Andy’s will always be a place I visit every trip to Oaklawn. This place has the best shakes and banana splits I ever had. They use real fresh fruit and the shakes are a perfect thickness. 10/10!

Thank you so much Darnell for the recommendation and excellent customer service! my two pups and I enjoyed your suggestion very much! My little big puppy decided it was too much sweets for her elderly little big sister! 🤣 A nice tree and a beautiful winter day thank you again

Edit: My family and I stopped by on late Sunday afternoon and purchased from inside in order to avoid the long line on the drive-thru. Inside the store, the staff was polite and helpful. The turtle sundae is very tasty! The outdoor sitting area is convenient to enjoy your cold sweet treat.

I've visited this place several times. To begin with, you're able to order inside or through the drive thru. Also, anything you order is very customizable. Next, the service is quick. Lastly, the frozen custard is smooth and not too sweet. I recommend the BootDaddy concrete. Overall, you should visit this place for a dessert. Photos below: 1. Pretzel concrete (large) 2. If I can give it zero stars I would , it was our first time here. So we couldn’t decide what we wanted , we stayed back so we wouldn’t be in line. But either it was a bad day for the cashier or something. She kept yelling ,”Next one in line , Next one in line, Next one in line”. Obviously were not ready if we’re in back still reading the menu. So then we told her we weren’t ready and she gave us attitude. We weren’t even being Karen’s ! The last time we come here. Beware , y’all might get melted ice cream at the end like we did.

Always consistent! I liked it the first time I had it in Missouri around 2009 and have enjoyed this location since it opened. Glad they came to the Chicago area when they did!

The last few times we have been to Andy’s on 95th Cicero, Oak lawn Il. The employees do not greet you, they pretty much ignore that you are there and are very unfriendly. It was not just us they did this to other customers as well. After we paid for our ice cream there was no thank you either. Your employees need to be retrained. We will no longer go to Andy’s.

Love it. I just wish they'd possibly offer snacks besides ice cream in the future.

I had not tasted frozen custard before stopping by this place with my children. All I can say is WOW! I got the strawberry cookies and cream shake and it was to die for. The wait wasn’t too long either.

First time ever coming to this establishment. Worst experience of my life. I had already visited another location and there was no banana so i ended up going here. There was a huge line for the drive thru. Me and my husband decided to go inside. The cashier who took our order had absolutely disgusting customer service. And gave me attitude just because i did not hear her say "anything else". And proceeded to take our order with attitude. Once we moved she was all smiles to a male customer who was behind us in line. She was the only one wearing a pink hat and huge eyelashes. If she doesn't like her job she should just quit. Will never be back to this location.

So I will start off by saying, I love this place and will patronize it again….however, I am a little disappointed with my visit today. I order 3 items, one of them being the strawberry & Oreo concrete which I have gotten numerous times. My concrete consisted of all Oreo and vanilla ice cream and a pinch of strawberry. This was a bummer because I love strawberries/Oreos.

I've been buying a half gallon of vanilla ice cream for the last 4 years every week and in this past year you've raised the price at least three times. $15.42 for a half gallon of ice cream when it used to be 11.85 when I started. It might be time to start looking elsewhere

A little pricey, they try to get me up to $5 and $6, when they are $3 for their treats, taxes I assume. They're still good, but you really have to have $6 with them or at least $5

As long as this one has been in Oak Lawn, I had never stopped in. Well, today that changed. I was there with my wife and some of her family, and once you walk in, the place is nicely air-conditioned. Open-air waiting, with benches along the windows. They also have outside benches, but today was not the day to eat their awesomeness outside (my car registered the temp at 103 degrees when we pulled in)! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake concrete, my wife had a strawberry jackhammer, and my mother-in-law had the Rico Suave. The quality and taste of their confections was top-notch, and tantalizingly good!!! The custard was creamy and cool, and you really get a lot of nice options to suit your taste buds. In addition, though some people may say the place is a little pricey, I think you get a lot for the money. Finally, the young lady who helped my party of five did such a nice job, and though she didn't know it, her patience really made me like the place even more, especially as she talked me through the difference between a jackhammer and a concrete. We will definitely be back! Food.................................A Price.................................B+ Ambiance........................B+ Customer Service...........A

Smiley friendly customer service. Felt welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Some of the BEST frozen custard ever!! They were very generous with their cheesecake pieces. We will definitely be going back.

Custard is delicious, and customer service definitely needs work. Never has a great experience with service there. Always feel rushed and pressured to order. Dislike the making you order because you get to the actual menu.

I love their ice cream. It's rich, thick, and creamy. I brought my boyfriend, he tried it for the first time and loved it. Lines can get big, but it's worth it! I definetly recommend it! Their ice cream is made in house, right infront of you!
