the combo meal. I said that's fine since the line got so long. When I get home I seen he gave me both orders incorrectly. I went to this location since it opened but the past few months the service has went downhill.

Ordered extra Texas toast then when I got my meal it wasn’t there. I tried to talk to them and they turned me down. I paid for it so it made me mad. They immediately said I don’t order it and turned me down.A total waste of time and money.Do not recommend. Food is overated and fries are WAYY TOO salty.
