If a could give 0 I definitely will. The tech name Jacquie” was extremely rough and disrespectful. I noticed the have the wrong tubes . ( Im a nurse) I know this. She started yelling and saying that she knows her job. Then she tried to communicate with my physician. I offered help since I have their direct line. She rolled her eyes and ignored me. When I let her know that I’m hard stick she walked away and other tech came to do the job. But I was able to hear her curse. Three days later. They called me to let me know “ they have the wrong tubing and I need to be back”. STAY AWAY this people needs to be terminated and give the chance to people that really care and wants to do the job right.

Terrible location. I went here because my kids had labs ordered by their doctor and my youngest child who is 1, has had labs done since birth. I told the phlebotomists that he is a hard poke at the arm and they usually do his finger. They said that there were too many labs ordered to do a finger poke... NO. It wasn’t too many labs y’all just didn’t want to do what was in the best interest of the patient and wait the extra time. One of the phlebotomists which was an older lady stunk of cigarettes, and she was extremely rude and didn’t listen to anything I said. They assured me they wouldn’t stick my son unless they could get a good draw. They lied. They poked my son the FIRST time and my son was moving too much they couldn’t get the vein. So they tried the other arm, same thing and acted like MY SON was the issue. Mind you I WARNED them it’s hard to get a good blood draw out of his arm and with him being so little he will not stay still I’m sorry for making y’all actually have to work. Finally they said they would try him one more time in the other arm and that’s it. I was holding my son so tight and to try and help keep him still, he was crying SO hard he was red and sweating! They tried the third time with the same results and finally said that’s it the lab will have to work with what they got. Label it as bad draw. Now I only let them go as far as they did because my son was being monitored for something so I NEEDED this done. I feel so bad after the fact because my job as a mother is to advocate for and protect my kids and I feel like I failed. Then my oldest, I told them he’s strong and will jump for his draw. They ignored me again and when they poked him he snatched his arm and the needle came out so the other phlebotomist came to help her and I said you gonna have to hold him down. They ignored me but was able to get the draw... maybe because he’s 4. I even tried calling the supervisor who has his number listed on the front glass when you check in. I left a voicemail and had customer support send him an email guess what? Never heard back. I will never go here again. They are extremely unprofessional and should reconsider fields.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I'm basing my review on the last two times I was butchered there. The employee is brash and unprofessional. This time she didn't verify my name, last time she didn't verify my name or birth date. Nor did she have me verify my name on the tubes afterward, which is done everywhere else I've been. She attempted a draw on my left arm, jabbing me so forcefully that I cried out and tears came into my eyes. My foot also shot out and kicked her printer, which is obviously not in a very convenient place. Then she proceeded to SCOLD me for kicking her printer, even as I was in tears. She twisted the needle around inside me, causing more pain, but no blood came out so she removed it and said, "Look at that, I just put a hole in your arm and you're not bleeding. You're dehydrated." She then tried the other arm, again JABBING with force and twisting the needle around until the blood started flowing. She asked me if I had had any water, and I said a little bit, because that's what I was instructed to do. She scolded me again, saying, "No, you have to drink a lot of water." I was following the directions written on my orders! Then the left arm started to bleed a lot. I had told her I was on blood thinners, but she ignored this and started labeling the tubes while blood began dripping down my arm almost to the point where my shirt was about to get blood on it. She's like, "Yeah, just a minute." OMG. SO unprofessional. Within minutes, a had two HUGE bruises in the places she butchered me. Listen, I'm a Stage 4 breast cancer patient. I know what pain is. I am not exaggerating. This is PAINFUL. I go every three weeks to the Advocate Christ lab for blood work, and I've never even felt the needle go in, and never have any bruising. It's totally possible to do this without pain, and without treating patients like a number. NEVER AGAIN.

Very poor costumer service. The technician was so rude. Instead of calling people by their name or last name, she calls patients “YOU”. She doesn’t introduce her self. She has attitude. I ask her if I can include my cardiologist name too so he can get the results too, She got upset and told that who ever is in the referral is the only doctor who can get. Very rude. It was early Monday morning before going to work with that attitude ! Who ever is in charge of this place should send this technician to a costumer service class and anger management class coz she surely has alot of anger in her.

I have been coming here for a while because it is a convenient location. There is one woman there with a strong personality who acts as if she can do whatever she wants. She looked at my orders and slammed her hans on her desk saying Stat? I'm not sending this Stat! Well it was a drug test for a new job. I asked her when the results will be in and she said tomorrow. So it is now 6 days later and I still don't have results and neither does my dr. I called there and left a message and no one has returned my call. My job starts Monday and she knew the importance of getting these results in a timely manner. Maybe if she sent them Stat as they were ordered by my Doctor, they would be here!

I came in for a glucose test was one of the first people here yet one of the last to get called in. It smells like cigarettes. It's a dirty place. I don't know how it's a medical facility. The nurses and ladies who draw blood are just as rude. There is no a.c so ur sitting in your own sweat. Place sucks.

I only see Nora when I come to this location I cannot speak to the experiences from the rest of the staff, but Nora is amazing, she will find your vein in a second and have you out of there before you can count to 10. I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.

This company charged me for blood work required by my doctor for a Medicare wellness exam. I asked them to run it pass Medicare and they refused. They ended up referring the debt to a collection agency. They will never see my business again.

I'm typically a hard stick, but never been stuck more than once. Always done right the first time, painless. Only place I'll go for bloodwork. Other ACL Lab locations have butchered my arms in the past.

I have been to this location many times, the staff is alway efficient, quick and professional. I have witnessed the technicians accommodate folks that are not really sure what labs they need. I give them 5 stars, always.

First, there was not a reception at the front desk to assist anyone. Second the nurse that drew my blood at first push the needle too far in my left arm causing it to hurt get numb and bleed. Did not even apologized. After she drew my blood in the right arm, she told me to tell people to draw blood through my arm. Rude as hell.
