Hands down ! The best Hooters I’ve been to in years. The service was quick and friendly. Our beautiful waitress Steph offered amazing service. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point.

I ordered 20 mild buffalo shrimp and mild buffalo wings (a small order) at 3:00. The scheduled pickup time was at 3:30. I arrived 5 min early so it wasn’t surprising that my order wasn’t ready. I was happy to wait a few minutes like the girl in the front kept mentioning. At 3:45 she came up and told me that they were working on my order. Annoyed but I understand that they’re busy. The real issue for me was going through all of that to get nothing but oily/greasy shrimp and wings. When I order food that dipped in sauce I expect sauce not oil. So disappointing lately. If I wanted greasy cheap food I would go to the McDonald’s drive thru and spend less time and money.

We waited an entire hour. They messed up the order from the start and over charged us. $60 for a starter, 10 wings, side salad and fries. Customer service is beyond low quality. I asked for a side Caesar salad. They gave me the salad in the first picture. They corrected it but I guess the kitchen staff must have been upset to give me the second salad, which consisted of almost NO PARMESAN CHEESE. I would not recommend coming here. They don’t know how to operate during the pandemic. At ALL.

Food wasn’t bad, I enjoyed it but it’s irritating that you still have to make reservations and they don’t space ppl out so what’s the point if ppl can still sit wherever. It’s pointless. The cocktails are like juice. I was able to drink mine straight down. Like drop the reservation rule this is hooters not some type of five star steak house or something.

Have a big crowd of people at the door and all empty tables. I look at all the empty tables and the manager notices , he says “ I’m not opening a full restaurant I’m under staffed “ manager has really bad customer service skills and is very rude. I should of went to the hooters in Lagrange. 45 minutes and still no table , while there’s a bunch of tables empty . They need new management.

I have been to this Hooters several times. And this was the WORST time by far. However, I have to commend the Supervisor or Manager on duty Mr. Raymund Hisle for his superb job. The attitudes from most of the YOUNG FEMALE staff, you could clearly see was HORRIBLE, as all he was trying to do was speak to one in a professional manner. I felt her ATTITUDE from my table towards him!! His attentiveness to my table was great, as no waitress ever came to our table and greeted us. After being seated for almost 15 minutes. And the food for one of the guest that was with me, was not cooked properly..However, Mr. Raymund did his Best to make out visit well. He even gave my Daughter a slice of cake, as that day was her Birthday!!! Helpful tip.....If visiting this Hooters it's BEST to make a reservation. As you will get seated much faster, opposed to walking in, which was to long of a wait!!!!!! That's based on the time and day I went!! Enjoy!

Second time there.. never dissapoint. My sandwich was amazing. Next time I'll venture out and try their wings.

I'm extremely upset with this facility. I come here with my family ALL OF THE TIME. I made a reservation for 6pm... didn't get seated until 630pm... not only that, I had 2 reservations, 1 for 4 people and 1 for 6.... which meant 2 separate tables...YET the manager wanted to change us a 18% gratuity because it was a group of 10.. but how they were 2 separate reservations, not only that, he purposely sat one group on one side of the restaurant and the other group on the other side of the restaurant because if he sat us next to each other in separate both we are forced to pay the 18% gratuity even though we are sitting in separate tables... that's robbery, not only did they have a huge party of people who were there for hours therefore couldn't sit us, but gave us a hard time once they sat us down. He was rude and I will be reporting him and this facility to corporate. I will never come to this facility ever again!! His name is Andy. This place has become garbage!!

This is the worst Hooters I’ve been to by far! I order boneless wings 3mile every time I go to a Hooters and this location always seems to fail me. The chicken taste as if it’s been sitting out all day and not fresh. Although, when you order online, your order comes out even worse! I asked for 10 boneless with 3mile sauce, and paid for an extra sauce because I do enjoy them double dipped! When I got home and opened my order, my boneless wings were dry, crunchy and just breaded!!! Not even tossed in 3mile sauce! If you want fresh food from Hooters, go to the LaGrange location! You won’t regret it.

Extremely slow. Had a call in order and was told it would be ready in half-hour; still had to wait another half-hour. Another customer asked to speak with a manager regarding her issues. Once she explained her issue and turned to walk away, the manager rolled his eyes and waved his hand. He and one of the waitresses started laughing but were surprised when they noticed that I saw them. Not professional at all.

This is the first time that I came here the food was great the waitress her name was Amy and she was a great waitress I had a good time I watch the game I ordered chicken wings crabs shrimp french fries I really enjoyed myself I will be going again thumbs up

I’ve been to this hooters several times. Each time the food was good and the alcohol drinks I’ve gotten was decent. The experience: My wife and I got there around 6 on a Saturday evening and the place was pretty crowded. Despite being told an hour wait ...we waited 36 minutes to be seated (not bad). Our waitress was nice and attentive...the food was good and hot and to top it off ..my Clearwater punch Daiquiri had plenty of Rum in it (great bartender)(Both of them) . Once again another good experience at one of my favorite spots for “BIRD” The only negative is that my fries taste like they were cooked in old ASS grease......(-one star) I got 3mile island and Cajun dry rub in addition to cheese fries !

