Placed order from the drive thru. I was still ordering and had not finished my order when I decided instead of broccoli and beef I wanted teriyaki chicken. The girl taking the order told me I couldn’t change it since my order “was already made.” Again, I was STILL at the ordering speaker not yet at the window. I ended up calling the manager when I got home because I didn’t want them sabotaging my food by addressing it in the drive thru and was tired from work to get out the car to go inside. Edward the manager stated he would address it. Just a ridiculous experience. To add insult to injury, the beef and broccoli literally had ONE piece of beef. I would not be returning!

Very disappointing during my visit yesterday. I went through the drive thru and after driving off and opening the food later, the broccoli beef was 90% broccoli with two shreds of beef, broccoli was also discolored as seen in the picture. The chicken teriyaki had no sauce on it. It’s just horrible, they need to get their act together. I don’t recommend, especially if going through the drive thru where you can’t tell what they are doing.

Totally disgusted! I love Panda Express, but I will NOT be going back to the OAK LAWN location! Ordered the large plate with low mein noodles, orange chicken and string bean chicken! Received 95% veggies instead of noodles, sweet and sour chicken, and what I thought was a piece of cabbage was AN ALCOHOL PAD!!!!!!!!!! PRAYING I DON'T GET SICK!! AND of course they're closed now after I got my food home to eat!

This is the 2nd time visiting this restaurant and receiving bad rice. I spent $30 for dinner to receive three orders of crunchy rock solid rice each!!!! My granddaughters fried rice and 2 orders of white rock rice. This is unacceptable. I will just pass this restaurant and go to a authentic restaurant to receive fresh, soft rice. So so disappointed. It’s been a minute eating here and now I know why 🤮🤢

Bought a family meal that cost over $50 and this is how all the containers looked like. The portions are getting out of hand at how little they are, customer service from employees and even managers is horrid all I got where excuses and no one took accountability for their mistake, instead I got an attitude and no resolution to my issue. Oak Lawn location is by far the worst Panda Express I have ever been too. Don’t waste your time and money coming to this location.

The food they served was very little. They leave a gap in wich more food can fit. I recommend going to another, it's not worth the money. Other ones can give u more than what I received.

Adriana the young lady that was taking our order via the drive through had a very unpleasant manner in speaking. She spoke so quick that I didn't understand it was really off-putting. The food is ok the entrees are small. Btw they don't take hundred dollar bills.

IF YOU DO NOT DONATE TO THEIR SELECTED CHARITY, YOU WILL GET OLD/BAD FOOD!!! I’ve been here a few times, and every time I skip the donation, my food sucks and is old or you get waaay more broccoli than beef! Every time I do donate, the food is fresh and delicious! But don’t take my word for it, see for yourselves! Hope corporate is proud of this place 🤡
