    I came in for an oil change and told my advisor that I only need to replace the wiper blade for my rear windshield. The two blades for the front windshield were replaced and not the rear wiper blade at all. I called back and spoke with Joshua and was told to come back in and I would be taken care of. The wiper blade was replaced for the rear with no charge. That was fine, even though I paid for something that I didn't need at the time. My biggest issue is that I received an email for $30.00 off my next oil change. Joshua emailed himself a copy of the email and said it would be applied to the bill but it wasn't. I bought it to the attention of the gentlemen that helped me that day and he bought it to the attention of his superior. His superior told me to hang on to the email and it would be applied to my next oil change because he couldn't give me the credit. I think this wasn't professional or good customer service at all. With gas prices being so high these days and me having to come back to get the rear wiper blade that I asked for the first time and the credit not being applied is just wrong. Then telling me that it will be applied to my next oil change is arrogant and outrageous. What makes him think I will return to your location. Since I had to make two trips to Webb I might as well drive further and get the service I deserve. Thanks in advance for nothing.

    We were lucky enough to get to work with Jorge Guzman. I’ve had my fair share of experiences in buying cars and Jorge by far made this process the easiest it’s been for us. He was SO understanding of being an hour away and having 2 little ones with us so he made sure to have everything written up and ready for us by the time we got to the dealer so we didn’t have to spend a lot of time there (and we all know how long dealers tend to take) I would definitely recommend him and this dealer to anybody looking to buying a new car!

    I really enjoyed my experience at Webb Chevrolet. Grafton Brown was an outstanding Salesman. He made sure that I had a comfortable and pleasant experience, while waiting to get approved for my new vehicle. I appreciate the Sales Managers Charles (Chas) Hansmeyer III and Chris Irving for getting me approved for a Car Loan. I'm a first time owner and love it very much. What a bunch of great people to deal with, when making a decision to buy a new or used vehicle. I thank God for my brand new 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

    Everybody is upfront no matter good bad or ugly and they do whatever they can to get u driving off in a car u like and want my sale man Ronald Thomas was amazing very helpful upfront full of energy and very welcome he saw me a brand new 2022 trailblazer and I love it and he made sure before I left I loved it so I would like to give thanks to the Webb Chevrolet family for being supportive upfront and very friendly and very helpful with my experience with buying car So thank you again and if anybody looking to buy a car go look for Ronald Thomas he got very good energy people person and he’s gonna make sure you happy with whatever he have good or bad he’s very upfront thank you

    As a customer service rep myself, I can definitely say this place values their customers and treats them as such! I went in last week Thursday for my morning appointment and was greeted at the door by 2 staff members, I was seated immediately and serviced within minutes My salesperson, Gary, was quick, informative, and extremely helpful. He kept me updated throughout the entire process; each step of the way, he continued to check in with us to ensure the highest satisfaction. I left a few hours later with my Chevy equinox and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience! I definitely recommend Webb to anyone looking for a smooth and effortless car buying experience! And if you’re looking for a sales guy that will break everything down and gets straight to business, definitely ask for Gary, he was truly a pleasure to work with!

    Unhappy with my experience. I had 3 issues I wanted to get inspected and resolved my 2015 suburban. 1) rear gate not opening. 2) rear passenger AC only blows out hot air. 3) notification of low oil, but leaks detected on my garage floor. See details below: I received work order summary for 1) replace module $873.15. 2) I FOUND WE NEED TO START WITH THE REAR TEMP ACTUATOR THEN RECHARGE AND RETEST THE HVAC SYSTEM $1,177. 3.) FOUND NO OIL LEAKS AND DUE TO THE CONCERN I AM RECOMMENDING WE REPLACE THE ENGINE $19,392. I was told that the glass window was fixed, but that the gate needed additional work to fix the problem. Rear glad window was never broken, it was the rear main gate that had an issue. I feel that if there was further testing that was needed, I should have been informed. Instead I was told after the fact, late in the day, that the technician was unsure of the problem. The HVAC issue and explanation was fine. The replacement of the engine really bothered me because other than needing oil occasionally, it runs great! Why would a mechanic suggest s new engine without crossing out other possibilities. Felt like a money grab, now I no longer trust them. This was the second time I attempted to give them business, but going forward, I'm going elsewhere. The service agent could not explain what was done or provide any information of any substance. Instead he tried to have the mechanic come talk to me, but of course he wasn't available. So he gave me a first name and last initial and asked me to call to speak to him directly. At other dealers, the service agents have spoken to the mechanics and understood the issues well enough to provide a relevant summary. Instead I was given a quote for $26,000 with little explanation from the service agent and no contact with the technician. Going back to Haggerty GMC across the street for my service needs, and Apply Chevy in Tinley Park for new vehicles. I feel they are more dependable.

    Everyone ask for Adrian! At Webb Chevrolet today my husband and I had the pleasure of working with him. He’s knowledgeable and makes the experience enjoyable. He actually changed my flawed thoughts in regards to the interior size of the Colorado. Thanks for everything Adrian!