Today I ordered Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, actually two. It was disgusting! I thought it was just mine but my son also stated that it was hard to bite into. It was definitely under cooked and I let the waitress know. She said she would let the manager know. The waitress thought I would I least get a discount because on top of that I ordered wings to go. She never spoke to me nor did I receive a discount. Below is a picture, you can see for yourself! Yuk!!!

This location is always hit or miss, not with the food but unfortunately the service here sucks sometimes. My group didn't order appetizers but our lots a tots were brought out 20 mins before our chicken, the waitress we had whole vibe and attitude was off and it showed, I felt she was very unattentive. I usually tip pretty big but in this case nahhhh😒. I guess maybe this will be the norm now since there's a shortage of workers 🤔.

The food is always good at this location. Fast and friendly service. I just don't understand why the servers wear such terrible shoes.

Terrible experience!!! Food was incorrect and poor quality. Service was beyond poor. AMAYA kept disappearing and was not knowledgeable about her job at all. I couldn’t find her after she sent someone else to drop off our food. I encounter the “co-called” manager KALEY and honestly I don’t see how she’s employed. She’s a stuck up snob who doesn’t care about the customers. Workers need training immediately. Forced to tip $18% when I would have been better off serving myself. I will never be back again.

Barely any sauce, seemed dry. The wings they included in the count were halves like the ones in the picture. The worst wings I’ve had in hooters.

Food was great. Steve was definitely a highlight worker here. Friendly and attentive. He even went out of his way to help us reclaim a lost item, thank you!

Went there Monday ,only because someone gave me shrimp the other week and I enjoyed it. I ordered a large shrimp which cost around $20. After getting it home I was shocked to see the size I had drastically changed. I did not know Mondays was itty bitty shrimp day( even though there was no such thing as itty bitty price day). Selling shrimp that size for this price is Ludacris. I knew something was wrong when I lifted the bag and it felt like a pack of cigarettes... no kidding. The picture that you see is one of them side by side with a lifesaver. They could have least tried to cover it up with more batter. Well that's it for me. Update the problem has been taking care of by the owner. Thank you.

I haven't been to Hooters since 2001 or 2002. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered Datonya wings and they where very good. My waitress kept me up to date on my order. She continued to comeback and refill my son's Shirley Temple. Great experience I definitely will be going back to get more wings.

I don’t think I will patronize this Hooters (Oak Lawn) any longer. They used to have quality customer service and food. This carry out came with 20 Ginormous hormonal wings, mainly drums which is disgusting. A previous carry out order I did a few months back had old chicken and the restaurant’s corporate office never got back to me and the restaurant manager basically dismissed my concerns. Customer service and rectifications can go along way with your patrons. I rather go all the way to Countryside Hooters or WingStop for now on.

First time coming to Hooters and I was surprised. I didnt know it was like a huge popular thing. The wait for a table for two people was an hour and a half on a Saturday night! We were able to sit ourselves at the bar for only a 5 minute wait. Watching the kitchen run around was pretty cool. Service was decent. The food was nice and crispy (especially since we sat at the bar legit next to the kitchen so that was a plus) but if you sat at a table your food sat on the window getting cold. The blackberry tequila cocktail was so good. Best suggestion: get a dry run with an extra sauce and ranch on the side. They lost a star because they couldve swept the floors in seating area and kitchen abit better to reduce stickyness. Bathrooms were abit dirty. Why charge for celery?

I just think the manager tonight deserves a shout out. I watched her cover the bar like a pro so her staff could eat. Then right after she cranked out more long islands than any adult should still be drinking (it's 2022, stop it) she threw on an apron and started tossing wings for to go orders all while cracking jokes and keeping her staff upbeat. They don't make restaurant managers like that very often. It was cool to see. Wings were great as always!

Went in last minute with no reservation. The ladies at front desk found us placement for my party of 7 really quickly. (Still reserve your seats to be safe). The food took a little while longer than expected, but it was very busy that night. When the food arrived it was well flavored and fresh. The waitress was nice. No complaints….

By far one of the worst Hooters I’ve ever been to. The food was very visibly old. The wings were old but tossed in sauce as if they were fresh. It was absolutely disgusting I was very surprised. Would not recommend.

Slow service, they care more about to go orders. When you get the food it is good though. You will watch them prepare to- go orders an hour before being served.

I love the wings at Hooters but they lack in customer service. Which ruins the whole overall experience dining here. I recently made a to go order and they forgot to give me my wings like the whole point I even made the order. Texted me letting me know my order was ready just to help their time numbers because came in and they said 10 more minutes. But since I had to go back for the wings they forgot it took well over an hour just trying to take their food to go. It's a shame because like I said the food is not the problem.

Horrible experience, cold food, terrible service, poor waitressing, and do not seat anyone due to "COVID" even when half the place is empty. I proceeded to call customer service to explain my frustration. They stated they would let quality leadership team know of the issue and reach out to me. It has been 7 more phone calls from me and 5 months without hearing any response. This place does not care about the customer and continues to ignore the feedback.

I enjoyed the crab legs. They were delicious!