    Unfortunately the reviews are right. They call you 1000 times about a cheaper vehicle and then you get there and they tell you how the interest rate will be too high and you should shop around for more. Even after explaining my credit wasn't all that , wasted time going here when they didn't even want to sell me the car I wanted. You have to have at least 3,000$ down payment if you're at Fair credit 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Connor Booth was my sales specialist. I went in on Friday night, with everything prepared (pre-approval, down payment, Costco certificate ready). The vehicle I went in for was already sold unfortunately but Connor was quick to locate another vehicle for me from the location in Plainfield. We signed all the paperwork Friday night and Connor told me to comeback Saturday for my vehicle. Sure enough, first thing in the morning he gave me a call and let me know my vehicle was on its way and to head over. I got there and it was ready to go. Connor is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing, he puts you at ease and is not pushy, he makes his recommendations on added features and if you decline he does not push further. He helped me program my vehicle features and later followed up and let me know if I had questions to call him or email him. He really takes the stress out of car buying. Will be recommending friends and family to him in the future! DEALERSHIP Con: Sadly there was only 1 finance manager (who was kind and well spoken. I had a couple questions and he was quick to provide answers). We waited about 8 hours just to see him (there were about 10 people ahead of us) we were able to leave and grab some food. Overall my transaction itself was about 2 hours (about 1.5 hr on Friday and 30 min with finance manager on Saturday) but had an 8 hour wait. The staff is very kind and were constantly checking in on everyone waiting, regardless if you were their client or not. Connor was constantly updating me on how many people were ahead of me and an estimated wait in case I wanted to leave to get something to eat. From the beginning they set clear expectations on the long wait time which I can appreciate.

    The staff was nice and the wait time was good. There were things that needed to be done to my car and I was not given any information as to what my warranty, that I do have, could or wouldn't cover which was the reason why I went there to begin with. Instead of paying almost $200 to diagnose my car, I could've gotten it done for free. A bit overpriced.

    I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience at Webb Chevy today. Special shout-out to Anthony and Miguel! From the start, Anthony in sales was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and so incredibly easy to work with. I never felt pressured by him and his whole team really worked with me to find the right fit for my specific budget. Miguel in their finance department was fully transparent on all of my options and I could not be more grateful for his assistance. Felt like everyone was really looking out and I wasn’t being pushed for a big sale. If you are ever in need of a new or used car I highly recommend this location! They are a wonderful and talented team.

    Adrian was my sales rep. we looked at cars for 4 to 5 hours. I explained my price range and what I was looking for in a new used or new car. I was not expecting or dream I would be able to get my dream car today. But Adrian was optimistic and we had a back up plan. No hassle, very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Adrian as a sales representative and Webb dealership. I got in my dream car today, thanks to Adrian.

    The waiting room was comfortable. The customer service agent whose name begins with an F was kind and patient. I used your courtesy car service to complete some business at the Post Office. The driver Cedric was kind and understanding. I appreciated this kindness while in a time of distress (i.e., meaning I had no way of traveling about to take of care things I needed to complete).     I started off my with getting to my appointment a little late. But getting greeted by a porter and asking me to leave the vehicle running to check the mileage. And then completing the invoice for service. And gave details on the invoice and having a Tech or General Service person remove the locks off the wheels and install regular lug nuts on my wheels without letting me know that the lug nuts are different. And then having to ask to wash vehicle after the service and then having to wait to talk with a Service Manager about having it completed at a different shop and getting the right lug nuts for my vehicle. And it seems like they didn't think that I was not gonna see the error that the Service Advice and The Tech did to my vehicle. I'm really feeling like I've been abused. Because the service is free.     Don’t shop the oak lawn- Webb Chevrolet dealer. I went up there to look at some trucks to buy and my Ford excursion broke down in their parking lot. It was about 1 1/2 hours before they were closing. My starter went out and I had no other ride to get to the auto parts store down the road less than a 5 minute drive in a car. My phone was about to die and I don’t know the area much at all. I asked if anybody could help me and even offered money and the guy came out got a lawn chair ,sat right where I was broken down in the parking lot and said no I can’t leave.I went inside and ask the sales people who are just sitting at the desk playing around, they didn’t care. Keep in mind there was no customers at this place, pretty much the whole time I was there. They made me run down the road to get my starter and come to find out I needed extensions for my ratchet so I had to run down to another auto parts store down the road. It was high temperatures that day and I really could’ve used some help. I literally had 30 minutes to put my starter in and have no mistakes installing it. I was a potential customer looking to buy a $60,000 Chevy Silverado high country and after that day I would never come back to that place. Can’t even help a guy out nowadays even when cash is offered. I would’ve paid the wage of his hourly rate of whoever could’ve drove me and gave it to the company but no they’d rather get a lawn chair out and watch me go through all this hell. Not a decent human being working there. Illinois I guess I should’ve expected it.

    I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Colorado and was nothing but impressed with Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn. Everyone I came across was friendly and informative without bringing on too much of a hungry salesperson vibe. I worked with Ahmorea (in sales) specifically and she was awesome - she texted me updates every couple of days and checked in after I left to make sure I was enjoying the new truck.

    Me and my wife went to the Webb Chevy looking for a price on an extended warranty on her 2020 Tahoe. We got lucky and were introduced to Miguel Morales. He was very nice and took the time to explain all our options and, in the end, we settled on a 75,000 warranty at a price we liked. If you need an extended warranty, you need to talk to Miguel, I think you will be happy with the result.
